While we have not moved in yet, we would like to share how wonderful the application experience has been. This team has been so responsive and helpful. Between texts and phone calls, we’ve easily and conveniently finished this process in a day and a half. We’ve had the pleasure of working with Amanda and Rian - both fabulous and proactive.Excited to move in next month and confident that we will have a great experience - not only based on our personal experience but the several other reviews that have been happy to call Breckenridge home.

We lived in Breckenridge Apartments for two years and we loved it! The location is great. It is close to everything and quiet at the same time. The territory is beautiful and very well maintained. We didn’t have any problems at all. Amanda is an amazing manager. Her professionalism and the sweetest attitude always made my day. Thank you!

By far one of the best apartment complexes my family and I have lived in. From the office to the maintenance crew, everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful. Scheduling a maintenance request is easy and they are quick to resolve. The office also regularly has community events that brings neighbors together. The location altogether is just right, grocery stores and essentials are all right down the road. Breckenridge, thanks!

They do not take the time to care for the residents that occupy the spaces. It’s not about being safe in your apartment when there’s broken seals and mold growing in the window seams. The parking standards are ridiculous, and on top of that they enforce all the wrong rules when they should be invested into taking care of the buildings that their residents reside in. Absolutely disgusting way to manage an apartment complex.

Left my name, number and what Im looking for to inquire about an apartment and never got a call back (Im a black male) ...had a friend of mine call and do the same thing (shes a white female) and she got a call back the same day... Im pretty disappointed. Im hoping I made a mistake but this seems incompetent at best and profiling at worst.

Never had a problem with my landlord or Breckenridge. I didnt really ask for anything while my 1-year lease here. The one time I did they were really attentive. Amanda was great to work with. There was one time I forgot to pay by the 3rd and got a letter I would be kicked out without paying by the 15th lol. Would be a good idea to call to ask without assuming. Something to think about for their team. I always felt safe in the parking lot and walking to my apartment. Living close to Costco and Safeway is very worth it. Thank for the amazing year!

Great place to live! Office staff are very helpful and super nice! The maintenance staff are prompt and efficient. When we had the big snow storm the maintenance crew was up before anyone else shoveling the sidewalks and salting them so people could get to their cars. The grounds are well kept as well. All of our neighbors are very nice and quiet. All the pet owners that we have seen are very friendly and aware of their dogs and clean up after them. I would recommend this location!

The location is great-close to shopping, I-5 and 3 park and rides. The grounds and building have been well maintained. The Community Director actually rented our first and second apartments to us. You can tell that she cares about the residents. She and her staff are fair, communicative and responsive. The rent has increased significantly in the last 7 years, but all rents and mortgages in the Seattle area have sky rocketed. These are also not luxury apartments. You are not paying over $2000 a month for hard wood floors, community game room, yes. The two apartments we have lived in have been a good size, clean, safe (for Everett) and overall a good place to live. I’m glad we found this place seven years ago and I wouldn’t find a different place if I could go back in time.

Terrible service! Leaving my family homeless! We applied for the apartment two weeks ago just for them to keep stringing us along asking for more and more information. I believe they were racist and prejudice. They were pretty shady when I asked for contact info to reach their corporate office and the girl Ryan said she cannot provide that information to me. She simply told me she isn’t allowed to give me contact numbers to HR or corporate including their criminal background check department. I then asked if she could get us on the line as a conference call as an option but she also denied. I can’t imagine what the service would be like if we had actually moved into this place. First impression was good but once applications were processed we saw a totally different angle! Be warned. Unless your white and have zero mistakes in your past track record.

The team at Breckenridge is absolutely amazing. The term “helpful” doesn’t even cut it. During our “snowpocalypse,” both the girls from the office, and the two maintenance guys were all out shoveling snow before 6am, putting ice melt down, climbing on top of carport roofs to get the snow off to prevent issues, pushing cars, digging out cars, and even parking cars or getting cars going for residents. They are wonderful people to work with. The community is beautiful with all its landscaping, and is always clean! Love living here, and will definitely renew when my lease is up this summer!

Have lived here for a little over two years. Had minor issues like maintenance work that needs to be done or parking (when we first moved in), but everything was taken care of really quickly. And ever since the new staff started working here (Amanda and Ryan) we haven’t had a problem. They really are such kind and helpful women. The grounds are kept up pretty well. Overall I enjoy living here and would recommend :)

So happy we moved to Breckenridge Apartment Homes last year. We admired the units on a side trip to Costco, so really didnt have much looking to do. Found the staff very friendly and helpful. They went out of their way to ensure we were getting settled in okay. Have only had a couple of maintenance requests and they were handled promptly and professionally. The grounds are maintained very well, and the natural surroundings are very pleasant. Enjoy the neighbors we have met; all friendly and sociable! Pets are leashed and well mannered. Amenities look great but havent had a chance to use them yet - pool is very large and clean. Rec room seems to be used routinely, but didnt look crowded. Would be happy to recommend Breckenridge Apartment Homes!

Weve been living here for just over seven years. The location is great; so close to everything. There have been a few bumps over the years, but management has always been responsive when things need sorting out.One caveat to living here (and Im sure this is true of many other apartment communities) is the yearly rent increases. The amounts vary wildly from year-to-year and the rent has gone up considerably. When we first moved in, the rent was about $800 plus fees, and now it is close to $1,400 a month for a small 1 bedroom unit. There have been many exterior improvements to the community, but the interiors are sorely in need of an upgrade. It seems the apartments receive an overhaul only when long-term residents vacate.Overall, this is a perfectly fine place to live. Weve been very happy here.

So, I’m just gonna say if you want cheap cheap cheap...move here. However, don’t set any expectations for this place to actually feel like home and pleasant. A few things that were major red flags that I ignored and got shafted for...management changed 3 times in a year and frankly, I only felt two of the girls when I moved in we’re professional and they left then it went down hill. Upon move in (literally while unpacking) the paint was so cheap that when I had to squeeze things into cabinets or closets, paint was falling off. Figured in WA with general wear and tear not being something you’re charged for, it would be more annoying but not detrimental...wrong. I got charged for everything upon move out. We had windows replaced and still had mold-charged for that even though we cleaned before moving. We had unfinished, ugly cabinets and they charged us for a few crumbs. We got charged for repainting and when I asked for a photo as to why, i was shown a place where an old photo was hanging and instead of cleaning the wall, they repainted and charged me. Disputing charges was no use. So they took our security deposit and an additional $350. Our rent was $1275 and they wanted to charge $1600 if we renewed. Greeeeedy!Communication sucks...If you have dogs, be aware that no one picks up poop around...partially because the doggy stations were never stocked. My neighbor was broken into so we ended up putting alarms on our doors since no one seemed to help him out.I lived in Tukwila years ago and that seemed nicer than this place. It’s close to everything but I was really pissed toward the end of our lease...current management really disappointed us.Be warned and don’t expect much.

We moved in around 6 months ago, and have really enjoyed living here. The apartment is extremely spacious, maintenance is quick when you have a request, the office ladies are always so nice, and the complex is clean and feels safe. We have a two year old and we ride his bike and/or walk around the area all the time. I’m not sure why one of the previous reviewers said the pool is smaller, the pool is HUGE and so nice! You can tell they really take care of it as well as the club house in general. Parking can be tough, but that’s normal in apartment complexes. Just rent a space or park on the street right by there and you will never have a problem. All in all, great place to live for the area and price.

We were there 4 years. Last time they increased the rent by $110 per month to $1500. Ridiculous. The front desk guy was the worse I saw there in 4 years. He will always find an excuse not to do anything. We called him 3 times and walked in once to fix something and he said you to fill up the online maintenance before we do visit the apartment! Anyways during closing sent mail to the wrong address and finally charged whatever they could. Including adding bunch of new rules to wipe out the deposit completely.

I lived here for two years and was initially happy due to being so close to costco and a park, but as it turns out the surrounding woods are frequently used by the homeless which led to a lot of the cars being broken into. Everyone i knew living there had been burglarized at some point during their residency. When my car was broken into the front office was of no help. A few months later, instead of upgrading their security from a guy who occasionally drives around they repaved the parking lot. Now if a bum decides to steal a car they have a nice smooth ride out and can wave to the security guard if hes there. Definetly worth the $1600 a month that used to be around $1400. If you value anything you own please overlook this place. Usury at its finest!

I and my wife stayed in 1bdr apartments for two years, 2015-2017. Here are PROS: Convenient I-5 carpool exit. Safeway, Costco, Bartell Drugs and other stores/shops in a walking distance. Silver Lake is very close too as well as Interurban Trail for runners/bicyclists (like we used to). Small neighborhood cause of relatively small apartments: we did not get “i5 -traffic” on the parking lots and residential streets even on rush hours. Comparatively silent area despite I-5 nearby, no earplugs need to fall asleep. The 19th AVE is not busy and low speed limited. Nice pool area (but pool itself is quite small). In spite of small complex the territory is green, blooming  and well kept. Management and maintenance are friendly and responsive enough. CONS: ancient crappy kitchen cabinets, countertops, bathroom tiles. Most of the cabinets door hinges were completely rusty. The cheapest plastic shower head in the bathroom. Looks like water taps in the bathroom and kitchen were installed in 80’s and were never replaced. Windows are very old, a lot of mold grows, especially Oct-Apr period (welcome to WA). Washer/Dryer are old too. The Dryer has loud buzzer when the cycle completed – it’s very annoying (we have a baby infant now so I could imagine how terrible it will be). No kids playground. Neighbors are often not follow smoking policy and smoke on balconies. Office has short hours on Sat and closed on Sun, that’s not convenient in some cases. The lease was risen twice (about 100$ each time) during our rental period. SUMMARY: it’s ok place to live for singles or no-kids couples. In my overall rating I’d give 3+ stars.

The actual apartment isnt that bad. It seems like are things always breaking here i.e. dryer, fan, toilet, etc. but maintenance is pretty quick with a response. My biggest complaints are the front office ladys. 8 out of 10 time I go to the office, theyll have it closed down (always within operating hours), or have the Ill be back in an hour or two sign up. And if they do have it open, they act like theyre doing you so big favor by being there. They are extremely rude. I could do without the attitude, the once or twice a week I attempt to go in there to pick up a package, give them rent, or whatever.Parking sucks. You end up getting assigned parking out in the boonies and have to walk across the apartment complex to get to your place. This is especially a big pain with kids. Whats more agrovating is that they have a bunch of empty spots that are closer by. But anytime you bring it up to the girls in the office, they deflect and say they cant help you.I wouldnt rent here. Spare yourself the headache. There are a lot better apartments out there for the money.

The apartments, the staff, and the residents are about what you would expect from a complex like this in this neighborhood. The parking lot is ridiculous and the road next to it that leads to costco is a target for druggies and car theft, so watch yourself.
