Had a great experience with this business. I called in to setup an appointment and they were very patient and helpful over the phone. When I brought my car in they had excellent customer service and even remembered my name which made me feel valued as a customer. They were fast to inspect my car and call be back with updates. This place is fantastic. Definitely coming back here for any car issues I have in the future.

I usually dont post on Google review, but this was a must for me. My daughter goes to UE and had some car problems. I do not live in area, but was in town to see her. I got a referral from a waitress at a local coffee shop to use Muenstermans. I called the shop and Mark helped me get the car repaired and the cost was less than he quoted. Very honest and do good work. Needed brake line repaired and required the other brake line repaired as well. When they had my truck saw a couple hoses were bad and rather than leaving it that way they fixed that as well. Communication was good over the phone as to what was needed to do the job correctly. Ill be going back there for other repairs.

Muenstermans is everything you want in an auto repair shop. Trustworthy, ethical, receptive and reasonable. They treat you like family and if they say it needs to be completed and give a cost, I have never questioned their quote. Ive lived in other areas of the country and have never experienced a repair shop that actually recommended to wait on replacing a part. They explained I could get another 6 months before being replaced. They were right and didnt even charge me for the inspection. Best automobile service station in Evansville!

They really know their stuff. I can trust them to figure out what my car needs and to fix it without extra costs. They are busy, but it is because they are that good.

This place gets so much business they don’t want any more. The first time I called I was rushed off the phone, “good-bye” click, the second time was just click, the third time “what do you want?” Really? That’s how you talk to potential customers? So I asked him if there was anyone there who had better customer service and he said “no.” “No one else is here.” Wow, were my friends ever wrong about this place and so are the reviews.

Muenstermans is our family favorite. As long as Ive been alive, and perhaps longer, we have never had a bad experience with them. They deliver on every promise they make, and our money is well spent.

My family has been going here for 20+ years. Ive even driven several states away to go here. Recently with my last few repairs, every time I try to get an estimate I get told no one can do it/call back next week/well get back to you. I know this is a busy shop because they do really good work, but they really seem to have lost something this last year and a half, which is really disappointing. Hopefully they will find it again.

I took my car to Muenstermans a few years ago thinking I needed new brake rotors. They looked at it and said I didnt need new rotors, just new brakes. I wasnt expecting to be down-sold!Ive been a loyal customer ever since!

I came here yesterday to get my brakes checked out they told me they didnt have anyone available to look at my car so I scheduled an appointment for today to get my car looked at after I got off work. Just got here and immediately was told they had no one at all to look at my car. Absolutely terrible customer service. Id never take my car here even if it was my only option. Never go here. Complete waste of your time.

I never thought that there could be an honest mechanic, but I have only had the best service at Muenstermans.EX1: My car was making a strange noise. They listened to it, found the problem and fixed it free-of-charge.EX2: I thought that my car needed new breaks. They examined them and assured me that a new break job was not needed. That was a nice savings.
