Required several calls to get any response,Original description of job was not listed to at all, so the quote was wrong.When I called ..... wait, enough of this story and wasting my time.The customer service was absolutely ridiculous

Emailed with rough measurements and called a few times to get free estimates. Weited for a week to hear from them, but Never received responses from them.

Absolutely 100% pleased and satisfied by Randy and R & L Windows. Randy recommended Comfort Design, Architectural Series line of windows. I am blown away with the quality, the look, the aesthetics, the performance, and the price. I am so happy we went with Randy and his suggestion. We replaced over 30 windows within the entire house with original windows from 1958. Absolutely stunning to look at. These windows transformed our home in such a significant way. Randys crew were great. John and his team have dozens of years experience installing windows. Single handedly, the best investment weve ever made for a home. I would use Randy and Comfort Design, Architectural line over and over again. What a transformation!

Excellent experience! This lovely family owned and operated business was just a pleasure to work with and the end result is beautiful! Tasha made a suggestion in my bathroom which saved me over $1,000. There was no upsell or used car lot pitch. They had plenty of choices to suit my needs and aesthetics. We look forward to working with them again.

Randy and John were so professional, quick and clean. I have never used them before they were a referral and I could not be happier. I had a custom door made and they installed in less than 30 minutes, delivered 2 weeks sooner than promised, cleaned up took old door and were extremely pleasurable to converse with. I will always recommend this Company to anyone needed glass work. I will be using them again for future work we have planned for the home. Again, we are more than 100% impressed with our experience!

8/11/16A Horrible Experience. I hired R&L Windows in Seattle to replace my old aluminum frame double pane windows with new, high quality updated windows. I live off a busy street and it was hard to sleep at night. Their Senior Salesperson said he researched my problem and the owner, Randy Lavelle, apparently ordered the cheapest windows he could find. They were not made by a major company and they did not reduce the noise at all, which was shocking. It cost almost $6,000!He suggested I then order laminated windows at his cost, but they did not improve anything, so that cost me another $800.When I asked if there was another way to solve the problem, he stated that I have done everything I was supposed to do. What he was supposed to do was fulfill his salesman promise to solve my road noise and sleeping problem.To that he said, Well, that Salesperson is no longer with me, and you should blame the Window Manufacturer and contact them.To which I said, You were the one who chose that Manufacturers window product (which no one has heard of). Shouldnt you stand behind YOUR choice?To which he said, I guess you are going to have to sue me in Court.

We had a window with a broken seal repaired, and Randy did a great job! He responded to my call for a quote very quickly. We needed quick service because we were in the process of selling our house. Randy worked around my schedule and made the whole process very convenient for me. The cost was reasonable, and the work was excellent! Plus, his work is covered by a ten year warranty. I highly recommend R & L Windows!

R&L did a great job replacing some windows in 2 different houses. They are fast and professional, and great prices. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Had these guys come out 4/1/14 to install a front door and sliding glass door in the back, they arrived on time, got right to work, answered all my questions, HIGHLY rated!! Price was right, and they will be installing the rest of my windows on my house soon. Great to do business with them, if you need windows or doors replaced ,I would look them up!

YOU WONT FIND BETTER PRICES OR SERVICE!!! Its rare to find a company that offers both, but these guys are a stellar family-run business without any overhead or inflated prices. Were doing a master bathroom remodel, and the windows have been the smoothest part of the entire project by far. From Tasha & Nick on the initial consultation, to Randy on the measurement verification, to Mark & Terry on the install, the whole team could not have been more pleasant to deal with. Special shoutout to Amy for taking for taking the time to type out so many personalized responses to all of my questions and being the only company on thumbtack to not copy/paste a generic pitch. Given that we only replaced two windows, I know we were a relatively small project for them, but they really went the extra mile to accommodate a couple special requests. We look forward to hiring R&L to replace all of our windows later this year, and I would strongly advise everyone to consult with them before spending more money with someone else.

Randy came in and did a quote for my house. Prices for the windows and installation came out to a price I was happy with. His scheduling is pretty flexible and was able to knock out all the windows (6 Total) in one day.His crew was friendly and courteous and have been with him 8 years, so you arent getting sub contractors hired just for the one job.I would definitely use his company again when I do the other windows.

Im not one to write reviews unless the service is something so stellar that it warrants taking the time to write one that might be useful to others. This is definitely one of those cases and I want to applaud the work done by R&L Windows.There was a terrible windstorm that hit the puget sound about a week ago that caused much of the north Seattle area to lose power. There were also downed trees and one of those trees just happened to be in the green belt behind my rental home. It came down the side of the house and completely destroyed the window on the main floor. It was a Sunday when I found out about the damage and I was completely devastated knowing that I had tenants moving into the home in 2 weeks. It was also on the main floor which caused me to have a lot of anxiety about the security of the home.I was on Angies List for about an hour contacting contractors for expedited window replacement and most places would tell me that the window would not arrive for another 4-6 weeks, a timeline that I found unacceptable given my particular circumstances. After nearly giving up for the night, I received an e-mail from Tasha asking about the dimensions of the window (reminder, its Sunday). I sent over pictures and she quickly (within an hour) responded with what needed to be replaced and an estimate of the work. She was very cognizant of the time frame I was trying to meet as well as the security issue and was also willing to board of the window if we had to wait for the window to arrive. She went out to the property next day, measured the window, confirmed it was a stock size that could be installed the next day (not 2 weeks, not 4 weeks etc from other quotes I received).Tasha and her team did an excellent job with installation, got the color right without me confirming and did it so quickly! From first contact to installation and final billing, I would absolutely highly recommend R&L Windows!
