You have to drive all the way down the little road to the very last brick building. The office is modest. I made an appointment online. The technician was kind and my routine bloodwork went smoothly.I will update to a five star review if my next visit also goes well. Excellent bagel shop and garden center across the street.

The women that work the lab here work hard. Due to covid19 I think they are getting more customers then usual and no extra employees to help. They get me in and out in reasonable time and are always greet me with a smile. The office is small and not enough employees but they also werent built for covid19! Keep up the hard work. Thank you

I was in and out in 5 minutes. Check-in was quick and easy, and staff was very friendly.

There was little to no room in the waiting room. So another patient was standing and a staff member got after him for standing, he was waiting for his appointment and trying to social distance. Then I was standing outside because the door was open and there was no room inside and she got after me to shut the door. ( I’m not the one who opened the door) Just very cranky and not at all friendly. It’s not a very welcoming facility. No one at front to answer questions or greet patients. You have no idea how long you’ll be waiting etc, dirty. I won’t come back.

They had difficulty taking a fax number -- the cardiac unit of Mass Gen Hospitals lab order was not enough info for their system! So almost two weeks and no results. Backup record to me has not come.Blood work done correctly is important.
