I scheduled an appointment to address some electrical outlets that weren’t working. I was assured of an appointment for the next day and then “offered” to sign up for some $149 deal where the $125 appointment fee is waived and parts were to be discounted 10%. No one showed up for the appointment and when I called was told they couldn’t get a “technician.” I needed a true electrician and they wouldn’t provide one. I asked for a refund and was promised one, so we’ll see. This outfit is a scam so beware.

There was no pressure to carry out everything Eugene Electrical Services found that could be improved but we decided to upgrade everything since we plan to be in our home a long time. John was great, on time, stayed as long as it took, and even did a few things extra, which was really nice. They offer financing as well which we took advantage of because lets face it this kind of work is expensive. And once I saw all the wires sticking out of my house they started with and then the final end product, was totally worth it. Thanks!

Not only did they fix my lighting/power issues in the kitchen, but I also had them switch my lights in the living room and dining room to LED. He could have easily done additional breaker exchanges based on my initial request, but he told me how to address it without needing to add more expense. Ken discussed what to look out for in the future and how to troubleshoot problems. Ethical, quick, and customer focused service. Eugene Electrical Services assisted me in rebuilding an electrical panel after removal of an old mobile home. The old electrical wires were simply cut and left sticking out of the ground. The electrician came in and installed a new electrical panel, including a new 50amp outlet for an RV. The work was completely timely and looked great. He went above and beyond and offered me sound electrical planning advice and explored several options with me before getting started with the work. I have had the electrician from Eugene Electrical Services out a couple of times on various projects and have always been thrilled with his work. The last time he came out and installed and wired an outdoor motion activated security light. The installation looks great being in a spot where there was no wiring or mounting before he came. The light also works perfectly on the first night with zero adjustments being needed to light aim, sensitivity etc.

I called Eugene Electrical Services based on their online reviews because I needed coax run through the ceiling of my finished basement. Ken arrived on schedule and we discussed a couple of different options. Although the option we selected required a relatively long run through the ceiling, he thought he could fish the coax without cutting any holes. I was very pleased with Eugene Electrical Services work, count me as another satisfied customer.

Eugene Electrical Services quoted my roommate and I at 2 hours to install 2 new spot ceiling fixtures with 2 new dimmers, and he did the install comfortably in that timeframe. Rock is very knowledgeable and will give you advice on products, as my roommate and I had no idea which dimmers to buy. He is very friendly and trustworthy and will give you an honest and fair rate, and he will not waste your time.

Initially, we just needed to install an additional outlet and have that outlet be a dedicated line from the breaker. By the end of the day, they had installed the outlet, created a dedicated line from the breaker, repaired an electrical outlet that was not working in the backyard, and replaced and installed a motion sensor light on the side of the house. The final invoice was reasonable and they didnt push anything on us. We will definitely call Eugene Electrical Services again.

We called Eugene Electrical Services after having several different companies/individuals come out to problem solve a boiler and thermostat issue.
