Another Marriott failure. While the hotel itself is quite nice and up to date, it is noisy as it is next to the freeway. Way worse though is that there is only restaurant service after 5pm! Want breakfast? Not available. Want room service? Not available. Want lunch? Not available. If you are a premium member there is a pantry stocked with junk food that is neither satisfying nor good for you. Thanks to COVID, dont expect any housekeeping services either. So, for the money you pay plus parking, you get a bed and a shower, nothing more. Keep that in mind when you look at the price! The quality of Marriott has gone done considerably since the Sheraton acquisition which is really too bad as they killed two good brands.

Super clean hotel with a great shower and spacious rooms. The hot water pressure for the shower is most excellent. Front Desk staff were friendly and efficient during our visit. We requested additional towels, and they came to our room within five minutes. Lots of onsite parking, but you have to pay extra for that. The beds are firm. Im not used to that since we have a memory foam mattress, but they are comfortable for those who prefer a firm spring mattress. Its only a 25 minute drive to downtown Seattle, without traffic, so thats nice too. Its right next to I-5, so freeway access is just a couple right turns heading south. Wed stay here again.

The service was good, the beds were comfortable, and the room was clean. The shower was awesome. I did wake up in the middle of the night multiple times and so did my husband because we heard loud creaking sounds and tapping on the window. We were on the sixth floor. So do what you will with that information.

Stayed a week here. Everything was okay until the second to last day. My leg had an itch to it which I thought was nothing but a few days later a huge rash appeared. Doc said it’s a fungal infection that most likely happened from here. Was completely fine before i got here. I travel a lot for work and never ever ran into anything like this. Your hotel is beautiful but please clean your sheets.

Lousy customer service for hospitality. They definitely nickel & dime you here. Parking is an extra $7/day or you can literally park on the street for free. Watch out for extra charges after you check out. We got hit with a “smoking fee” when we smoked in our vehicle every single time. When we asked for clarification of this fee, Felicia, the house keeping manager, stated our room “smelled like marijuana” therefore we got charged $279.50. There was no evidence left in our room that suggested we ever smoked in our room. No complaints from employees or other guests that we had smoked in our room. We stayed here for 4 days and got the “smoking fee” 3 days after we checked out! When we called to talk to the manager for an explanation she hung up on us and wouldn’t take our call. Very unprofessional!

We booked a room specifically on the floor that had the pantry area that youre able to get breakfast type foods at it anytime. We didnt see anything during booking that suggested those supplies were limited at all. Once we checked in we found out that due to covid, It was only stocked with granola bars possibly bagels canned juice and yogurt. Though its still nice to be able to have those items anytime you want for what we expected versus what we got we would have booked a room on a different floor and not paid extra for the pantry access

Except for the fresh look of the hotel due to a fairly new construction there is nothing satisfactory about this Marriott branded hotel. Several reviews about the rude staff are on point. It seemed like the only thing they cared during checking in was about charging the $7 for parking which is completely unnecessary for this property. The covid protocols supposedly followed here were an absolute theater designed just to save bucks, not have to work a honest days job for the hotel and deny expected service given covid rules. The gym had no airflow and temperature management at anytime during my 4 visits during this stay and the gym entry management was terrible. No recycling in the gym either - great for a brand that touts it’s environmentally responsible efforts! The so called executive lounge was a shame - please look at the picture - this was all it had at all times during 4 days - how cheap can they be! The to go breakfast options as well as the for-purchase store near reception was equally devoid of decent options - no thought has been properly stocking. I would avoid this property!

The hotel itself is fine.My issue is with the hotel staff.I was in my room after a hard days work, and the hotel manager came bursting into my room, unannounced, and told me I had to leave. He said my reservation had ended earlier in the day. He was very agressive and beligerant. I showed him my reservation was actually good until the following day. So he was wrong. His system was wrong. And he did not give me the benefit of the doubt before entering my room unannounced.I will be filing a formal complaint.

I’ve stayed here a few times. First time I was livid to be informed after I had paid and was turning to walk away from the counter that by the way it is 7$ extra for parking, of which they have plenty. Afterward learned that i could park on the street for free. Rooms were really nice so i let it go. Next time was as expected and I parked on the street. Found it comical that they charge the guests for their “welcome” cookies. Third time was really late like the other times so i thought id just grab a frozen meal out of the little store, only to find out they pulled the microwaves from the rooms and the halls so i would have to stand around to use the one microwave in the building in the lobby late at night. Overall the building and rooms are nice but they nickel and dime you at every turn. And no breakfast. Done with this hotel. Charge a bit more or be upfront with the fees and lack of common amenities. Nice rooms aren’t worth the business practices.

I am the Titanium member and use the points to redeem the free room. Hotel did not allowed me check-in when I arrived and hotel told me that they havent received the points from Marriot and asked me to call the Marriot service by myself. After wait for 45 minutes on the line I decided not to wait anymore and have to pay the room by credit card to check-in. It seems their system has big issue. Hotel said that I am not first customer have this issue. I dont understand it if hotel doesnt receive the point from Marriot why the hotel reservation still been confirmed. And hotel know the issue happened to other customer before why they didnt inform me earlier so that I can find another hotel. When customer redeem their points that means they dont want to pay the money for the stay. Anyway I think the service is bad. Hotel need to inform customer early if the points doesnt work. I have never had this redeem issue before with other hotels. Marriot service also terrible even you are the Titanium member. And hotel also missed to give me the welcome points.

Was charged about $8 for room incidentals but I do not know what the charge was for. Room was ok. Restaurant in hotel is not good. Ate dinner there. Had to wait almost 2 hours to get food. Ordered a drink from the bar and after an hour when all of our glasses were empty had to ask for a glass of water as we never even got one after being seated. When the food finally arrived it was cold and my steak that I ordered medium came out burned. Because we had already waited so long I didnt send it back. A couple of people at my table never received what they ordered as the waiter ordered the wrong food for them. I would suggest going to a restaurant outside of the hotel.

Everything was fine, not great, but fine. We were told at the time of check in, once we had 7 different rooms booked and everyone starting to show up, that our rooms werent going to be cleaned for the three nights we were going be staying. It would have been nice to know up front as there are plenty of other hotels in the area. Left with no other recourse other than to swallow it and have dirty towels un unmade beds for three days leading up to my daughters wedding, we took our rooms. The road noise was horrible, with the highway being right across the parking lot. Every big truck or motorcycle going past was easily heard. In the morning I called down and was told that since the hotel had remodeled road noise wasnt a problem... actually it was a big problem. Very loud. I feel bad for people who stayed with this hotel before they fixed the windows because it must have been much worse. To top everything off, for our last morning when we requested a wake up call at the front desk and spoke with Regan, for my elderly mother. He never did the wake up call and she fell trying to hurry out of bed once she had overslept. Of Course Regan claimed he never got a wake up call request. That is a complete lie, as I who had made the call and spoke with him for my mom. I cant stand lying and dishonest people/businesses.

The woman check me in was kind and efficient. The restaurant and bar area looked clean and inviting even though I didnt utilize it. The room was spotless, zero smells, and had helpful things like an easy to move tv, a nice tv tray for sitting on the couch and eating, and really, the best bed Ive slept in. The hotel seemed quite full (aforementioned storm) but the sound from the hall and other rooms was so minimal I slept through the night! Checkout was a breeze.

Room was in good condition, very white, which I suppose helps a perspective of freshness and cleanliness. My room looked out onto I-5. I was able to see how traffic backed up throughout the day. The room itself was about the size of my dorm room back in college. The fitness room is open 24 hours, and geared more to cardio and toning work. The pool was full of kids each time I checked it out, and its only open till 11pm. Theres a library with a nice conference table. The book covers are all similar tones of white and grey, and repeat titles. The conference rooms were quite professional in design and function. The cafe located in the lobby had fairly good food, including the morning buffet (pictured last). Buffet is a better cost than almost any of the breakfast entrees. I particularly liked the shower in room. Probably the best aspect in my opinion.

For me. The worst experience I have ever had in my life. I just had a robbery in my room. About 2,000 dólars. And the only person who entered my room was the house keeper. The person who made my room today. Why the money was not in a security box. Because they don’t have securities boxes a their rooms. I forgot my backpack with the money at room. The money was in one hidden pocket and the person who came to do my room apparently took the money. I found my backpack open and the hidden pocket too. But what is incredible is that when I called the front desk and asked for the manager the person who came was the Chef. Because , as he told me , he was the acting supervising. I asked him for the name of the person who made my room. To file a complaints with the police and he went downstairs to get the name and never come back. The police came to me room 10 minutes later. And this person already had left the hotel without give me the information to fill the policial robbery complaints. When I called the front desk again and asked for the person in charge the front desk notified me that she was the only personnel at the hotel in this moment. This is incredible. They don’t have protocols for these situations and they don’t have any supervisor to deal with situations like this. Worst even it seems like they were trying to cover up the person who did the robbery. Definitively this is going to be my first and last time in these hotels. 50 years traveling and staying in many hotels. My first robbery...? In Delta Hotels in Everet Seatle.

Ive been traveling for business and pleasure, and Ive been staying at Marriott and Hilton hotels. Thanks for the housekeepings manager to rectify to my complaint of my room quickly as possible... Staff/its management was reading its review of the hotel. I dont know of other people; however, for those who travel often (for business and/or pleasure) notice small things while staying -- able to put on its review on Google and/or Travel Advisor, etc... The hotel is nice and contemporary looking, and the hotel locates at a good location, adjacent to I-5 -- able to in/out of the main highway. Moreover, there is NO Executive Lounge, for Gold or above members of Marriott at this hotel. Im sorry but the elevators have some awful smells -- its staff must know this... As a guest, I dont think I want to tell the hotels employees... The front desk staff seems like nice and professional. Since Ive not eaten at the hotels restaurant, I couldnt say its foods/services at this time. Im just writing this particular review for travelers, and sharing my personal experience. Of course, it is completely up to each traveler to experience his/her own experience; however, as always, I would to review as honest as I could so that travelers could read... Yes, I gave it 2 stars out of 5 stars at the beginning, but now it is 4 stars out of 5 stars.

Every family dreams about having that perfect graduation party but when you are on a budget the price can skyrocket. We had family coming in from out of town as well as way across town and our first choice was for them to be able to stay at a hotel for the party and then go to the graduation the next day. Renting a banquet room for a small group would require hosting a bar and catering. Even for a small group there are minimums and it would have been way out of control. At Delta Marriott I noticed something called the hospitality room. I talked to the event coordinator at the hotel and they assured me that this might be just the right compromise for the small group we had. I couldnt be more pleased with the staff and the services at this hotel. They helped us from start to finish and accommodated our every need. We had a great group rate for out-of-town guests to stay at the hotel and take advantage of all of the amenities while relaxing in the hospitality room and partying in the intimate space it provided. The adjacent outdoor patio space near the Hospitality Room was lovely and had many round tables in order to accommodate our guests. Thank you Marriott and the staff at the Delta for helping us put on a first class graduation party on a budget.

Outstanding facility and housekeeping, especially for the area, but there are opportunities to improve.1. An overall lack of benefits for elite members, exacerbated by a confusing policy of assigning upgrades only when appearing onsite. Typically, Marriotts will assign an upgrade when on online check-in is completed, sometimes 48 hours before the stay. 2. A rather unprofessional tone and format on the online message system on the Bonvoy app. And only after many minutes of waiting. 3. A lack of please, thank you, and greeting by front desk staff who seem quite immersed in their colorful terminals or interested in each others company.4. The $16 glass of prosecco that retails for $12 a bottle is a mystery.5. An inability to say Im sorry or apologize in any way for lost dry cleaning, a lack of towels, a misinterpreted room service order, or anything that goes awry. Perhaps its a cultural thing, but thats what training is for. 6. 7 a.m. water sprinklers misting onto the sidewalks--does that have to be done when many business travelers are going to their cars? 7. I dont understand why receipts arent posted to the Bonvoy websites for this hotel as they are for others. That slows down the expensing process as one either has to request an email when checking out or calling for a receipt.

Bedding & mattress were top quality & very nice. Restaurant menu was a little bit limited, but the quality of the food was good and the service at breakfast & dinner was great.

Our group had the privilege to stay at this wonderful hotel. The experience was one of the best we have ever encountered. The entire staff, from check in to check out were extremely helpful and well trained. If possible, I would give 6 stars. I recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area. Rooms exceptionally clean, comfortable beds, maids very friendly, bartenders great. I cannot say enough good words about our stay. The people that assembled this group of employees needs to be congratulated. Wonderful stay and we will stay again, even if it means traveling farther to our destination.

Modern room, better amenities than other marriott chain hotels in the area. Free access to food pantry for higher Marriott customer status. Dont expect hot breakfast but has cereal and bread/bagel to get you ready for the day.

It was my very first time in Washington state. Initially my first reservation was in Seattle but it got cancelled because they got sold out unexpectedly and also I was using an explorer rate too. Luckily with Delta I was able to get a room for my 4 nights. Shiela who works Night Audit was amazing and she helped me after the experience of the cancellation. Room was super cozy and new with moderb touches. Would definitely come here again!

The room was nice and the property was nice but the thing that stood out the most was the guest service supervisor Kelly roach whos customer service was impeccable. He made us feel at home and made our stay a very good experience with delta hotels.

Really enjoyed the excellent customer service. The rooms were huge with super comfy beds and wonderful bathroom. If i had one complaint would be for the $ of the room i would have liked sound proofing to the freeway sounds.

I had an amazing stay in May and July for business trips. The staff, cleanliness of the rooms and food/beverage offerings were outstanding. My only recommendation for change would be better noise barriers for any rooms facing the highway. Other than that, this hotel and staff are amzing.

Stayed here as an overnight guest while attending a wedding nearby. Check-in was great. Front desk guy let us store our luggage and recommend a great restaurant for lunch. Was able to get us into our room early to get ready for the wedding. Rooms were clean and modern, but a little tight. We shared with another couple and bathroom space was tight for doing make-up, etc. Other than that really great stay!

First time staying in the Delta brand for Marriott. Not sure if the hotel was brand new or just renovated but the room, decor and service are better than the standard Marriott or Courtyard I stayed during my trips. For Elite member, there is a pantry with nice selection of drinks, snacks, fruits and breakfast items. It also has a Seattle Best coffee machine. Even though the hotel is right beside I5 highway, cant hear the traffic noise in the room. Glad I stayed at this hotel for a family getaway during the holiday.

They have the best costumer service at this hotel! Its very new and updated. The gym is well stocked with great equipment. Its definitely a more corporate hotel, but we brought our family. The hotels restaurant didnt have a high chair for my baby and by the next day they called my room to apologize and let me know that they had gone and purchased high chairs and offered for us to have one in our room. I was very impressed

The hotel is clean, modern and comfortable. The only MAJOR downside is the noise from the freeway! Be sure to ask for a room with an odd number to minimize the sound since they face away from the freeway.Im told they are considering putting in white noise machines or something to cut the sound from the freeway, but not sure if thats true.
