My Mac is a early 2014 Air edition so you know it’s already out of Apply Warranty. Raj was amazing. Such a cool guy. Very honest about the issues and cost. Makes sure you are 100% certain before proceeding with any work. Got to the root problem rather quickly, and fixed my issue (thunderbolt port/ external display issues). Apple was getting ready to take my right arm, Savings, and First born to solve the issue. I’m extremely satisfied with the service as it saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be going to Raj for future Mac fixes!

Edit: Raj gave me a $150 quote for a HDD & Battery Replacement just to hold my work computer hostage while he slaps on an extra $120 to his quote with the audacity to deny the quote he originally offered (like his reply to my review). Just to find out that he only replaced the HDD and wanted another $100 for the battery replacement. On top of what was already promised + $120. I didnt pay him the extra $100. I got someone else to check out the computer to find out he used shipping tape to hold down my HDD. So do yourself a favor and avoid this place. I paid him $270 to reformat because he didnt do anything else like promised. Didnt have the courtesy give a receipt to identify how his overcharged business works.
