Amazing experience from start to finish getting a pool installed. Evan, our salesperson explained everything and made sure he was upfront about the delayed time frame on install dates. Turned out they were able to install a month earlier than expected! The guys that came to install it were awesome. They took their time to make sure everything was level and installed properly. When the install was complete they gave us a very detailed walk through on how to operate the pump system and everything we needed to do to maintain the pool. We love our pool!!! I highly recommend Firemasters!!!

I bought a home with a pool, and after having absolute 0 experience with maintaining a pool, it was nice knowing that I could go to or call FireMasters, and they would assist me with any questions I had. Recently, I had some questions about winterizing my pool. Evan brought me out to one of their pools on the premises and showed me exactly what I needed to do to close up my pool for the year. Putting in a new inground pool is always an odyssey, especially if it is a custom design as part of a larger whole backyard renovation. When I say custom design, Im talking about multiple waterfalls, bubblers, fountains, fire features, and a very large slide, to go along with a new outdoor pergola with outdoor heaters, kitchen, pool house, fire pit area, retaining wall, etc. Firemaster and their recommended contractors took it all on and did what is way beyond an amazing job.Thats not to say that they just came in and did the job and left. Thats not the case at all. If there is one thing I can say about Firemaster, it was that their service was excellent - whether that was Big Mike or his wife, Little Mike, Don, Ryan, or the rest of the installation crew or the office staff (there are too many to name). They all really cared about doing a great job and they all went above and beyond to do the extra mile, even if it technically wasnt their job.Whether it was before the pool went in in helping to prepare the site for other aspects of the project that didnt have anything to do with them, to providing a helping hand in calming our nerves (it was a big project), to making adjustments to the project as the project progressed, they were always ready and willing to do what we wanted and what was necessary to make the project awesome. And the most amazing thing: it was during Covid and during the busiest season they ever had.As with any big project, there were delays and little hiccups, but Firemaster handled them all. Whenever there was an issue, they took care of it (even if we hadnt noticed it). If they made a mistake, they owned it and went beyond just making it right. After the pool was completed, they were always there to make the tweaks necessary to have the pool and features be just right. Our project was a big project for them - what I understand is that it was larger in scale and scope than anything they have done before - and they rose to the occasion before, during, and after the project was completed. Anyone who has ever had to deal with the construction of a big project - house, etc - knows how frustrating that project can be at times; but, it is in those times that the character of the people you are dealing with are revealed and, in Firemasters case, we could not have asked for any better. Thank you Firemaster for making our familys dreams come true and for all the help and little things you did along the way. You deserve all the accolades I can give and Ill recommend them to anyone.

Called them on the phone Tuesday to have a pool consultation and the gentleman advised me to come in on a Saturday to talk to their pool installers total waste of my time as they said their not installing in-ground pools and nobody can. Other companies have came to my house and already given me estimates. Then they tried to switch me into buying other stuff; that they told the couple in front of me they didn’t have; that they wanted. Would have save a lot of time if they were honest on the phone.

I purchased a pool from them in 2019 and they did a great job. Fast forward to the past few weeks and I have been struggling to get the pool open for a number of different reasons. They have been great with advice and parts help. Going a little further I called them yesterday because I was still struggling and they sent service techs out who were fantastic and got me up and running amd never charged me a dime. These guys really came through.

We recently had a problem with our spa that was purchased at Firemaster a few years ago, I spoke with Tina one of the owners and she had two Awesome service men, come out and they took care of the repairs! They were so professional and friendly!! So refreshing to see this, this company stands by their products and cares about their customers! I’m so glad to be doing business with them! I highly recommend this company and I love my Hotsprings Spa!!!!

They will NEVER call you back They even said that they were so sorry and that they would have the Owner call me to let me know how sorry they were (they had not called me back 4 times) and then the Owner did not call me back. OMG you have got to be kidding me. I cancelled my pool order.

Currently, they are trying to use the chemical shortage to gouge customers into buying pricier and more expensive than necessary packages. Additionally, they are manipulating the reviews on their website and Facebook to not accurately reflect the poor nature of their business practices.

Wide selection of items and options, staff is very knowledgeable about their products. However, the testing of their product is limited. When making a purchase of a hot tub you want to test it out. Not a lot of selections for the model we wanted and testing it was out of the question. None the less, the service was great, answered all my questions just not able to complete the deal with a test run.

We had an item bought less than a year ago, had thrown away box and receipt, we looked it up, had a 3 year manufactures warranty; they were quick and courteous, were able to look up the purchase and they got us a new one ordered as well as a good deal on a cheaper backup for times like this. Highly recommend them and will use on the future!!

I contacted Firemaster for some information about a gas fireplace that was already installed at a home i moved to. I only had experience with wood burning units so i wanted to have it inspected and get some information on if this unit was best suited for our household wants. They were punctual, informative, and professional. I also had them take measurements to do an additional unit in my bar room area because i was so pleased with the quality of service. i would recommend them to anyone looking for a new or updating existing fireplace. I bought a hot tub from Firemaster. I decided to wire it up myself and when I finished the job the hot tub did not come on. I called and Shane walked me through what I had done for at least 45 minutes on a Saturday night. Bottom line, I had made a mistake in the wiring and found the problem thanks to Shane.

Buying a spa here is a great process. The sales guys are super informative and are not pushy. The team is awesome and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a pool or spa.

I have called several places to come and take measurements of my pool for a new liner, although FireMaster does not do that any longer they were the kindest company that I have talked too. The lady I spoke with gave me names and numbers of other companies to call with no problem!!

Purchased a Hot Springs Spa from Firemaster in September of this year. Spa was delivered and about 20 minutes worth of instruction for use was given. Had problems with the chemical balances in the water and called Firemaster to ask for help in correcting the problems. Every time we called we were told the person we needed to talk with was either with another customer or on the other line and would return our call.Waited several hours each time for a return call which never came. We always had to call again and again to try and reach either the salesperson we dealt with or one of the service people. This went on for over a week and we were never able to get the help we needed to get the problems taken care of. We finally gave up and contacted a business in our hometown. They asked that we bring a sample of our water in and they would analyze it. We did this and got more instruction and help in a 10 minute conversation with them than we ever received from anyone at Firemaster.They also gave us a weekly maintenance schedule to perform which has helped tremendously. Wonder why we never received anything like that from Firemaster?Dont understand why we spend $12,000 with a business and they dont care enough to return a call, but yet another business will be so helpful??I would recommend purchasing your spa somewhere else where they care about helping you and provide service after the sale.Firemaster obviously does not.
