Had them clean the exterior of my home. They pressure washed exposed brick around the base of the home and did a soft wash of the siding and windows. They did a great job! Everything they cleaned looked like new when they were finished. They were running late from a previous job so they were about an hour behind the window they gave me but it wasnt a problem. They were very responsive, polite, and professional. They covered my exterior lighting during spraying to protect it. Was kind of hoping to have that cleaned too but it may have been listed as a different item for an additional cost. They offer way more services than what I requested. Price was more than others when researching alternative businesses but I felt it was worth the cost. Overall very pleased with the experience.

Wow, what an amazing experience!! My house, patios, and garage looked brand new when they were done. They even went above and beyond and cleaned my enclosed trailer and put my ferns back on my front porch! Very professional, and great communication. The windows were very clean after they finished without streaking, but we were disappointed in the way they left several ledges filthy. Our sliding glass door ledges were not cleaned at all. All window ledges seemed to be clean. I would recommend, but make sure next time the job is 100%.

Top notch team, I would highly recommend Cloud 9 for roof cleaning. Eric worked with me and my family’s hectic schedule. We had to reschedule due to not getting our water turned on by the city on time for the appointment; instead of being aggravated that we burned one of his time slots Eric was understanding and got me back on the calendar ASAP. Eric was great at explaining the process and how the product works when treating the roof. After his team came out on their Saturday to treat the roof my wife and I returned from the lake to a beautifully almost new looking roof. I was stoked but it got even better. Eric sent me a follow up email the next day letting me know that his team would be returning to touch up the brown spots where the treatment had killed off the mold; came home from work today to what appeared to be a new looking roof. New recurring customer earned!

The young man who came to the door was very polite and explained what they would do. When finished, he explained what they found. The gutters are flowing freely now. We have been using Cloud 9 services for well over a decade, and we have always been more than satisfied with the results.I’d like to add that I am very cautious about who I allow to work inside my home, especially as in this case where the work is in every room. I discovered Cloud 9 when I noticed they were working for St. John’s in Newburgh where my kids attended school. I asked the grounds coordinator about them and received a glowing response. Through the years, the owner has even repaired small caulking issues when he found them. When we added the service of cleaning the porches and siding- the result was pristine. I’m not even sure how they did that. There are so many crevices, etc.We only do the whole house, inside and out, once or twice a year, and touch-ups are needed so I watched and finally asked to be shown how they get the glass so perfectly clean. Mr. Harper patiently explained and showed me (after 10-15 years, he apparently knows we’re customers for life). I tried, really tried, even bought myself a squeegee!, but I simply cannot get my windows so perfectly clean, with no smudges or streaks. It’s actually quite frustrating, but great for this review of Cloud 9😊.Also, the workers have always been unfailingly polite, unobtrusive and professional. After our last service, it dawned on me I could express my gratitude by tracking down their website and describing their work. Not many contractors are so good at what they do, or take as much care with their work. There are some, and I’ve learned to treasure the ones I’ve found. Cloud 9 is one of them.

I had a team of four come to my house to clean my windows. Im ashamed to say wed never really had our windows cleaned and WOW, its an amazing difference. After a 2 year fight to keep my house, I finally found the desire to care for my house, to feel proud of the place I call home. They were very professional and only left traces of cleanliness even when they had to move furniture to reach some of the interior windows.
