Very disappointed. After simply calling to get information on their protocol for helping my son with math, I am not impressed at all. She advised me they would test him, but not share with me the problem areas or areas he’s needing to work on. That they would keep that information within their office only, and work with him for $400 a month tuition. It’s a total red flag that they would not pass along results of testing with his parents or possibly teachers at his school, to actually get a plan going to help my son. I will be finding another place that actually seems to care about the child, and not just keeping information from everyone & making $.
