Wonderful customer service both in person and on the phone. Quick service when picking up the shipment.Excellent forklift driver. He really knew how to handle the machine and was kind and conversational to boot.Going later in the day to pick up a shipment avoided the busy earlier part of the day. Was loaded and ready to go in less than 10 minutes.
No way to get your delivery!! Service is treble. To say the least. They have had my delivery for 10days, without delivering it. No way to talk to anyone, it puts you on hold, forever. I was on hold for 45min and gave up. Do NOT USE, Reddaway or YRC!!!!

Terrible. Delivery was supposed to happen on a Friday. They call Friday to say it won’t be on time and asked when they can deliver. I say Monday, they schedule it for Monday.Monday rolls around, I call to check on the delivery. They say nobody scheduled a delivery for Monday despite them calling me and scheduling it. Of course no record could be found of our convo. They schedule it for Tuesday (tomorrow).I would not trust these guys if you have a choice.
Scheduled delivery never happened. No Call. No Show. No Thanks. I understand that stuff happens, but I also know that you have people who can call the deliveries that arent going to happen to let them know that they arent going to happen. But you didnt even do that.
Literally the best delivery driver today. Our shop guy was out, the driver used our forklift to unload, and hands down had THE BEST ATTITUDE I have ever seen from a delivery driver. Definitely brightened our day and made me want to continue to use them. Thank you, PAUL, for being so awesome!On another note, I received Pauls supervisors name (Terry), so I could call and praise his amazing work, and customer service was RUDE and would not even let me leave a message for him! Thankfully, we never have a need to call in. The difference in quality customer service between the driver and call center employee - night and day.
Extremely dissatisfied. Failure to deliver for 10+ days, useless customer service. First time I felt it necessary to leave a google review for poor service. Congratulations for being the worst.
Reddaway brought my on-line delivery from Home Depot. They called and scheduled delivery 3 times. On the third attempt they delivered it to the wrong address, blocking the driveway of someone in my neighborhood with a large pallet. After lugging the delivery to my house, I called to let them know the error and get a bunch of excuses that the originating company entered the wrong address. The delivered box had the Home Depot order (correct address), originating Reddaway delivery document from California (wrong address with my correct address in the remarks area) and a hand written Reddaway Undelivered Freight Report (different wrong address). For a delivery company, you would think they could confirm the delivery address and manage the delivery in less than three attempts.
