I toured the other day and I am so impressed with the professionalism and overall customer service I experienced. Yona was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. She was warm and inviting. The apartments are beautiful and it felt like a cozy community to live in! I will be submitting an application tonight and I can’t wait to move in!

We enjoy our stay here. So quiet and private in back of property. Office is good and 24/7 gym is nice too.Location is convenient, sometimes looks sketchy at night outside the gated property but things are cleaned up and addressed pretty quickly in those regards so its fair. The people that sit out there that I was worried about, the manager confirmed are just residents that smoke a lot that have started sitting out there since the property recently became a non-smoking one. So win-win.

My name is Ireneo Lopez and I live there in the J204, and someone who wants to live there its a bad place. On January 8 they stole $6,000 of tool equipment they opened it and destroyed it. I called the security but they never answered.

A wonderful place that has become our home for 4 years! I really love this apartment complex! And I think these apartments are so good thanks to the team of people who work here!The maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to any issues. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others!

This place is the absolute worse! The ONLY reason the ratings are high is because they harassed every tenant with phone calls and flyers around the apartment complex for a competition. The rules change frequently. The old management team when I moved in were NEVER this way. The new manager and whoever else is in the office have really drove this place downhill. God forbid you are even a MINUTE late on your rent. Will not be renewing my lease. Lets not forget about how high the rent is and water, sewer and garbage are NOT included. There are more affordable places in the area. Please save your time, money, and energy.

I am an Amazon employee and deliver packages here. The office staff here have been super nice to me. They always allow me to use the bathrooms for my break and are even kind enough to provide me with refreshments.They accept packages in the office if the resident is not at home for safe keeping. The residents that do answer the doors are always so grateful and kind as well. This always felt like a very friendly environment.The apartments are easy to find and the grounds are always well kept.I have asked the office staff a few times about their updated two bedroom prices because my sister is looking for a place and I recommend this one to her.

Loved living here for the time I was here. The staff always went out of their way to make sure I was fully accommodated and serviced. The apartments are located close to a bunch of enjoyable places in Everett, WA. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at the Sunrise Lane Apartments!

The manager, Victoria has been so good for Sunrise Lane. She is very respectful and is not afraid to enforce the rules here so I know when I had a complaint against a neighbor that she was going to take care of me, and she did very professionally! Her management style has really been refreshing and helped clean up our community and I have really enjoyed my time here. A few months ago she threw an amazing XMass party and had a Santa give out a lot of gifts for all the kids that showed up, that was so sweet and brought the entire community together.Permit parking only policy has helped so much with our parking situation, which I am sure every apartment complex has issues with so the permit only really helps control that. Sometimes later at night you have to park a little farther up the hill but still within the gated property which I am glad about.

Amazing place to live at! Have been living in this complex for 2 years and really enjoy it. Manager is super nice and friendly, she always listens to any concerns and finds solutions!!! Also if there’s anything broken, maintenance is so quick to respond and fix it in a timely manner.

I lived for a short period of time so I could save up money, and I loved it here. It was a very friendly environment with nice and welcoming people. The apartments were very spacious and organized. I would recommend this for anyone looking for housing options.

The staff is wonderfull and very responsive/ kind, the property is very easy and we havent had any issues with the apartment so far! Thsy leave treats out in the morning sometimes too its very sweet.Definitley the best apartment weve lived in so far!

Worst parking I have ever seen. Consistently over 20 covered parking spaces (which you arent allowed to use unless you have a pass that you pay for), 20+ cars parked on street, staff doesnt care that parking is awful, cars consistently broken into, etc.If youre considering moving here and care even the slightest bit about your vehicle, dont move here.Cant give 0 stars.

Staff is Awesome!Viktoriya is super helpful and got me a great deal by getting a garage close by to my new Pent House Apartment Home, it is a very unique floor plan. Baltazar the Maintenance Supervisor has been very helpful and processional as well. I will stay here until I save up for a house. Thank you!

The customer service towards residents stinks!

I have had numerous issues with this complex. First of all, Section 8 housing is on site. They have had countless break ins and issues with thieves operating in the area - Gibson Road, behind the complex is littered with broken glass from broken windows of cars. Any issues I have had with the apartment have taken days to get to - including fixing a broken toilet and a fridge that wasnt operating properly. The complex isnt safe, maintenance isnt done in a timely manner - especially for serious issues and parking is a nightmare. When I have raised issues with management, I have been dismissed. Apparently the front office has recently gone through. change but senior management is the same. I do not advise anyone to rent here.

Today we renewed our lease, has it been a year already!?We have a gorgeous apartment home near the pool with a cute patio and greenbelt. We live very comfortably and walk a lot to the grocery stores and cafes just a block away. We take the bus to work which is also very close & continent. Victoria is awesome and the new guy is very nice too! She helped us move in and was very good at finding the perfect apartment that worked best for our needs, we got very lucky. The maintenance man is very nice and helpful and professional. He does good job at repairs quickly. Buen trabajo!

Nice and huge floor plan. We enjoyed the gas fireplace there. Also they have garages and storages right outside the building.

Man what a place, it’s real nice and spacious and made me feel right at home. Great area too, I’m really happy with what’s to offer :)

This is by far the best community I have had the pleasure of living in. I have not been here long but the community and staff are top notch. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay.

Only lived there for a short time but I absolutely loved it. One of the best places I have stayed by far.

The staff is good for helping.But I don’t like the place because there has a big problem for parking and not any safety for your car.My room partner parked her car in the parking area somebody broke the lock her car and some stuf stolen in her car and we are living two bedrooms apartment but somethings are broken to inside.we just moved here in last 2 weeks but I don’t like it and they didn’t tell us before they don’t have available parking.Now when I asked them give me reserve parking and they said they don’t have any available.They have available only expensive one which one I can’t afford.

I went and visited a buddy who lived here and it was very impressive. Super Clean and extremely nice neighbors.

Don’t move inWe have a very bad experience with Sunrise lane. They advertised this as a no smoking apartment, but people smoke everywhere even in front of the office. No body cares. Dog S... everywhere. Owners don’t clean after their pets. The current director Viktoriya is the worst person I have ever met. She is so disrespectful and has lots of favor actions. Previous director Jeanelle was a very nice lady but unfortunately she left. We are waiting for our lease to end to move out from this place. We have mold everywhere in the house. No parking after 8pm.If you want to be humiliated and disrespected move here.Dont be fooled by all the recent positive reviews. These days they are forcing residents to write reviews because they have a competition against another apartment.

Visited a good friend last week and was very impressed with his apartment and the surrounding neighborhood. I highly recommend Sunrise Lane apartments you won’t be disappointed!!

This place is great. They have wonderful staff members that have wow-d me a few times, once by giving me a heads up call on preventative maintenance they wanted to conduct around my apartment just to let me know what was going on and another time is when they asked permission to deliver a package inside my home right before a 3-Day weekend was coming up. I order a lot of packages so they knew how much I would have appreciated that small gesture. They did this around Christmas time as well since I get home after 6pm and can never make it to collect my packages on time. I really appreciate it guys and I swear Ill get better with those, thanks for your patience with me haha!Also, im allergic to nicotine so its a huge plus that Sunrise is a non-smoking community, yay!

Parking is a problem here. I dont understand why they dont have parking for their residence. My car has been broken in to inside the property and outside the property. Gunfire happens every once and awhile but enough so youre always watching your back. Personal advice, Very nosy neighbors. Youll get snitched on for whatever reason so be careful. way to expensive, these apartments are not worth over 1000 bucks per month. everything is cheap and breaks easy: they wanted me to pay 80 dollars each for blinds, when the ones they use cost 15-20 dollars at Walmart HA LOL! and they lie about new carpets, they just clean them just in case you read this and they tell you that lol not sure if the managers is still the same but she rocked! not the complex though it stinks.

The manager is rude and mean, you never find parking, its not gated because theres an open space right next to the gate where any one could come in from, the deposit 350$was not given back to us after being there for 2 months only plus they charged me 1200$ as a fine, the apartment was very dirty when I received it and the fireplace was always not working, we were frozen the whole time!! I dont recommend this apartment at all!!

We are on our second lease. The price is good for the space you get and the apartments are very spacious. The manager Tom is very helpful when you have any issues.The only negative I see is the parking situation. Unless you pay for your own spot you will have trouble finding parking. There have been times where I couldnt find any parking after 6 pm and was forced to park outside on the street. If you are looking for an affordable apartment and you dont mind the area, this is a great option.

Ive been living here for 6 months now and will update my review when/if I move. So far so good though. Anna was one of the receptionists when I was apartment hunting and she made everything easy and simple. Bryan and Christopher are the current managers, I believe, and theyre very friendly and kind. Theyre always ask how Im doing, if I need anything, how Im enjoying the apartment, etc. When I first moved in, the kitchen sink garbage disposer was broken and so was the fan above the stove, but that was fixed right away. The only thing I dont know how to fix is the outlets. Usually the bottom outlet will work, and not the top one, but its not such a huge concern of mine that I need it fixed. There have been some other fixtures and appliances that have broken, but it hasnt been something I couldnt fix myself, and that just comes with having older apartments. Its clean and spacious though. Maintenance is continuously making the place look nicer, re-painting curbs and speed bumps, putting in new lights, putting down salt when its freezing outside so we dont slip, etc. Parking is tough to find, and while it is at just about any apartment complex, it can still get frustrating, especially living in Everett when you can see the glass on the sidewalk where previous cars have been broken into, but have to park outside the complex when the lot is full... Management is good at re-informing all residents of community parking regulations and parking lot behavior when need be. Whether people honor and respect those policies is a different story. I have no noise complaints or anything of the sort though, but that may be because Im more tolerant than others. I dont mind if kids play in the parking lot as long as they dont hit anybodys car or get in anybodys way when driving...

Great apartments, super clean and close to a lot of great things!

I have been living there for 6 years.After 5 pm you wont be able to find a parking space, unless you purchase one for additional $35 cover one. If you park on the street watch out for all the broken windows.After I have moved they charged me $75 for carpet cleaning, they said its their NEW RULE. I had my walls painted in different colors, but before I moved out I repainted them in white, but they decide to charged me $85 for touch ups, Please, there was no touches up needed. I have cleaned my apartment really good, it took me 4 days to clean it, a lot better when I moved in, but they still charged me $50. Plus they charge me for Drip Pans and for Burners for Stove $25, so if you are thinking to move in to this place you better know, that they will charge you for anything for anything that they could think of.The most important I did my final inspection with Apartment Agent and she said that they will not charge me for anything but just the Carpet Cleaning, $75, but couple days later they send me a letter telling me that they will charge me $235.So, before you move in to this place, think AGAIN. Thata all I can say right not.

The price is a little ridiculous for the location, theres a decent amount of space, the apartment design itself is beautiful, you get the gas fireplace, and the balcony but I wouldnt want to pay so much to live in an area I dont feel safe walking around in. Snohomish county is like a black hole and there is nothing to do here if you are a younger person. The bus lines here are expensive with transfer fees, its like 12 dollars to get to the city and back. Its definitely family friendly I suppose. The walls are incredibly thin and you hear a lot of bumps and creaks that keep you up at night, Ive walked out more then once to make sure no one had tried to break in lol. One of the maintenance men are very rude and wouldnt let me shut off the fireplace pilot when it bothered me. The porch was nice but there was too much clutter on the other porches. THE FAN in my bathroom was a giant loud monster and putting on my make up in the morning was a nightmare and I had to keep it on to keep the main mirror lights on!!! The guys at the front are awesome especially Chris who has been very nice and good to me, which is the only reason why Im giving this place three stars haha. You go Chris.
