The last couple of times that I have taken my car in for repair has been sloppy in the way they leave the vehicle sitting outside. The last time the car was sitting outside they failed to lock the doors allowing the subjected to theft of items inside. This time the car was in for repair it did not start. They said to bring it in, however the business was not open that day, the next day I did not hear from them and called to find out the they closed at 3:00pm normally there open till 5:00pm At 5:50pm I get a call from the City Police department asking if I still own the car they told me that they found it unlocked with the keys in it and running with no one around so it appeared that the car was left running for about three hours and luck would have it that it was not stolen.

I called them about getting work done to my truck the woman I spoke to said I will call you back with a price on the work and I waited all day and never recieved a call back so I called her back to get a recording saying were closed so to me if your a mechanical Work Shop and need work done and cant get a return phone call from a Mechanic Work shop that repairs vehicles then I can see why there not very Professional and Qualified if they cant even return a phone call.

SAVED $900 BY GOING SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!Have used them in the past but always been skeptical of what I was told. I continued to use them because of the convenience of their location. NOT ANYMORE! My trucks battery gauge kept dropping off so I took it to them. Was told they couldnt get it to repeat the problem but they wanted to replace the alternator and the computer for $1064. A LOT considering they didnt even know what was wrong! Went somewhere else and they immediately told me it was the alternator and they could fix it for less than $100. Two hours later my truck was fine. Ill NEVER go to those crooks again.

I had recently put a lot of money into my car so when it needed more work (I had a pretty good idea of what was wrong) I asked them to let me know before any work was done. They decided not to call me until after they ran up a pretty large bill. When I said that I specifically asked that I would be called before any work was done, the womans response was that they had to see if it was what they suspected it was. Would not recommend

They had my vehicle for 11 days and never once called me to give me an update on it. I had to keep calling to stay informed. They performed repairs without contacting me first, which I explicitly asked them not to do. After getting the vehicle home, I opened the hood and there were parts not screwed down properly, and I found shop rags and tools(!!!) still in the engine compartment! WHAT?! I know this place has a good reputation, but how could I possibly go back to a place after this kind of experience?

Worst experience ever! Stay away! They will steal your money! I brought my 1987 Dodge Ram to them to put a new motor in. I know it probably didnt make since to put $5,200 in a 1987 Dodge Ram but I liked the truck. If the truck ran like I expected to after putting a new rebuilt motor along with several other things to get it right, I would have been happy. Instead my truck takes forever to get to 30 miles per hour and will not go any faster. It barely ran when I got it back. After I called the first time, they said they did all the could do to it. Since then the will not answer or call me back from all the voicemails that I have left. Does anyone know if this is something to report to the BBB?

I had my car here a few years back... I wasnt very happy. They didnt fix the situation but gave me a fat bill to pay. They purchased a lot of junk (at an upcharge price of course) and attempted to fix things but no. The car had issues after 5 minutes of driving it. They did admit they couldnt fix it. But had a huge bill for what they attempted. A much larger bill for what they thought would fix it.I just sold the car and got a new one. Their price was so high, why not? Crazy. I know they have people who swear by them but I didnt like their service, attitude, and the billing me for what they didnt fix.What other service bills you and tells you tough S? Seriously, we are talking a lot of money here and nothing!

Made appointment two days ahead of time to have a fuel line checked. They said they were too busy and to come back in two days. Thanks but no thanks.

It takes a month or longer to get your vehicle fixed and thats with the vehicle being on their lot the whole time! In a bad area for car vandalism!

Professional and fast service

Went in with an oil leak expecting a four-figure bill to replace rear main seal or head and/or valve cover gaskets. Luckily, it was just the oil pan gasket and was only a few hundred bucks. They could have cleaned me out, but they fixed the actual problem instead.
