Hygienist Row was very sweet and made the visit really relaxing and enjoyable. She did a thorough cleaning and explained everything while showing me pictures and x-rays. Dr. Scott was awesome, he listened to my concerns and addressed them. The receptionists were amazing and explaining treatment plan costs and how my insurance works in an easy way. This office is beautiful and clean and the staff are amazing!!! Definitely would recommend this office!

What a great place! Loved it from the moment I walked in till the moment I walked out! Front desk ladies where helpful, kind, and so bubbly! The waiting area is clean and open and just overall a great vibe. The colors just bring happiness and not dull at all like most places. My dental cleaner (I apologize I don’t know the correct term) but she was fantastic! She did a GREAT job! The comfort was great, the cleaning was great, the dentist was amazing! I am moving soon but have decided that I will be coming back for regular cleanings anyways! I was so happy and I felt taken care of and cared about! I went to the same dentist previously for over 20 years and I have NEVER had as good of an experience as I did at Cooley! Dare I say this but I actually can’t wait to go back! Every person I met was extremely friendly. I felt at ease and well taken care of the whole time. I also like that they have TVs on the ceiling or headsets to listen to music while theyre working on your teeth.

The TV on the ceiling is a unique idea I had not seen before and when I wore the headphones during the procedure, it totally took my mind off what was going on. Just had my initial appointment at Cooley Smiles after a 4 year hiatus of regular visits. Jenia, my hygenist, was super friendly and did an excellent job. It’s the first cleaning I’ve had where the scraping tool didn’t grab my gums time and time again thanks to her precision and gentleness. Though I ended up with a number of cavities, the dentist was thoughtful and didn’t make me feel bad at all. They set up a reasonable care plan to take care of them- and sat down after reviewing my insurance to make sure I knew what everything would cost in advance. I look forward to making this my new dentist consistently! Overall great care and very friendly.

The front desk administrative staff are at the top of their game! They are so helpful when it comes to explaining your benefits and what will work best for you in the long run. The dentists and assistants are very knowledgable and will help you get to where you need to be. 10/10 would recommend!

Always a pleasant experience with this office! From the first initial phone call, through the exam, and to the end this office was exceptional. Ramie was beyond helpful in finding a time that worked with my work schedule, she made sure insurances were checked prior and made the process easy which I love. Upon arrival I was welcomed right away and checked in. Row was my hygienist and was fantastic from start to finish. I work in the dental field and although I know a lot- I appreciated Row going over everything thoroughly. I am newly pregnant and was unsure of how dental health can change with all the new changes happening with my body. Row went over gum health- potential dental problems that could arise with pregnancy (gingivitis, high risk of cavities etc) she spent time making sure I was comfortable and informed. Dr Aaron was exceptional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I will continue to refer my friends and family to this office as I am a true believer in their work. They genuinely care about each patient that walks in. THANKS COOLEY STAFF!!

Cooley Smiles is welcoming, professional, and family friendly. They are able to schedule the whole family together and are great with my kiddos (three and six). The hygienists and doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to get to know you. The receptionists (Julie and Ramie) always give us a breakdown of services and what insurance will cover before we decide on any procedure or service. My new patient appointment was so thorough and comfortable. They gave me so many options on a customized care plan. One I can afford and is reasonable for my life. They were so patient with my anxiety and my super sensitive gag reflex. I am so happy Ive found them. Theyre all very professional, kind and its a fun atmosphere.

I have been coming to Cooley Smiles for about 2 years now. I was a mess at first, but they got me on the rite track. I had my cleaning yesterday and no cavities. All thanks to the wonderful staff here.

I have nothing but good things to say about Cooley Smiles. I was in a terrible accident in July. I suffered a fractured tooth and immediately after being released from the ER I called many dentists very early in the morning but no one could see me same day, Cooley Smiles never hesitated and told me I could come in as soon as possible. They have been fantastic. They’ve always been so nice to me despite the crazy amount of work my tooth needed and how difficult my case was. I could not afford my first option of getting a dental implant with a different dentist but still they helped find another option for me and now I have a crown in place. I appreciate everyone there who has helped me. Dr. Virdi has been but amazing and I’ll always appreciate her help. Ramie is also amazing. She came in on a day off on the weekend after my temporary crown had become loose and even though I was a few days away from getting my permanent placed she still never hesitated to help me. Cooley smiles is seriously the best. Will continue going there for my dental needs.

I just switched my daughter from the pediatric dentist to Cooley Smiles. I went in at 7am on a Friday and was greeted by Julie at the front desk who was super helpful and friendly. She informed me about my insurance and coverage. Vanessa was my Dental Hygienist. She was amazing!!!! Very friendly and walked me through each step of the process explaining why this or that was being done, while also making pleasant conversation. I had Dr Cindy who was very nice and knowledgeable. She answered any questions I had. I highly recommend this place and will be coming back in 6 months for my next cleaning.
