Its been a truly poor experience. invested $1m in machines and have lost money. was promised a 20% return on my cash. constantly promised things that dont happen the follow through has been very bad. I regret the investment.

I used their machine today in AZ and it stole my money and didn’t even fill a full gallon of water.

This company is owing me $11,200 for an undelivered water equipment since 2016 and has not refunded my money. Part of our agreement was for them to get an approved location for me in GA to install an equipment after a 50% down payment but they failed to follow up with the location I approved. Instead they started proposing a location in another state. I therefore asked for a refund since I lost confidence in them and cannot be trusted. I reported to the case to Better Business Bureau but was told that Water Station Technology was not ready to settle. I still need my money and will not stop asking for it until justice is done. That day will come.
