I know a man that has to use Parenting time center. We need more facilities like this place because while the idea of this facility is good for if someone really needs to be supervised to visit their child, however the staff here is rude and the wait time to see your child could range out to weeks and when u inquire about visitation times they are rude short and even hang up on you before you can get a question out. Judges need to be aware they cannot provide consistency w people and their children at this location

The parking lot bully/door woman has a mildly unpleasant demeanor, but her begrudingly reluctant version of professionalism is manageable if you dont mind enduring her poorly concealed disdain for humankind. The visit supervisors are friendly and helpful. The facilities are well maintained and stocked with an eclectic collection of toys, board games, and family friendly activities. I cant fathom a more ideal court-ordered environment for me to suffer through infringement upon my god-given rights to parent my child.

Keeps your kids safe and supervised during visits.

The program director, Katheryn Kornblume-Zelle spoke to me in a very condescending manner, despite my level of intelligence and graduate degree in psychology. Both myself and my daughter are victims of domestic violence and I feel this facility has minimal understanding of the ramifications of such, and lack compassion. They appear to be more concerned with “the system” than with the person.

Staff is focused on children and promotes safe relationships for children. And parents.

My time at The Parenting Time Center is an experience Ill never forget. PTC helped me identify high risk factors to our family unit and then helped us work through those risks in the healthiest way possible. By the time I was no longer required supervised visits, I had the most amazing support group of professionals guiding me. I was able to identify and rectify problem areas in my parent/child and parent/parent relationships. Fast forward a few years later and my ex husband and I now co parent without the help of courts, lawyers, and community resources. Kathryn and her team have maintained a knowledgeable, supportive relationship with my family, even though our time as clients has officially come to a close. PTC gave us a place to come together and focus solely on the kids as our high-conflict divorce played out in the court system. Because of PTC and the work that I put in, I was able to vindicate myself as a parent and had the word of court appointed professionals to support my claims. This is an invaluable service provided to families in the tri state area.
