So I love my truck and love my dogs.That said they always end up tagging along. On my way home I saw Carters Sales and Service. Heck, I was alone so I decided to stop by and see if they did any kind of detailing. Sure enough to my surprise they do. I have to say my truck has seen better days. So we went outside and the young man took a look inside and out and asked me what I was wanting as I had some stains. Without hesitation he said no problem. Not only did my truck look great inside and out he was able to get my stains out. They did a fantastic Job!The customer service was Great and they showed they care.I would Defiantly give them a try.

Led me to believe I own truck. 8 days later I was told I needed a title. He blew me off with excuses, then said he would give me my money back. He did, only for his dad calling and harassing me.The state inspection was a joke, cause third brake light was out and there is something loose like ball joints. That should have been caught during inspection. Also told they would detail it and it wasnt. I got a message telling me truck was out front with the keys under seat. I got the truck and it was dirty inside and out. His excuse was they fired detail guy. They just want your money, dont care about customers. Stay away from theses dealers. I received a harassing text from Meyer, so I submitted a complaint to the BBB. Meyers claims I am bothering him because he said truck would be ready on a date, only to keep postponing it day after day. That he was too busy to finish the original deal at the time I bought truck. Now he is bothering me. I got my money back and he got the truck with an oil change and full tank of fuel.

I take all my cars to Carters Sales and service for all my detail and service needs. The staff is very professional and they get the job done right the first time. I highly recommend going to Carters for any car buying and car service needs.
