His post inspection detailed video along with his very detailed reports were phenomenal. All of which came within 24hrs of the inspection. The most detailed inspection report I have ever seen! I received the report only 24 hours after the inspection was completed! I received timely communications from the company so I knew what to expect and when. In comparison, the appraiser that appraised my current property for the buyer took a full week to present his report, and it was not nearly as detailed. We are not from the Evansville area so it meant a lot to us that we felt a good connection with Steve from the start. We received a very comprehensive inspection and although we were a little overwhelmed at first, the video made all the difference for us us. Thankfully, we could put things (ie repair/replace) in perspective and continue on with our project. Steve is professional, knowledgeable and timely with the report. We felt that he gave us a good product at a good price in a short period of time---rare to get all three in todays world.

Our inspection report was presented to us with a “personalized” video specifically explaining each thing about our home Everything about this process was easy, efficient, and just amazing. I was worried I would have to read the report myself and try and decipher what anything even meant. But not once have I had any troubles with that! Could not recommend this company more!

I hired Champion to inspect a home I wished to purchase in Newburgh. They were very thorough and provided a comprehensive report. Since the home had a crawl space, I purchased their Gold Plan, which included mold testing. Along with the Gold Plan came several additional home warranties. I didnt pay much attention to that, but weeks after the purchase ended up using the 90-day warranty to pay for a new blower motor in the furnace. Champion was very responsive in helping me file the warranty claim. I definitely recommend Champion. Their level of customer service is way above average!

I have waited over 2 months to write this review to ensure I was making a proper assessment. If I was rating the home inspection alone I would give 5 stars. Inspector spent a lot of time with us, showed us details and gave good details in the report. However, he offers other services which essentially has allowed my information to be shared. I received many calls and emails offering items like cabel and home security. They always tell me where they recieved my information when calling. With a home purchase I have enough items to deal with and wish I was just receiving a home inspection.

I was very impressed with my recent experience with Champion. Stephen was very thorough in the inspection and did an excellent job of reviewing all of the items with me in person. Well worth the peace of mind when purchasing a new home.

My inspector Austin was extremely professional and thorough. He sat with us when he was done to give an overview of his findings and ensure any questions we had were answered. The full report was in my email by 8am the next day. Would recommend Champion to anyone!Update: I was contacted by the “concierge” service. They offered to email information about utilities, internet, etc. Then sent me to Protect Your Home- “an authorized ADT partner.” They informed me of the best part... a “gift” from my inspector: an $850 credit for a home security system. I had been considering one anyway so I let her talk me into paying a $99 deposit for the installation fee. Then when I got the email confirmation I read I would be required to sign a 36 mo contract. Protect Your Home has very poor reviews and over 2000 complaints with the BBB of shady business practices. While attempting to cancel the appt. and get a refund they just transferred me to different departments which amounted to nothing. I also never received any information about utilities... which is what I thought was the purpose of the call. However, when I reached out to Champion they quickly followed up and provided a number to call ADT directly. 5 minutes later my refund was being processed. So I definitely recommend ignoring all calls from the “concierge.” Still pleased with the service I received from Champion directly , but beware of anything else!

Purchased a home recently in Newburgh and Champions was refereed to me by our realtor. We had just bought and sold in the last year in Illinois so we went through this process before and had an inspector but it was nothing like what we had with Champions. Steve did an extremely thorough inspection and went through it step by step with us. He also walked us through some maintenance items and took videos of everything. Could not asked for a nicer or better inspector to do our house. The price was much cheaper than our first ones but those were in Illinois so not sure how much it would be compared to local vendors but either way Strongly recommend going with them if you are purchasing a home.

Stephen did an excellent job with our home inspection. He was extremely thorough as well as professional throughout the entire process. I love that he provides a video service to re-watch at a later time which was helpful. Stephen also provided excellent customer service and followed up with us after the inspection.
