Doesnt seem to care about making a mistake and sending to collections even though they had the wrong insurance on file. Rebilled the right insurance and sent to collections on the same day and didnt even send an updated bill when insurance paid. Clearly no understanding of collections or how it impacts a credit score. Thanks for nothing.
