This company is BIG scammer. The broker Robert Casterline ([email protected]).We booked a load from Alburtis, PA on 07/16/2020 that was supposed to deliver to Appleton, WI. When driver showed up to the shipper, they said that this freight was already picked up a day before. Obviously, we reached out to Robert and reported it. He promised us that its gonna be paid TONU. After few days we texted&emailed to him, but he never answer.Run away and dont even try to book any freight with CAILogistics. You will never get pay for it.

Be very careful. Mr Daryon Bratley a broker with CAI Logistics is very shady... he has been hauling illegal hazmat loads across this country and telling carriers that all they need is hazmat on the drivers license and that is false information. We have turned them into the FMCSA and they agreed the load is illegal and requires a haz-mat certified carrier which Mr . Daryon lied to us about and told us he had been doing it for years.Spoke with the VP Mr Ramey. He assured me the issue was resolved and I raised my review from a star to a 3 star. after he assured me the issues were taken care of.

We booked a load with Robert Casterline that was supposed to deliver to Mishawaka, IN by 3 PM. When we booked it the transit time was already impossible to make so we called him and told him that if he still wants us to do it because we will be there past 3. He said go on with the pick up. The pick up said we can get it by 3 pm so when we were running late because we had to go back for a pallet jack we gave them a notice and asked him if he still wanted us to do it, he said yes keep going. We got to the pick up at 2:00 pm (he knew the eta the entire time) and they said they wouldnt load us because the appt was for 12:30 PM even tho we booked the load past 12:00. He lied to us and now he is refusing to pay TONU. Our contract says pu by 3 PM. I would highly recommend NOT using them. Robert is very unprofessional and you can clearly see that he is new at this and does not know how to work with carriers. Dont waste your time. We have every phone call recorded, if anyone would like to hear how incredibly unprofessional they are let us know.
