Ive lived here for nearly 10 years and I love it here! Relatively quiet community with lots of places within walking distance! Friendly staff, highly recommended!

My girl lives here - so I am here often - and it’s a nice, quiet, complex. Rent seems fair. Grounds and repairs are kept well and done promptly. However some repairs are overlooked. But nothing important. Also, parking is assigned, and the guest parking consists of only about 5 spaces, and you have to park way up by the office, and hike it to ones place, which can be FAR, especially when trying to carry something. Many visitors ignore the parking signs and use residents parking spaces, to which they should be towed. However the people here are good, nice, HUMANS and will park in the guest parking and simply leave a note explaining that the visitor is in their space. Main issue is parking... but overall I think it would be a great place to live.

I must say, the management and maintenance staff at this location were absolutely WONDERFUL! The apartments themselves are a bit dated; however, there is plenty of space, good lighting, and excellent storage. The location itself is very convenient as well. There is a nice lake to walk by and it is very close to plenty of businesses. I cant stress enough how wonderful the staff were to work with. They were very accommodating and were always available to meet your needs. I never waited more than a few hours for someone to respond to a maintenance request. Great place to live!

Completely unwilling to work with mental health workers during difficult times. I do not recommend this company.

When I came to look at apartments, I was shown a model by the leasing assistant. When I came to rent my apartment, I got an apartment that wreaked of cat piss. I was told by Kristi, the manager to run the air conditioning. I had to ask for them to replace the carpet. They would not. I had to appeal to upper management who was unresponsive. The very least they did was clean the carpet and they were mad about that. As soon as the lease is up, I am out.

I lived here for 7 years. Decent apartment, cheap, and maintenance got around in a timely manner. However when I went to give notice that I wasnt renewing my lease, they informed me that my lease had auto renewed two week earlier, and there was nothing they could do. I was never made aware of an auto lease renewal, as I always signed new leases. So legally I was responsible for the next years lease. 7 years a tenant and they wouldnt work with me.So I move out anyway and they over penalize for breaking a lease. Its two months rent PLUS rent until they find a new tenant. So if it doesnt sit at all, guess what? You still owe two months rent. Thats not even the crazy part. A week after I moved out I get a bill for $6,000+ which is the entire years rent plus the two months. Management and Goebel is a joke, as a long time tebate there I can only suggest that you please stay away.

My roommate and I are both graduate students and were very interested in renting one of these apartments. As students, the majority of our income is from student loans. I informed the company of this at our first meeting, and they said it would not be an issue. However, nearly two weeks after submitting our applications and deposit, we were rejected. They told us that they did not count student loans towards income, so we did not meet their income requirements. We wasted several weeks on this place when we could have been looking at other apartments, and all because they did not tell me about the rules at the start.In addition to that, the application was poorly organized and nothing can be done electronically, so the whole application process itself was extremely frustrating. Furthermore, I had to contact the company myself to see if we had been accepted or rejected, as they did not inform me.

Hated this place so much. Terrible management. Always had maintenance walk in on me without giving me a chance to answer the door. Neighbors always parking in the one spot i had to park in. Office did nothing about that issue. After my move or inspection was told Id get part of my deposit back and then got charged for something that didnt even need to be done. They sent the bill 20 days after date of letter and told me i had 30 days to pay it so they screwed me over on time! Horrible apartments put together. Paint job and carpets put in so sloppy. They dont know how to run this place.

The apartment itself is decent, but the parking lot and management are horrible. Whenever we had a maintenance issue it always took them forever to fix it. When someone finally came to fix it itd end up breaking again shortly after. The parking spots vary in sizes and people are always parking in your spot. I had multiple issues with the amount of rent/water I was charged. When i tried to resolve it the manager did as little as she possibly could and would make it seem like it was my husband and my fault. Overall I wish I had never moved in and would definitely never go back

Goebel realty for starters. They also dont folloe state law for left property or usage of your deposit. And the vents arent sealed. They all blow dirt and my restroom fan never worked and had a bird nest in it. It took me a month to get the water heater worked on and it was leaking water into the neigjbors apt the whole time
