Been here several times. Always a great workout, reason to cheap pricing, and super friendly. Recommend.

So dishonest. Wanted to join the monthly unlimited program at a discounted rate being offered. Received a signed contract with my initial by email that was not mentioned to me in any way and I had never seen or signed it before. I emailed to cancel it, hoping it was a misunderstanding and it could be an immediate contract cancellation. After they didn’t respond to my request, per rescission rights on the contract I had three days for contract to be fully refunded in same method I paid after I gave notice I wanted that option. Of course, they ignored this request no matter how many times I asked. Would not take my calls or texts after this, so I had to go in-person a few times only to eventually be refunded credits which is not what I asked for. After this, was given the email of the general manager to contact in order to help refund the money back to my card, who ended up being the same person who gave me the email… and was eventually emailed that they cannot reverse credit refund (which I never asked for and never received) even though I had explicitly requested (by text, email, in-person) to be refunded to the card I paid on multiple times.Entering people in contracts without showing it to them or even mentioning it is an extremely shady business practice. Have gone here for years but new management is extremely dishonest. Classes itself are great, but if you’re going to go, make sure you go through class pass so you don’t have to deal with this. I will be filing formal business complaint because this is ridiculous.

I would give them 0 stars if I could. I had signed up for the 4 rides a month membership, which was 80 dollars a month (the lowest membership possible). To be fair I didn’t go more then three times. Each time it was with the same instructor. They did good. That being said, because I wasn’t utilizing the membership to its full capacity, I decided to cancel my membership. THIS IS WHERE THEY ARE CROOKS. I had emailed them. I did not receive a reply. Therefore, I called them and was assured my membership was cancelled with no problems. The following month I was charged and was told I did not cancel within 30 days of the next billing cycle (which is ridiculous and it is never stated to you they will just reference the first email they sent to you when you mention that you were charged). I took the hit, because it was my own fault. But the following month they charged me again. So again I reach out to them via phone. The lady on the phone tells me she will put my name on the list (making it seem I’m not the only client having issues) and that I would be contacted in a few days. I also reached out via email directly after the phone call because I didn’t trust them. I Received an email back about the 30 day rule which doesn’t apply to me. Had to call again and am still waiting to get refunded. They should be embarrassed.

I’ve taken 2 classes so far just for a self journey within myself and I feel so good those last 10 minutes of class being told you can do it life is what you make of it ! I go for that reason they make you feel super comfortable and help you anytime you need it!I also don’t feel pressured if I’m falling behind they encourage you to do YOUR best!Can’t wait to continue on!

Alisons classes are fantastically grueling and Taylors music is spot on. Positive, encouraging energy from all instructors. No body shaming here!! Boutique quality at a reasonable price with welcoming vibes.

I absolutely love this studio, the challenging workout, the luxurious amenities, and the absolutely wonderful owners, Paul and Patrice! You truly feel like you are part of the community, and like they genuinely care about their customers. Every single time I had a cycling session here, its been nothing but outstanding - fun, engaging, good music, inspiring! There are also special events with wine and cocktails, and lots of different charity rides! Buy a package here, you will NOT be disappointed. A+ all the way! 👌🏻

Just simply the best indoor cycling experience anywhere. The CycleBar App is awesome for finding classes and reserving your actual bike.Free water bottles, water, towels, fresh fruit, digital lockers, cycling shoes, hair ties, etc.The CycleTheatre is utterly amazing. Brand new Schwinn Carbon Blue bikes and a state-of-the-art audio visual system that will blow your doors off. Wow!!!
