Paul & his crew are fantastic. They were among several companies giving me bids (guidance and quotes alike) on water coming into our property and house. You get a spectrum of bids of course, ranging from questionably cheap and vague to extremely high cost & large scale solutions for worst case scenarios depending on the perspective of the estimator.Allied came through with a few options for each problem I had, and carried great quiet confidence they knew how to solve it. They gave very fair rates for the work, were extremely quick and efficient while on project, and attentive to anything I brought up.These guys have done 3 projects for us now, and I couldnt be happier with the results. We did exterior & interior french drains to stop water coming over the foundation line AND up from the ground floor level. They also added another drain in the back corner of our yard which was a year round mud pit. The results are perfect: dry house, useable yard, and my sump pump barely fires anymore, even during rain.I HIGHLY recommend Allied waterproofing, and will certainly call them again in the future if need be.

My basement was flooded, water came in from ground in the backyard with malfunction french drain with black corrugated pipe. Allied came to use the video camera to diagnose the issues and proposed to build a new downspout system for my 60 years old house to connect all the downspout and old french drain to a new PVC underground system from backyard to the street. Paul and his crew did a fantastic job to build the new system and restore the job site putting my pavers and grass back after the job is done, like nothing happened. They are very knowledge and I would highly recommended this company.

In 2016 my basement flooded after back to back winter rain storms. Paul and Allied Waterproofing gave me a competitive bid to put in a perimeter drainage system which allowed water to go around the basement, not through it. The work was quick and efficient and the system worked flawlessly for years. This past winter we again got back to back storms which caused some water to seep into one corner where a water stopping membrane had been cut too short by carpet installers. Paul and his team once again came out swiftly and addressed the issue without fuss. I would highly recommend Allied for any similar projects.

We have had an issue where when we get excessive rain we have seepage into the basement. I called 5 companys for bids on what i wanted done. Allied was first and the only one that did what I asked up front without a bunch of alternative choices. They started work on 10/29 and ended on 11/02. They dug a 2 foot trench on the back of my problem wall cleaned it, sealed it, but in a porous PVC bipe to a sump drain which ran to my roof freshwater runoff, put in filters and rock then soil. I was here for the work and they guys on the crew worked the whole time no complaining. They cleaned up when they left and all in all it was a very pleasant experience. I highly recommend them to anyone needing good work and great service at a reasonable price. Thanks Team Allied

Problem - Back Yard flooding caused by 30 year old blocked Downspout drain system. Thanks to Paul and all the Allied Crew we no longer have Flooding in the back yard! No flooding in our neighbors’ yard or the common side yard. With all this rain it is amazing that we do not have ANY standing water… not even after many hours of heavy Rain, and now snow melt. It all drains away in a short time. And… the crawl space is Dry. We are Really happy that we chose Allied to solve our Downspout drain system problems.

Paul was very professional when he came out to assess our situation for an estimate. In the end he was too busy to do the job but suggested Bodine Construction who did an excellent job.

We contacted Allied Waterproofing and Drainage for a quote to solve a moisture issue that happens in our basement walls during heavy rains. Before they came we realized that our downspout drain had collapsed, and we started to fix it. Paul came for a quote, and told us that what we were doing would likely fix our issue. He gave us some helpful tips on the drain new drain we were installing. In the end we didnt end up needing their services, but Paul was so helpful giving us tips on how to finish our work that we will 100% use them in the future the next time something comes up.

Our basement flooded due to a formerly, incorrectly installed window well drain. Called Allied, who quickly inspected the problem, offered a number of options and gave me an estimate for my choice of options. Work crew showed up as scheduled, were very polite, explained what they were doing, and asked questions as necessary. They were quick and efficient plus re-landscaped and cleaned up yard to better condition than when they started. They demonstrated and tested the system to show me it was working and asked if I had any questions.Invoice matched the estimate...but the work timeliness and quality FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS.Great company, would highly recommend them!

I have nothing but high praise for Allied Waterproofing & Drainage. Paul is an incredibly patient man who was very accommodating with all of my questions. He came out multiple times, and worked with me to develop the right kind of drainage system. Unfortunately, with the insane weather we had this winter, I wasnt able to work with Paul because of how booked out he was; however I have every confidence he would have been excellent. I highly recommend giving him a try!

Im not one to take the time to write reviews but I am so happy with the work that Allied did I was motivated to do so. Paul and his team were the model of professionalism - they always showed up on time, explained things and answered my questions, worked hard and went above and beyond my expectations. And their estimate was much better than the other two bids I received. They did an outstanding job replacing my 90 year old side sewer and I would highly recommend Allied Waterproofing!

We had Allied replace 100 feet of our main water line. Paul was great to work with, very responsive and provided a fair quote for the work. His crew was exceptional, they were professional; efficient and very friendly to work with. We were especially pleased with the job they did in returning our landscaping to its original condition. Would hire these guys again in a heartbeat.

We had an excellent experience working with Paul and his crew. Paul provided a bid on our sewer replacement and re-routing our downspouts while we were negotiating to buy our house and then provided an updated bid (lower) after he had the opportunity to scope our sewer line. The crew worked very hard and quickly and left our yard looking better (they power washed our driveway!) than when they started. Our basement is dry and we are delighted with the overall experience. Highly recommend them!

Hands down, the best experience Ive ever had with a contractor - cant recommend them enough.Paul and team at Allied Waterproofing put in a new sewer liner for our house. Things that made my experience great:1) Professionalism: Paul, our Estimator, was incredibly responsive. He quickly provided a quote for the work that provided a very detailed explanation of the work that was needed. Other contractors just gave me a number (no details). Paul also replied to my questions via e-mail quickly and thoroughly.2) Cost: Pauls bid came in at 30% less / thousands of dollars lower than bids I received from other larger plumbing shops. I was worried that the lower price point might mean low quality work but other online reviews reported fantastic work so we chose to move forward. Im extremely happy we did as...3) Quality of work: Most important of all, they got the job done right and their attention to detail was excellent. They got the new sewer liner in quickly and with minimal disruptions at our house. When the team found an unexpected break in our sewer line, they dug right in and replaced the broken piece of pipe instead of leaving the problem to fix later. Despite having to dig several large holes in our yard, they restored everything perfectly - I literally think our yard looks better now than when they started. In all, if you need sewer / drainage work, go with these guys. Very professional, great price, great work.

Old-school expertise and professionalism. Their estimator came out to investigate our leak and suggested we investigate our furnace. We found the source of the water, a cracked drain reservoir in our furnace. The competitor delivered a $5,000+ excavation estimate that would have failed to solve anything. This experience leads me to believe that Allied is customer-focused company with an honest and thorough engineering approach to problem solving.

I contacted Allied Waterproofing and Drainage on a Monday afternoon for a quote to fix my french drain and they were able to send someone out the very next morning to take a look at the drainage problem in my backyard. I explained to Paul, the person they sent out to take a look at the problem, the work I had already done and he quickly suggested a fix. The fix involved a lot of shoveling, but less work than I had anticipated. Paul still sent me the quote I requested, but after hearing his advice, I decided to address the problem myself. I really appreciate how prompt, honest and straight-forward the company was when I asked for help. I would definitely recommend contacting them if you have drainage problems!

I am very happy with the service provided by Allied Waterproofing. Paul was prompt in his responses to my initial inquiry and follow ups. The written proposal provided was thorough and clear and offered two options to handle the drainage issues of my recently purchased 1910 house. While I probably will never have an entirely dry basement, the external drainage system is well-done and inconspicuous. As a new homeowner, I appreciated the great customer service Allied Waterproofing provided and the fact that Paul even came out a second time to make sure everything was done correctly!

I have a small back yard but the drainage bed in the back had become silted and there was standing water over what I thought was a French drain system. I had trouble finding a company that would actually come out and do a small residential job, but Allied took the job and did great work. It turned out that there was no PVC drain under the rock bed, so they installed one. Paul from Allied kept me up to date at work during the day with emails about progress and decisions, and they left my yard in clean condition when the work was done. Giving 5 stars for being professional, fast and easy to work with.

Allied replaced a broken stormwater pipe with a catch basin. They did such a great job placing the basin and cleaning up that I couldnt even tell theyd dug up the area in my heavily planted garden. And the catch basin solution was much better than digging out to the sewer line.

When we got a bid from Paul at Allied to replace our main water line we were very appreciative of there price, they were one half the price of all the other bids we had gotten. We are now very very glad we chose them, their crew was one of the most professional and caring people we have ever worked with. Paul was there to answer any questions we had, he even took the time out to come and answer a question we had when his crew started the job. His crew even climb under our house to make sure there was no other leaks before they filled in the holes they had made and put the grass back, and now you can not even tell they were here. Even there office people showed a caring attitude. We would be more than happy to recommend Allied to anyone. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT WORK 👍Jim and Cindy Harris

These folks did great work for us. We had a really bad drainage issue on our driveway. Allied came in and knew exactly how to fix it. Paul and his team have been great to work with. Paul even made extra trips to set our minds at ease about other areas of our property we were concerned about. I would recommend them and use them again should we ever find a need.

Allied installed a french drain system in my backyard in August, 2017. I have lived at the property for 9 years, with every year having a pond in my backyard. Paul Korenovsky understood my desire to have a dryer environment, with also including my desire to retain the landscape. He provided a reasonable price with a detailed design. His installers were courteous and verified the placement of drains with me.With nearly 8 of rain in the last six weeks, my backyard is drier, with no standing water. It will always be near a protected wetland area, but what a difference. Many thanks, and I would recommend Allied. My only disappointment was that Paul didnt come to the job site during construction.

The Allied crew did a great job, and they’re courteous, quick and left the job site clean. Allied has performed two different water management issues for us. I highly recommend calling Paul and Allied for your drainage issues. I’ll not hesitate to call them again with my next project. Thanks Paul & Crew! Mike & Lori Savvides / West Seattle”

Paul is a really nice person. It is refreshing to work with someone whos primary concern is that the job is done right and that we were happy with his work. His team is a hardworking and conscientious crew who know their craft. All around good people! Allied replaced our outside sewer line and did a fabulous job from beginning to finish. It was worth every penny we spent. Now we are worry free knowing what a professional job they did. They cleaned up and left the area as if it was untouched. We knew Allied was the right company for the job as soon as we met Paul. We would recommend no one else but Paul and his crew.Sal and Kell

Not only was Allied responsive but also accurately and efficiently replaced our entire waterline from the water meter to our house. The water line ran under trees, foliage, and a small flower garden. Because it was between neighboring driveways, they were very conscientious on not impacting neither us or our neighbors. Once completed it was not apparent significant underground work was done. They cleaned up and put every plant back in place. It was a work of art! All work was completed on time and within budget.

I had a drainage problem in my home, and had three different companies assess the problem and recommend a solution. Unfortunately, all three gave different assessments and recommendations.Allied Waterproofing & Drainage was the third company. Although Id already had the first company put a camera in the gutter drain as part of their assessment, Allied suggested I do this again because they didnt agree with their recommendations.Allied put a camera in the drain and immediately found and fixed the problem. Now my crawl space is dry.Paul, the owner, was honest, and he sincerely seemed to want to find and fix the real problem. I recommend Allied Waterproofing, and would use them again.

Folks...I pursued normal caution in finding a reputable, reasonable and ethical company to replace the storm drains around my home (built in 64). I contacted a high end company and average company and what seemed to be a low end company for three bids.Allied were the firdt to respond with my bid request and they scheduled that appointment the same day. The low-end firm took a bit longer and the high-end company called me back eventually 3 weeks later. The lower end representative came out and honestly, I dont think he had any clue as to what it was I was asking for....a complete replacement. His suggestion was to hack up the driveway, run a pipe across it and place a drainage basin in the center of the front yard. He never even considered the other FIVE down spout drains around the periphery of the house. I just sent that guy packing. The next was the High-end company. Their rep finally showed up and sat in his car for about 1/2 hour, I had to go out and tell him he was at the right place. Based on my exposure to this guy, he actually belonged in the middle of the Canadian wilderness. He didnt talk or interact, he stared out into space for minutes at a time and after showing him around the house I had to PRY his thoughts on the job out of him. He said its a 25 thousand dollar job. I said, well, hats a bit steep. He ask what my budget was and I told him. Then he stood there staring into space again.I ask if he was going to send me an estimate. He said he would. He left.I never heard from him again and got no estimate or other contact from that company. (Very Poor!!!)But.....Allied Waterproofing & Drainage were PROFESSIONALS from day one. Paul Korenovsky was the estimator and a great guy. He told me what could be done and how theyd do it. We negotiated a great deal considering the work that needed to be done and they scheduled to job start date, without a hitch. The workers showed up exactly on time. They were ALL great guys and were VERY accommodating, to our needs. These three guys worked their tail-ends off for two days, cleaned up efficiently with minimal impact and were on their way leaving behind an EXCELLENT job, WELL DONE.Personally....if you are looking for waterproofing and/or drainage work, forget the old adage of getting 3 Bids....GET ALLIED. Allied has my permission to use me as a reference and permission to give my phone number to anyone whod like to hear more about this Highly Professional AND Reasonable Company. Just call them and ask for my contact info.Rick HeitmanLynnwood, Wa.
