I went in looking for a specific type of job and had low expectations because I was limiting myself, but they were very personable and friendly. They got me a good job in a reasonable time frame and my overall experience was very positive. Thank you Assemblix
Terrible. Won’t return your calls and will charge you for transportation even if you do not use there transportation. Kyle is also a liar.
Good work decent pay
Assemblix is a great Go-To in between being unemployed as they provide everything you need to start making weekly paychecks doing something you would rather not do to something you would. They provide transportation and all the safety equipment needed from the start such as steel toe boots, hard hats, gloves, safety glasses etc. The transportation fees were reasonable the first time i was stationed at Purdue Foods. But after i quit that assignment i came back to $10 a day van fees for FarBest Foods which i assume was because of the higher gas prices even though it was half the distance to Huntingburg. So that was a turn off. Assemblix has no problem hiring felons as long as it isnt something violent. I thought that was great to give felons a chance to make an honest living. The van rides would even drop off at the homeless shelters if needed. I would advise anyone looking for immediate work to go fill out an app and get to work especially if youre in a tough spot like no vehicle. Now there was afew things that i didnt like about Assemblix. The main one was their payday check delivery times. Since the office closed at like 4PM and the vans returning from FarBest wouldnt get there until like 430 usually it made getting your paychecks on friday hard if you didnt get back in time. They do offer to take paychecks in the van up to work with the van driver to be passed out, but not everyone took the van to work. So i would try to talk to Theresa the manager about alternate ways to get your check on time. Also if you are one of the employees that drive to work make sure they dont keep charging the $10 a day van fee like they did to me. Of course it was later credited to another paycheck but still. Hopefully the kinks have been worked out as its been almost a year since i worked for Assemblix.
Not bad at placing people but if you need them to fill out any kind of paperwork after you have terminated the job they ignore you.
Unless they the bus up from dopeheads I wouldnt work for them again
Good work, good people.
Boo they rip u off n dont pay u what u work n wont correct their mistakes either.
Not a good place to work for, unless you are a criminal or dont have a education plus they will screw you out of money.if you do work for them dont quit on a Tuesday it will be 50$ for a ride you didnt get, never no more.
