Absolutely outstanding service.

So far, in the short time I’ve been a customer, Merry Maids has sent two different young ladies to clean my apartment, and they each did excellent work, giving a thorough cleaning throughout. If anyone is looking to hire a housecleaning service, I am happy to recommend Merry Maids.

Merry Maids is the best! I cant focus on my business and cleaning at the same time, so after some quotes in the area, Merry Maids were the best deal for our business, and we hired them. Merry Maids has provided me with outstanding service for several years. The cleaners do a great job and leave the house smelling fantastic and the front office is responsive and easy to work with. It’s important to have a regular cleaner who knows your house. When I have had irregular service from just whoever happened to be free, the work has not been complete or as thorough.That said, when I have had to call the office to ask that the workers be sent back to finish the job, they have been very responsive.

I have NEVER had such a wonderful experience! The girls were fun and cleaning Experts who went through our house on Angel wings! Good first experience with Merry Maids. They cleaned areas I just can’t/don’t clean like ceiling fans and wall vents. They are more expensive than private house keepers; however, I had such trouble finding a consistently reliable individual to clean. So, I decided to pay extra for a company that is bonded and insured plus guarantees their work to customer’s satisfaction.

I have been with Merry Maids for 8 years. It was on the suggestion of my husband and I was a bit leery.I love the fact that they are bonded and insured. They train their staff well and make sure that the person coming to your home is a good fit for you. if it’s not they are very proactive and accommodating.It’s more expensive than private cleaning. With that in mind I have the peace of mind that if somethings not right, they will go out of their way to make it right. They screen their people So I don’t have to. I have trust in them and don’t have to do the leg work.I have recommended them to others. I am very happy with “K”.

Highly recommend!! I needed a new construction/move-in cleaning. One of the owners came out to meet with me and gave me a very reasonable estimate! They did a great job cleaning. The owner even followed up to insure I was highly satisfied.

I was never able to get my stainless refrigerator to shine, but now it does. Thats just one of the little pleasures I had not anticipated from this service. My home is cleaner than I had ever managed to keep it on my own, and that is something I appreciate every day.

A little more expensive than some others in the area. But, they are always professional and show up on the day stated. They do a very good cleaning job most of the time and seem to care. I still continue to use them because of the service.

I am recovering from surgery, and my sister got me a gift card for a cleaning service. I have never had a cleaner before, so I was nervous about a new person in my home. I was blessed with Crystal, who did a phenomenal job on my kitchen. She was kind, and professional, and made a new friend out of my beagle, Gracie. It feels so good to be in a clean environment, because I cannot do anything for a few weeks. I will be asking for her again. Recommend 100% extremely happy customer!

My first big cleaning wasnt as I expected it to be. Lots of areas werent touch or cleaned. Areas that are normally cleaned on your weekly cleaning day. I dont know if I expected to much, but I went by what my rep told me would be cleaned and yet those areas were not touched. The more I looked the more I found areas that werent as cleaned. The areas they cleaned looked good. I did call and speak with the office and they were more than happy to send someone out and clean. I told them to wait for my regular cleaning day. So Ill see how they do cleaning on the next visit. Im not very satisfied so far but will give them a chance to make it right.

Merry Maids did an incredible job cleaning my home. I asked them to concentrate particularly on my bathrooms, kitchen, & laundry/mudroom. What a treat! Fabulous experience & I would highly recommend them.
