Got my nails done here yesterday showed up for my 2:00 FILL appointment. Got me seated and showed the lady my design numerous times which was simple and basic. Starts doing my nails and another client comes through the door. She stops doing my nails and asks me if I could come back for my design. I said no, she sat the other client and started and finished her nails before me while I was waiting for mine to be done. She has someone else do my nails & she also asks if I can come back do you other appointments even tho I was there for mine. By the time I was getting taken care of my phone had died & a new person was doing my nails. The other lady told her what I wanted & so she proceeded, did some completely random design I had not asked for, 2.30Hours later my nails are done completely not had I had wanted, my appointment took forever & for this FILL appointment I was basically charged a full set 70$ down & 2.30 hours wasted of my scheduled day. They overprice you, don’t listen or care for how you want your nails, poor quality & even with an appointment you are not taken care of. Do not come here .

The people that work here are extremely rude, don’t let you pick out a color until the nails are ready to be painted so you’re very rushed to do so. They are very aggressive, not gentle at all and rip you off, tried going again to see if it would change but the same thing. Don’t waste your time or money there are other places that are better including quality.

I dont want to say who my favorite is because i dont want to fill up all the apt spots for her 🤣 but only place i would ever go!! Always perfect shape and color!

Teresa took me in, even though I was late. She was detailed and considerate of what I wanted. Also very careful with me and how I wanted my nails shaped. I would recommend them and I will be bringing my daughter with me next time as I saw they are very good with kids.

Ask for Anna she does the best nails and actually takes the time to do them especially when they’re busy, I’ve noticed some other nail techs rush when they have other customers which I totally get.

Good nails for the price, fast and efficient. Don’t get your brows done here. Nails were done well but left with my brows still looking like they need done. Not shaped at all.

I went here with my mom on Tuesday, and our nails look terrible and there over priced for what we got. When I first walked in the guy doing my nails asked me if I wanted shellac or regular polish I said regular polish because I don’t like the way shellac feels then I asked him if he could do a cheetah design and he said yes then he gets to the point where he’s done painting the base of my nails and I asked her about the design and he said I can only do the design and shellac and I asked him why he didn’t tell me that before we started because I would’ve chosen different colors and he didn’t say anything back and just kept painting my nails and my nails are not smooth you can see lumps in them Where the sander put dents in my nails, they were rushing us. Then my mom got a deluxe pedicure and she was done in 6 minutes, we timed it. It’s not worth your money to go here

I went here once before and it was a nice experience. Decided to go back since my other nail tech was unavailable. HUGE MISTAKE. First of all the lady that did my nails today has the short blonde hair, She was very rude pulling on my nails like she was trying to hurry up and do my nails. Not friendly at all. I got my nails done the same way here before gel French tip, $40. Today this girl really charged me $55 tried to say its bc i got long when I got medium sized but anyway it should of been $45 maybe even $50. It’s because I look young this stank attitude nail tech took more money than she should of, if I was broke I would made it into a big deal. It’s all good tho, save your coins and go to QUEEN NAILS.

I got a set of French tip Acrylics that peeled away from my nails same day, the next set I got, I requested extra nail glue and they complied. My kids are treated like princesses here.

I usually always love coming here but the guy they have there should not be doing nails .. he always makes all my fingers bleed with the drill and the file .. and he does all these things to your nails before telling you or asking so he can charge you more ..

A few of my friends recommended this place. They advised me to make an appointment. I called and I was able to get me and and my daughter in for 2 shellac manicures. The ladies were profesional but not friendly. They started removing the shellac with electrical file ruining our natural nails. I was disappointed as this was the first time someone had remove shellac this way. It leaves the nails very fragile. My daughter’s polish was applied ok, but not evenly. My polish was applied only towards the center leaving edges without nail polish. They finished super fast. We were out in around 30 minutes. I had to come back because I did not realized my nails were completely covered. I was asked to come back the following day since they were closed. I went back and they fixed two of my nails the ones that were more visible. I wanted to wait first to see how long the shellac will last before posting a review. My daughters shellac lasted 8 days and started chipping. Her nails started breaking because they filed them too much. My nails started chipping 9 days after and they have been breaking as well. We get shellac done all the time and it usually lasts 3 weeks. I was completely disappointed. I was hoping for more quality. The one star goes to the variety of color they have. They have an amazing selection of shellac colors.

Very detailed and clean. Hard to get in without an appointment. They do quality work and very nice. I only wish they would speak English. Its rude to hear the nail technician talk the whole time you are in front of them. I came to be pampered. I would give them 5 stars if this would change.

The place is very nice looking, love the relaxing atmosphere! The ladies are all friendly. I had an acrylic nail fill and the girl left polish residue on my nails and then was put out that I asked her to clean it up. 😒. She was also a little snippy about he shape of my nails... I asked her to clean up the shape a bit due to the last person who did my nails did it wrong. The lady doing my pedicure was very nice and did a good job. Not sure that Ill be back......

So it was my first time going here to get my eyebrows wax and they waxed off my skin and burn it. The lady who was doing my eyebrows was on the phone talking with someone and she did pay attention. I always get my eyebrows wax and my skin is not sensitive. After she was done she told me to pay in front. After I pay I waiting for my mom. But I wondering why my eyebrow was burn and I was talking with my mom and I looked at my eyebrows and it was all red. I told them what they did and all they do is say sorry and that my skin is sensitive and they only put a gel on it that’s it.

Went this morning for the first time. I had a really great experience, the ladies were very sweet. I was in and out in a timely manor and was treated well. Will likely come again

Used to go here all the time. Stopped going when I would make an appointment and they don’t keep it. Just waited 30 minutes over my appointment time to leave. Very disappointing. I used to love this place. :(

I have been going to nail salon after nail salon trying to find someone who could do my nails the way I wanted and I have had no luck. I called to make an appointment and the man who answered the phone was very friendly. I was welcomed the minute I walked in and did not have to wait. I am not an easy person to impress because my nails have to be just right the way I like them and they never are. But this time I was both plesently surprised and greatly impressed with my nails and will be a regular from now on!😁😁

It was my first time here and honestly ill probably never go here again. At least 3 of my nails are crooked. There is a side of one of my nails that has a space with no acrylic on it. Large amounts of nail with no polish. And the girl who did my nails was kinda rude. I could honestly say Walmart did better.

This was the first time Id been to this shop. Im giving them three stars because of the cost to get a standard fill with a French Polish job using gel polish. Total cost $34.00. The nail technician was thorough and kind, no complaints there at all. I usually go to Avalon Nails in the Everett Mall and pay $15 for a fill, $2 for gel polish and $5 for French Polish, total $22. Huge difference! The quality, kindness and thoroughness of my nail tech in the mall is the same. Unfortunately I wont be back to Olani Nails, way too expensive!

They do a decent nail job but after today I probably won’t be back. On more than one occasion they will book you for an appointment and then when you show up you wait 30+ minutes. I showed up for an appointment (as well as 4 other customers) and the 5 techs working were working on 6 other clients. Don’t book me an appointment if you don’t have an open spot. Not respectful of your customers time.

They all take the time on your nails little more money well worth it got my first full set yesterday and love them been here for pedicures and fills also take there time on your toes

I have had a decent pedicure from here but I just dont think they are a top rated salon. When I got a fill she filed my skin and made me bleed, amateur paint job, plus charged me three extra dollars and didnt tell me until after she ran my card- (for three nail fixes I would argue didnt need fixing). All together not impressed with their customer service, not very friendly, and seemed bothered by me. Wont go back.

I just moved to the Silver Lake area and was looking for a new shop, so I went there. When I walked in I stood there for a few minutes and no one acknowledged me. After standing there for a few minutes the guy asked what did I need without even looking in my direction...rude.So I tell him I need a fill and he didn’t say anything just continued to work on someone’s manicure. No one else said anything, so I walked out and went to another nail salon down the street. I’m glad I did because they were fast and courteous and they now have a new customer.Look I’m not expecting red carpet treatment and I understand places get busy, but to be downright rude and not even acknowledge people or when u do, u go back to ignoring them. That makes for terrible customer service. If I could give them a half a star I would.

Tried this place on a whim and I will never go anywhere else. One of the best pedicures I have ever had. Very friendly staff and they make sure you are happy with your nails before you leave.

I have tried a lot of nail salons, but Ive been here for 2 years and I love them. Teresa and Lynn do a great job.

My daughter and I been a regulars for a few years now, and recently weve noticed a major decline in service. We always make appointments, and always show up a few minutes early, yet every time we arrive theyre no where near ready for us, so we often wait 20 to 30minutes to get our nails done. So, we had 3 scheduled appointments (brought a friend) and sure enough, theyre behind, okay we just go with the flow. After sitting there 10 minutes after our scheduled appointment, a lady walks in for her scheduled manicure and shes 10 minutes late, so they sat her immediately and thats when I had enough. So if you dont mind waiting most of the time, even with making an appointment, and being put to the side for other people, and whom of which show up late, then this may be the place for you, but youll get sick of it soon enough. Otherwise youre better off finding a new nail salon that respects your loyalty to their business and treats you accordingly. I hope this helps

They are very rude,un apologetic.one of the nail tech did hurt my girlfriend whilst making her nails and she told him and the dude acted like he never heard her and was un bothered,just a simple sorry would have done her good. I gave this place two separate chances . They are nice , no frill type of place which I like in a nail salon.. but for some reason getting a regular mani pedi just comes out awful. The nail is not fully painted and gets bubbles ..my pink nail polish turned orange 2 days after having them painted !

I never get on Google and do reviews but after being at Olani yesterday, I felt it was very necessary to describe my experience. I took my mom for a pedicure for mothers day (she had never had one EVER!) Shes always been very self conscious about her feet and legs after a horrible accident and extensive ankle surgery. Long story short, I talked her into going to Olani with me and she agreed. The staff was ABSOLUTELY wonderful with my mom and made her very comfortable. I contemplated even taking her in because I know how people are when they see something out of the ordinary. I just wanted to thank the staff for treating her so kind and even giving her some advice on how to control the swelling. Olani went above and beyond.

I decided to try this place because it’s close to my work and my coworker goes here and they have chrome which my usual place does not The first time was great. Today I was really upset. I took my sister there so I could get a fill and my sister got a mani/pedi. I showed the girl a picture of what I wanted (ombré) and she couldn’t really get them to look right. So I just said you know, let’s do something easier. And she seriously goes “if you change the color I’m going to charge you extra”. Wait... what? So if I don’t like my nails and the job you’re doing... I’m going be charged extra to do something easier? I just let her finish them so I could leave. Also my sister only wanted a clear coat on her natural nails for her mani and they didn’t even clean underneath her nails. I’m never going back here. I love my usual place they are so nice and do a great job. And I can get and bring my own chrome.

I’ve been to Olani multiple times and just like the other reviews have said no matter if you schedule an appointment ahead of time you still wait 30 mins and more. Also every time I come they do not greet and only notice you till they are done with the customer that they are working with. I’ve gotten good mani pedi’s but just believe customer service could be better.

Absolutely Fantastic! I was even able to watch football while I got my nails done. I did not feel rushed. Excellent work. Will be returning again and again :)

They were doing my nails, and they pulled my fingers very hard and harshly, and hurting my fingers! My toes polish were coming off in a day! This is outrageous! Im am not coming back to this place ever again!

My wife used to frequent this place, sometimes she was very pleased, other times not so much. Have had to return for fixes within days of purchase

I have been going to Olani for a year or two now, but i’ve gotten very tired of the poor service and don’t think I will be returning. There have been multiple instances where I arrive at my appointment and have to wait over 30 minutes to be helped. The tipping point was when I made an appointment multiple days in advance for a special event and when I called to double check the time, they said they were overbooked and could no longer see me.

I came in to get a pedicure and fill. I tell the gentleman at the front desk but I would like a Fill and pedicure and he says not today we’re too busy and returns to his phone call . What I don’t understand they only had two customers getting nails done and their was one nail technician Available to take me. I said hi to her do you remember me and she said no! I was embarrassed and have never felt that way at a nail salon ever !

Went here for the first time as a walk-in a hour and half before they closed, for a mani and pedi. They started on me promptly after picking polish and handed me a bottled water. Even though theres minor visibily the place being renovated inside, it was kept in sanitary conditions; clean tools and tub liners also. I had a wonderful experience. Thinking I may be rushed through at the end of the day; they took theyre time with the massages and hot rocks and polish was emaculate. The mani afterwards was fantastic too; technician was meticulous in cleaning up skin and cuticles around my nails. The shellac was even and no gaps on the sides (from nail to skin). Very detailed in painting the tip edge (where they file the nail). I can honestly say probably the best service Ive had in many years. Friendly staff and fabulous nails, definitely going back.
