I always come in to cash my checks, the manager, Maritza is always so nice. I appreciate her always remembering my name and coming to greet me even when she’s preoccupied with other stuff. Amazing store, great employees, and the best service available. Has one of the best cashing fees! Highly recommend!

Maritza and her team at 95th Western were so kind and helpful when I went to register my car from out of state. They were able to answer all my questions regarding out of state titles and transfers and was in and out in no time. I definitely will be doing all my business from here on out.

Jennifer was so professional and helpful. I rather use PLS in Evergreen Park,Il than ANY CURRENCY EXCHANGE. PLS treats you like your money matters vs the Currency exchange who acts like everyone who walks in the door is there to commit fraud.I love PLS 💕

Im a usual client for this store, this time the manager give the other cashiers the order to pass more people in front of me because my new plates take a lot of time.I do the same line as other and wait for my turn like every else.Sorry but you guys but you just lost 1 loyal customer

I like to go to the pls in Evergreen because I get good quality and professional service there. I have never incountered any bad experiences there. Everyone that I have come incontact with that service me when I go there is very professional to me. They provide exceptional customer service. Great job to all the employees that work in the pls in Evergreen.

Cashed check on date of 6/21/2021 for 1,850Before they hand the money to the costumer they let the manager count money before handing it to the costumer I noticed something was off because when the clerck was counting money she was mumbling acting like she was counting I noticed it was $100 off right away but since manager counted the money I thought i was the one counting wrong so before anything escalated i counted money infront of them and yes it turns out they were $100 short i also asked for all my bills to be big bills so this wouldn’t happen yet she gave me $20s anyway so the big deal head is that to my suprice they were $100 short and manager even counted money before they gave it to me that means neither the clerck or manager counted money right. They did give me the missing $100 but i don’t understand how 2 people counted money before handing it to me and yet they acted like they didnt know something seems fishy bout this pls and when i asked if they made sure that it was mistake from their end the clerck responded to me rudely sayng well nobody blamed you or said you were trying todo something odd, RECOUNT your money before leaving this store everything is off about their poor costumer services

I was in your store on March 16th to report a loss money order theres a form to fill out the representative who didnt give me her name looks of Latin descent white curly hair wore glasses insisted I lived in an apartment why because Im black I dont know but was very offended many Black people in that area have homes I am requesting social cultural sensitivity course for her to better serve the clients and better represent PLS

The ladies here are very professional and helpful, I was coming from the one in Cal Park after they told me the system was down(really wasnt). They just really didnt wanna do the title change..The ladies here got my right together!

I didnt like the energy here. First I was asked for two pieces of identification to pick up my western union. Other places have never asked me for that. Then when the clerk saw that was sending money to myself (I needed cash that day for auto repairs and my PayPal Cash Card only allowed me to withdraw a certain amount from ATM daily.), I think she whispered to another girl behind the larger desk in the back what I was doing as if I was doing something wrong. Maybe Im reading too much into it. But every time I send money to myself Ive never been asked for two pieces of ID, looked at weird, and wait a lengthy time for the transaction to be complete. Wont return there for nothing else.

I was there last night around 6 and a customer was being really rude and nasty to the managers and staff on duty. Making threats and really being upset about them following the protocol when it comes to check cashing. I was impressed on how not only the managers but the other staff handled the situation. No staff was rude, disrespectful and really made sure they kept their cool under the circumstances. they stayed professional and gave the customer the respect they werent receiving. The staff on that shift was great.

I just started coming to this location back in October and the energy is always fun. The staff is definitely going to offer their prepaid card every visit. The managers always up front to help the workers right away. Ill pass up my neighborhood currency any day to come to pls.

Shady business.Stopped by to cash a check, about 10 customers inside, figured Id wait in the car until a few more finished. As more customers exited, I signed the check & entered.As Genia began the transaction, she asked me if I banked with anyone. I responded, I bank with several institutions, & asked what that had to do with my transaction. She then said youll have to pull up your history, and show me this check hasnt been mobile deposited. I replied that it hasnt been. She again, requested that I show her my personal finance information from apps on my phone in order to cash a check that I signed just prior to entering the building.This gets interesting... because shes assuming Im going to commit fraud, a criminal act, with her justification of mobile deposit as the reason for invading my privacy, & requesting that I reveal personal financial information from ALL of the banking institutions that I bank with. (For a customer that has a long standing, issue free, history with the location.) I dont think she realized that those apps are encrypted with 2 point authentication to help keep strangers out. Did she really think I was going to just bypass the security authentication, & reveal ALL of my banking information to a complete stranger, to disprove her assumption that I would commit a criminal act??I requested her name and location, along with a corporate number. She provided them. She then made a call to her supervisor Leniece, probably to report incident, & I waited to see if her superior would have a different approach. Nope, Leniece confirmed that I would need to reveal my personal finance history for ALL of the banking institutions that I bank with, in order to cash a check for a few hundred dollars. All because, I signed it 10 seconds before I walked in the door.Just before leaving, I asked, At what point does the request for personal financial information begin to violate state & federal statutes for privacy invasion, in other words exactly how much information are you entitled to, for the service of cashing a check? Her response was I dont know, this is how I was trained.Yeah, no thanks. Ill keep my banking personal information to myself, and cash the pre-signed check elsewhere without letting strangers into places that they are designed to be out of.Do yourself a favor, use anywhere but here for higher quality service. However, if youre into revealing your banking information to complete strangers... well, this is the place for you!

Fees are lower than most banks non-customer fees. Plus once they have you on file and your checks verified its quick and super easy. Highly recommend!Not to mention what bank is open from 6am till Midnight? None.

I just recently got a new job and I was having difficulty cashing my check but the staff here is so helpful! Very nice and I can tell they really love their job and take it seriously. I appreciated the fact that I didn’t have to wait that long and they made me feel accepted, I definitely reccomend this place. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Absolutely terrible experience here. If I could give 0 stars I would, they do not even deserve the 1. Very young ignorant disrespectful workers. The Hispanic gentleman literally laughed in my face multiple times, with disrespectful remarks. They ask questions regarding a check, that do not concern them, and foolishly joke about the matter. Terrible excuse for a business, not even sure how this is a business honestly. I would steer clear of this business and would advise anyone else the same. Go somewhere that will actually respect there customers with mature staff.

Worst experience ever. The girl kept making mistakes. Quoted wrong information. Didnt know what she was doing. Couldnt explain why my rate was so high. Requested parking restriction on window sticker. She lied and said it was done even though Im clearly looking at the sticker and it wasnt on there. Her supervisor tried to fix it and could not. Her supervisor apologized. Not once did she apologize. Maybe because Im black, she didnt feel the need to apologize. She just looked at me.

This company took my money and would not return it because of some type of policy after I stop payment on a money order they did not want to give me my money back and it is a holiday weekend and my family is hungry and Im unable to feed them because I need my money that pls will not release because of some type of whatever but anyway do not do not I repeat do not do business with this place go to a bank or a currency exchange
