Horrible service, do not use as a realtor. Chris is the absolute worst. Constantly asking for emails which were already sent to them weeks ago. Does not reach out in a timely manner, if there is an issue he will not let you know until just before 5 pm which he conveniently ignore everything until the next business day. If you do use this company out in Everett do NOT go through Chris unless you want to make no progress in your transaction and hate your life for the thirty days or so during the closing process.
