Needed storage in between moves... Everything was easy. Setting up, moving out, getting in and out. I moved out the day before it renewed and they still managed to close it out before I got charged for the next month

Bre, the manager at CubeSmart in Exeter, is awesome! She is always professional, has a great attitude, and treats her customers like were her family. She calls me promptly every time I receive a package. She always has a cheery, helpful demeanor, even when shes handling multiple customers at the same time. The facility itself is always clean and secure and easily accessible from the highway. CubeSmart in Exeter has been a pleasure to do business with. Kudos to Bre!

You guys saved my move AND my sanity. I had never needed a storage facility in my entire life. BUT moving to Richmond was a particular challenge. I was so lucky to find your storage company on short notice. The personel i dealt with, Kyle and Kim and another whos name escapes me, were so professional and accomdating, but also treated me like family. Got the size storage unit I needed. I was pleasantly surprised with how tall the units are. I even saved a little money with an online coupon. There was some attempt at up selling, but it wasnt pushed too hard. The paperwork went very quickly. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

Came to RI for a month only and could not find an RV park that was open. (They all close for winter). We found CubsSmart and were thrilled we could get a space for a month to store our RV while we visited and stayed with family. They were extremely nice, gave us a special price they were offering for the first month even though we were only going to be there for a month. Did not feel they had to do that and told them but they did it anyway. Good business people and nice to deal with.

Awful experience. I had a storage unit here with my boyfriend for a year. Originally we had a 10x10 because we were moving, and then downgraded to a 5x10. Despite downgrading, our rent continued to raise. We started our 10x10 paying $80 and by the end of the year, our rent for a 5x10 unit was $120. The facility was dirty and had dead flies all over the ground, not to mention mouse traps dated from 2014. The climate control area was always freezing, leading me to believe my money was not actually spent on climate control. The staff was always too busy chit chatting to help us. When we went to close our unit, TWO staff members were there helping a woman open her new unit. They made us wait until she was finished, because apparently it takes two people to help one person, meanwhile they just chatted with her. Completely disgusted with our experience, and I will never use CubeSmart again.

Rented a 5x15 storage unit. Pricing was reasonable. Check-in was smooth and comfortable. Service was excellent. Unit was clean. Would definitely recommend this facility.
