After buying my home, I needed to get the septic pumped. American Grease and Septic was able to get me in within a couple hours, which is great for a non-emergency call. They were not only on time, but ahead of schedule. The guys who showed up were prompt, professional, polite, and did a great job. They went the extra mile to ensure all the contents were cleaned out, and even provided an opportunity for me to inspect afterward. Highly recommend them and I will be using their services again in the future!

These guys are great! Anyone who can remain cheerful and friendly while pumping out a septic tank in 16 degree weather at 9:00pm on a Saturday night deserves some serious kudos for dedication. Thank you so much for bailing us out of a tough situation!

I needed my septic pumped after a lift pump failure. These guys made it out just hours after I called. Very professional and quick. My wife was happy to be able to take a shower, so I was happy.

I called and made an appointment and they didnt put me on the schedule! I planned around them being here and when they didnt show in the time frame I called. Thankfully i found another company to come the same day and cheaper!

Either invest in new equipment that’s isnt as loud as as a jet OR don’t do it at 8am and literally wake up the whole franklin street. TERRIBLE, learn some common sense
