The products are very good, used in commercial services and never have a problem with them (I would give 5 stars on just the products). The customer service on the other hand is seriously lacking. They do not take phone call orders, so if you spend 5 minutes on the phone picking out the right item... you will STILL be required to send an email or fax. Also nothing is never wrong on there end. I have been doing business with them for at least 3 years and in three years they have always made me feel like I am the one who has the problem (Place an order VIA email, got a response, did not get my product so I called back and the guy basically said I will call you back, we have a lot of emails to look through it did not have a PO, it is easier to look it up via PO the system just had a hiccup, we will send it out, but you should have seen a confirmation to let you know it was processed BTW, it was all winter gear and we will get the gear right after the cold is pretty much over)Only reason we still deal with them is out customers like their products, I suffer so they get what they like
