Never shows up when Scheduled....Very Expensive....Some parts installed dont work. Once we went with the Gold Service Agreement and they have you locked in...Then they do what serves them best and you dont count anymore....smh....Branch Manager Monika does not communicate with people at all, she avoids them like the Black Plague!
