The RUDEST employee I have ever dealt with. I came before their break time of 12:30 and he told me I’d have to come back in an hour, when I already spent an hour driving up to get here. I asked him to please take me before the break time because I have to get back to work, and he said “I will not see you” and walked away. I am so frustrated with the rude tonality and professionalism of this person and this place.

Driving here took longer than the actual fingerprinting process. I visited on a Tuesday, after their lunch hours. I was the only one there, and the lady at the counter immediately served me. She was fast, efficient, and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, I didnt get her name. I was in and out within 5 minutes! This was a special experience for me since I have really bad thumb prints (skin issue), and most machines just outright reject my prints. It normally takes several tries for machines to accept my thumbprints.Theres ample parking space and a IHOP next door for a quick bite. Theres also a Subway and a Pizzeria. Do note that the office is located above the bank. I circled the building thinking the entrance is located on another side, but its the same entrance. When you enter, theres a huge sign telling you to take the elevator up to the 3rd floor and NOT to go in the actual bank. As soon as you get off the elevator, youll see the office right in front of you.

I came in around 10ish on a Friday and the front desk was super fast. She finished in maybe 10 minutes. I was the third person there. I went in for a finger print scanning.
