Not good experience a few years ago when I was there. Sales guys ask me to fill out my info and said he wouldn’t run a hard inquiry on my credit score. He end up doing it and when I ask he said he didn’t know.Then they didn’t send me my license plate for the car I bought from them. I found out the car I bought from them was cleared with the auction and the license could be issued. I went to another Autos Only in Burien Wa to help me get the plate which they help me out with. No compensation or anything for driving my car with expired temp plate. Lost 2 days of work because I couldn’t drive the car.I guess it has to a good salesman or just a salesman that wants to make his bucks.

We had a great experience at this dealership. We called and spoke with Jeremiah and he was amazing and no pressure. We were interested in a van on his lot and also interested in comparing to another van that they had at one of the other Autos Only lots. Jeremiah was great and went and picked up the other van and had them both there at his lot for us to test drive. We ended up purchasing one that we wanted to have a few items repaired on. The sales manager, Steven , was great and wrote it into our contract that they would fix the few items. We then went back a couple weeks later to get the repairs done and they gave us a loaner van to use while our van was being repaired. The mechanic , Jeff , was also great. He stayed in contact via text as to the status of our repairs and repaired everything perfectly. I highly recommend this dealership.

One of the nicest car buying experiences Ive ever had. My salesperson Bill was laid back, casual yet knowledgeable. The car price was quite favorable. The car was clean and well detailed. Due to my schedule, the closing took place the next day at their Lynnwood location. Chris, the Manager was also friendly, low pressure and knowledgeable. He worked with my credit union to ensure all the details were accurate. I asked for an extension on a mechanical inspection since it was the weekend. This was no problem. I would recommend Autos Only, and would buy here again.

Update: A couple weeks after getting my car home, the check engine light came on reading that my car needs a new catalytic converter. Im not sure how that passed their inspection. Also there is a problem in the light switch where my tail lights are not triggered to come on when the rest of the lights do. Currently getting that checked out. Bummer because I was pretty happy with their service, but now Im thinking they withheld that information and just boasted that the car was such a low price - but wouldnt indulge why. Im still happy with the way Chris worked to get me a deal on the financing and gap insurance.I just bought a car from Autos Only for a great deal. Definitely the best price around for a 2015 car. Steven was super helpful and knowledgeable about the car I was interested in and let me think about it without pressure. Chris worked hard to get me the best deal on financing that he could, which was a great deal! I feel confident in how they run their business and that all the cars have such a great safety inspection. The other guys were super friendly as well. Overall a great experience!

Noel and Bill went above and beyond to make this the best car buying experience I’ve had. Very easy going with no pressure. Their main concern was that I was happy. After everything was agreed upon, I changed the plan and they still worked with me to make sure I was happy. And they gave me a very fair price for my trade. Worked out a fair price with Steven on a very nice used 2014 Subaru. They even let me take the car home overnight to show my wife before buying. A nice sales tactic but helpful regardless. The next day I came back in to discuss pricing. He was straightforward to deal with and we came to a deal in about an hour. Would buy again from them.

I had a very pleasant experience with Jeremiah who approached me when I was looking at the Subaru and I happen to be on the phone talking with my son and he stepped away I thought that was very courteous I was talking with my son about the car and when I got off I explained to Jeremiah what I was doing and I appreciated him giving me that time and then we went for a test drive I enjoyed that very much I also checked out all the running gear like the windows and the fan/AC to come on and there are a few problems but we work them out with Steven who is very pleasant and explain to me value of the vehicle and what it would cost to fix the things that I had concerns about he reassured me about all of these things and I felt that I was treated fairly with respect and that I got a good deal I would buy a car from this dealership again

My husband and I did hours of online research and found that there were 4 vehicles that could match our needs, 3 of which were at Autos Only at this location. When we arrived on the lot, we noticed that one of those three was missing, assumed recently sold. We connected with Gus and he accompanied us on a test drive after we looked the vehicle over. He seemed knowledgeable and was quite friendly and not at all pushy. We already had approved financing, but Chris was able to lower the interest rate and extend the term of the financing we had gotten on our own. Both took good care of our needs finding a vehicle.

I was searching for a specific car, and after looking online extensively, I found a fair deal for one with the mileage, year, &price range I was wanting at Autos Only in Everett. Our salesman, Gus, was extremely kind and gave us the room we needed to check out the car. We left and test drove a few cars at other dealerships, but made our way back to this one after negotiating a price over the phone. The used car isnt perfect of course, but we left feeling like we paid what the car was worth as far as value. Our interest rate was also right around what we expected, which helped seal the deal. Overall it was a pleasant experience- mainly thanks to Gus, who even made waiting for the paperwork fun somehow (now that takes skill). The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because another salesman (forgot name) made us feel like we were silly when we asked questions, probably because of our age (early 20s). Feeling less confident almost had us walking out the door, but Im glad that we didnt. &The same guy was actually extremely informative. Overall, Im happy with the car& price we paid. I normally hate the car buying experience however I have given Steve my info over the phone and he ran all the info so when my family got to the lot it was made easy for.us. I have bought a car brand new and used and I must say the experience with autos only was great Noel and Steve were great. I researched cars for about 12 hours total before I decided on a 2014 Mitsubishi Outlander being sold at Auto Only Everett. We found a car that we were interested in, only thing is it was over 200 miles away. So over the course of two weeks or so Bill helped us out from finding the perfect car, to getting it ready for us. We had a great experience at Autos Only of Everett. The staff was professional and knowledgeable. In particular, our salesman, Gus, was a joy to work with. He was patient, funny, and didnt put any pressure on us at all to make a decision. I would send any friends or family to this place to buy a car, and Id have them ask for Gus!

These guys are bad. Like lawsuit-waiting-to-happen bad. They sold my boyfriend a dangerously damaged car without disclosing the biggest issues. Within a week the car was over heating. He took the car in to the AO shop, they said theyd fix it for free and gave him a loaner car. Fine. Great. We get the car back a FEW WEEKS later, and immediately start having issues. They couldnt even tell us what they had fixed on it. I took it to my mechanic and, sure enough, a blown head gasket. My mechanic gave me a quote for the work, and we called Autos Only to let them know about the problem. They offered to fix the head gasket only, and the other issues would come at a fee. We asked for a quote for the work as I wanted to compare it to my mechanics, and they said theyd call us in a few week because they were pretty backed up. Luckily they gave us another loaner car. Well . . . weeks went by and we didnt hear anything. We called and they said the car was done, and we could pick it up. Showed up to grab the car, and they said we had a bill of $3,000 for the work they had done, including the gasket they said theyd fix for free, and the use of their rental car. We never authorized any work, they never called with a quote, never asked if they could touch anything on the car aside from the one head gasket they offered to fix for free. We also never agreed to a car RENTAL. They had offered it to us because they had messed up. We called and the salesman, Steve, said its our word against yours and refused to show proof we had accepted their quote. Now were receiving collection notices in the mail for expenses we didnt authorize. Oh and right after that . . . carrier bearing went out. Another $1,000 right there, and could have really injured us if we werent in a slow speed zone at the time. Seriously stay away from this place. Were looking at small claims court at this point. Its sad this place is still open.

Purchased a used compact SUV from Autos Only and it was the most seamless and efficient car buying experience I’ve ever had. I took the time to review cars they had in stock online and research the specs and reviews until I picked the top two vehicles that I wanted. To avoid all the back and forth that normally is involved in car buying I called ahead and spoke to get the process started. Upon arrival our application was processed, the cars were ready for test driving. No haggling, and there was transparency from the finance manager. My husband and I were in and out within a hour, after leaving we legitimately felt like we got a great deal. I would strongly recommend to give them a shot!

I drove my car off the lot after buying it. Later that night, I realized that there was a fog light out and I didn’t have the wheel lock key. Chris was quick to get all of it fixed for me. He had my fog light fixed that night and bought the locking lugnuts for my wheels, and didn’t charge me for any of it. I would highly recommend Autos Only. The interior detailing could have been a little neater, but the mechanics of the car are in top condition I didnt feel bullied or pressured into buying from them. I was skeptical at first about purchasing a vehicle from a small dealership, but my worries were put to rest. The gentlemen I worked with were accommodating to any adjustments I felt needed to be made to the vehicle before buying. I was taken care of by Autos Only Everett and the family is very happy with the new car.

I was with my friend NOT looking foward to the long process of the buying part, i was impressed with how quick everything went, The whole process was less than 40 min, The store manager Steven was quick and made sure ALL bases were covered. Cant say they are the most professional but its my fault for expecting more from a used car salesman. Steven the Sales manager spent more time insulting me and my idea of what I thought the car was worth and how much I wanted for my trading, than he did actually negotiating with me. Funny how they can low ball you on your vehicle value but get really offended if you try to negotiate their vehicle price down a bit. Well, wasnt worth my time at the end because we didnt even get a chance to negotiate as I was promised we would. I think the fact that their sales office was empty with no other customers at peak hours for car lots is indicative of the kind of experience they give. They get 2 stars for just being there and having a car I was actually interested in.

I had a very good experience with Autos Only in Everett. There was no high pressure sales and the cost of my Chevy HHR was very reasonable. I would continue to do business with Autos Only in Everett.

Typical sleezy used car lot. While leaving after not coming to a deal the nice older salesmen was trying to say something to me and was rudely cut off by his clown manager saying “He’s done !” Save your money and go to a reputable dealer.

We found the perfect car and Bill made us feel welcomed and unpressured. Bill helped guide us through the whole process. The finance process was stream lined and they helped us get the financing we needed.

Is there a place to put negative Stars? I have heard Steven talk to my family member multiple times on the phone. He has been nothing but disrespectful and rude. He is more focused on customer ratings than on helping out the customer. He has made several threats. At this point I feel that Steven the manager should be investigated. Do not ever go to his establishment, I cant speak for all the other locations but dont ever go to the Everett loacation.

I told them my budget, looked at a couple and then found a great car! Everyone worked hard for me to get the car I wanted in the budget I needed, and get me out of there so I could get to work. Thank you Auto Only team for all you do!

The purchase experience was good. However the truck I purchased is a complete piece of garbage. They told me it passed safety inspection. Im not sure who they had inspecting this thing. The truck is full of rust. The entire exhaust system needs to be replaced including the exhaust manifold. The local exhaust shop wont even touch it as they are afraid the bolts on the manifold will break off due to the rust. It will be in the neighborhood of 3000 dollars to replace. I called autos only to inquire about this and their response was. Well a Lexus is a high maintenance vehicle. The exhaust system isnt an accessory. He kept telling me what a great deal I got on the truck. The AC system wasnt blowing cold air. I didnt think to test this as it was cold when I was checking out the vehicle. I purchased the freon recharge kit and starting to recharge it. It seemed to be working fine, but then I noticed a hissing noise coming from the dash when I turned the engine off. I then looked down on the passenger footwell, I saw the green lubricating oil dripping down onto the passenger side carpet. By the time I found a rag to clean it up a substantial sized puddle had formed. An evaporator is 340 dollars plus $600 to a $1000 some dollars to replace as they need to tear apart the dash. The timing belt needed to be replaced at 90000 miles per the manufacturer. It has never been replaced. This is not autos only fault. They did offer me a good deal on replacing it. However I was told I would receive a call by Tuesday or Wednesday to schedule the service. I have not received a call in order to schedule it. I have called twice asking about it and all they tell me is the parts must be on order. In order to fix the known issues with the truck will be roughly additional $5000 dollars and this is the issues I know about. I will never purchase a used vehicle from a whole in the wall location ever again. Do yourself a favor and spend a little more and purchase your used vehicle for big lot dealer.

We just bought a 2014 Toyota Highlander! We read some great and some not so great reviews, but the not so great ones sounded like the buyers didn’t understand or do their homework. They had the hands down lowest price around for what we wanted. We fully understood that it’s low, so we don’t have to haggle for hours and hours. Do your homework, they had a better used Highlander than Toyota and the price was lower. Started our process at 10:30 am had a great nice non sales guy “Bill”, and a great non sales guy “Chris” for Finance. We were out by 12:30, with our two little kids not having any break downs.Smoothest transactions ever, thank you guys for not being typical sales guys!!

Gus was great from the first call. He quickly confirmed the car we were interested in was still available and knew we had a long way to drive to get there. He was there for us when we arrived and took us right to the car. checking out the car was easy and absolutely no pressure. The car was just as we read and were told no surprises. It was a better car buying experience than we have ever had. I think the price was fair and it is a great car and in excellent condition but, i think it might have been a little high compared to the KBB price I looked up that could have been related to specific options I did not have when I ran KBB. The paperwork was handled expertly and as quickly as possible by Chris. He even saved us a little on the loan rate.
