Kris and Quest Network Services were recommended to me by some neighbors when I asked if they had someone that they would recommend with helping set up the network for my law firm. Kris came out to my office in short order and had things set up and running smoothly with no problems since. I am sure that this was the worlds simplest job for him, but trying to do any portion of this on our own was inducing tear-your-hair-out stress and agita - but he took care of the problem quickly efficiently inexpensively and best of all correctly. I am happy to recommend my computer guy to others who need his services.

Kris isnt good at what he does; Kris is phenomenal at what he does. I live 50 miles away and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. Ive been going to Quest for several years now and every time I think I have an unmitigated disaster that cant be fixed or recovered, Kris does it. His rates are beyond fair and hes as pleasant a person to deal with as Ive ever known. You simply cant go wrong taking your computer to Quest Network Services. This place is tucked away in Rogers Park between Chase and Sherwin on the East side of the street. Ive been here many times, usually accompanying a friend with tech issues. They offer a variety of services, all reasonably priced. Any service where you have to leave your computer for service is always performed reliably and in a decent amount of time. The owner is extremely pleasant, knowledgable, and patient.

Kris is awesome! The company I work for uses Quest and whenever we run into any issues he is always available and there to help. My computer got a bad virus while he was on vacation and I get to work to find Kris has been logged in to my computer an hour before I even arrive to work trying to fix the problem (while he is on VACATION may I remind you). Soon as he came back in town he came all the way to Schaumburg and fixed the problem right away! I would recommend this service to anyone, it’s worrth it!!!

The shop owner is a little up tight at times and has a bad temper with dealing with people, lacks patience. Sometimes seem like he doesn't want to be bothered with trivial questions or in shop help on the computer.Bill is more up beat, nicer to talk with than Chris.

Ive known about Quest Network for over 10 years. Its been a while since I used their services. However, yesterday I learned that my P/C was apparently infected with some malware. To my surprise my Norton Security software only protected against virus - not malware. Norton advised me to contact a Certified Microsoft Technician to resolve this issue. They told me it may cost $200 to resolve.So thinking back, how helpful Quest Network had been in the past, I contacted Kris Luck, the owner of Quest Network. Kris was able to logon to my P/C and remotely run anti-malware software. He was so pleasant to work with. We had the problem resolved in less than an hour. It really gave me peace of mind knowing that I have a knowledgable source to turn to when I have any P/C related problem. I highly recommend Quest Network & Computer Services - they are friendly, efficient and affordable.
