This is my go-to nail salon; always respectful and always willing to talk about your day or theirs. Heather is the best nail artist I have ever been to, and her skill set allows her to go from the craziest nails (red ones in photo) to the softest nails (nude ones in photo). I have never felt more comfortable at a nail salon; Blue Water Nails is truly a wonderful salon with wonderful staff and customers.

Henry did a great job on my nails. He was very friendly when my friend and I walked in. He paid close attention when it came to putting the glitter and stars on my nails so that they looked perfect. Ill definitely be returning.

My nail tech was polite and did a efficient job. He ran over on his last client by her fault so he was a little rushed because he had a client right after me as well. So because of that the prep and pamper got cut short unfortunately. But my gel nails turned out looking great and are still holding up well.

I enjoyed it! It was satisfying. Heather is a favorite of mine and she takes her time giving you what you want for a decent price.

Horrible place i was working on growing out my nails n he took it upon himself to cut them even tho i told him not to n i didnt want tips n he ruined my nails n i went in to het one fixed after not even 10 days n the only thing he did was glue it back n left glue all over my hands n now my nail is bleeding and pulling away from my skin!!!! Ill never return!!!! It took my new place over a hr to take off the nails!!!!!

Absolutely horrible service!!!If I could give a negative star I would!!Went with a friend of mine and I felt rushed. First the lady tries to talk me out of getting gel polish then she leaves a good amount of polish still on my nails. I even had to file my own nails because she seemed like she didnt want to. She complained that she was busy and that I was taking too long with picking a color which by the way was a very small selection. Even the guy yelled at me because I wanted to see what it would look like in one finger before committing to it. I asked for a white glitter polish and it looked yellow when she opened it. The worst thing is that its been less than a week and I already had one nail pop off.Ugh.....I could go on and on my advise is Dont Waste Your Time going to this place is not worth it!!!

Overall a decent experience. There is definitely a communication barrier with some of the technicians. She never attempted to speak to me at any time, and I actually had to ask what I owed. Other than that she did a good job compared to Nail Tech who gave me an infection in my toe, and Evans Nails who are very rude and unprofessional. Will be back.

Expensive and unfriendly. Put uneven amount of stones on nails. Gel nails were full of bubbles and put on wrong. Would not recommend.

Went in to get a French tip acrylic with a simple design. And French tip pedi. Left with a half ass pedi and Im guessing gel nails. I asked 2 techs for white tips because I do not like painted tips. They refused to give me white tips and painted them instead. They are streaky with lines and the lines I asked for are crooked. $100 waisted. Ive been getting my nails done for years and have never been this pissed or disappointed when I have left.

If I could give no stars I would this place is horrible I have bubbles in my Polish and places on my nails arent even painted and when I complained she was shi#$y to me... dont waste your time nor your money DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!

This was by far the worst pedicure I have received. I am still trying to straighten out the mess she made polishing, I would not recommend and I won’t be going back.
