Everyone is extremely nice, everyone that Ive dealt with. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because IMO when I pay an exterminating company to rid my property of whatever shouldnt be there, thats what I expect. Call backs are free, thats cool, but Id rather pay you to physically do nothing instead of making multiple appts to get it done. 1 trip, seems more logical, and cost efficient for everyone.

I guess this might be an anomaly since I looked up reviews before I called Arrow Exterminators. But I had an appointment between 3-5pm, I checked with them at 3:30pm and I was told they technician was on his way to my location. Waited till after 5pm, no one showed up and no one called me. 2 days has passed since my appointment, no one has called or given me a reason why the technician did not show up. Especially when I was told that he was on his way.

We moved to the area 7 to 8 months ago, we had not ventured into the crawl space & had some dropping outside we were not sure what it was from. Randy & TJ came out, answered all of our questions. Ventured into the crawl space, did termite inspection & pest. We set up regular service for quarterly treatment very reasonable prices. We even recently reached back out to set up mosquito treatment plan as well, quick response & appointment set up directly with TJ.

The staff is always very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend Arrow to all of my clients for all of their pest control needs!

I dont have to babysit your service technicians. They know what they came to do and they don t try to skimp on product or shorten their job time to stay on a time schedule. Your technicians make your business because the personal attention they give to their customers put your business ahead of the competitors. The service technicians take the time to answer any questions a customer may have and they offer suggestions and advice for potential issues. I have used Arrow Exterminators for more than 10 years, Ive had only one misunderstanding which was addressed quickly. The technicians that service my home arent just show up, spray and leave. They take the time to see what issues we may be having and ensure that they deal with them the first time! They never have to do more than just treat the home perimeter and inside of our garage to remain pest free inside and out! Very professional and thorough!

We made the switch from traditional termite bait traps to the Sentricon active termite systems that Arrow Exterminators offers. We were given a fair price and great service. Installation was quick and easy. The holes they made were a lot thinner than the old ones which I liked as well. It is absolutely worth it for the peace of mind!

Pest Control was the most thorough Ive ever had. There was not a surface that was not covered, explain to me everything as they were doing it to get my approval and were very friendly and professional. I would recommend this company for all pest control services

Ive never left a review on a business before, but its really frustrating for a place with almost five stars to not even acknowledge a request for service. Id called originally around July 25th to have a wasp nest in the ground removed. The woman I spoke to was very nice and polite and said that she would pass my info on to a technician who would get in contact to schedule the removal. We waited and received no call. After five more days, I posted a question in the online portal requesting service again, which no shows resolved, but no action has been taken and no calls placed. We arent able to mow at the moment after already being stung before.

It over a week to come out to bring me the sticky flat traps. I had to call them 3 times before receiving them

We have been serviced by Eric and Arrow for several years. We have always been treated special. The company has always been responsive if additional services were necessary. Eric is fabulous!

Two different agent came to the house. David to do spider application and Eric to do mosquitoes application. Both of them were on time, professional, got the job done and were very personable.Also I would like to add that since I hired them to control mosquitoes and spiders that their measures have worked very well.We also use their termite control which has also worked well.

ARROW has always arrived when they said they would, their staff( Blake and Kevin) are true professionals and most courteous to us, and should I need to change the schedule, Tracy( in the office) is most understanding and helpful to get us a new appointment. In 25 years there is NO ONE in this industry who does it better than ARROW. Period

I had Arrow inspect my house for the whole of insects a few months back while buying a house and the gentleman claimed I have a black widow infestation I was living in a house with black widows before this one and I was taking care of them myself. I checked the entirety of the attic he claimed to be infested and there was not a single spider of ANY species. I have been in that attic hundreds of times since them and still, nothing. I also have termites in my yard that they did not indicate but they are not in the house due to my own preventative maintenance. I would highly suggests using your own products to protect your house and using someone else for an inspection when purchasing a house. Wasting peoples money when they are making the biggest purchase of their life is not okay.

Billed me when they didnt come out. They then want to come out again a month later so they can bill me again. They only care about their schedule and billing, not their customers! Extremely dissatisfied by their level of professionalism and their computer being right even though their technician never came.

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware. Make sure you are explained absolutely everything upfront and read every single line of what they have you sign. I used a coupon for my service which was suppose to be for three months. They came out once. Then said if we needed more help in that three months I paid for to call and they would come out. I called and they came on more time in that three months. so twice in three months. After that I didnt need any service so I never called them for help. That was in April. Here it is september and I get an email that I owe them $85 for service. I call to see why or how. They tell me I signed a year contract for service. I tell them NO I would never do that and thats not what I was told. They tell me because I used the coupon it was a yearly contract, not just that initial three months. Go to the website and read the coupon. So I tell them no one ever told me If I used the coupon I had to use the company for an entire year. So I argue with the lady what sense does that make and how would I owe if no one ever came to my house. She tells me someone did come out! WITHOUT MY PERMISSION OR KNOWLEDGE. She says he only sprayed outside. I live in an apartment. He would have only had access to the front door only. So I owe $85 for a guy that came out without my permission and only sprayed my door. Because I used a coupon for $50 off. Had I known all of this I wouldve never used this company! I asked was I suppose to call and cancel my service after my initial three months and they said no. Then told me its not a contract its an agreement. THIS MAKES NO SENSE!! I asked to speak to a supervisor but was just transferred to another woman who some how remembers our conversation in MARCH and that she told me there was nothing they could do and I am going to be sent to collections! FOR $85! For service I never asked for or even used after the three months I thought I paid for! I called their phone number, made the appt. the guy came out, sprayed around took my coupon and money and told me if I needed anything else to call and they would come out for free. Bogus. Advice: dont use the coupon. Not worth it. Dont use this company AND the coupon if you just need a month or two of service. You will be locked in for a year. Beware

We just bought a new home and decided to go with Arrow for termite control based an their Google ratings and company description of their work. Robert came out and was extremely courteous for the initial inspection and made me feel positive about my choice. After seeing a few bugs in the first few weeks I was concerned our new home may have a German cockroach issue and felt basically devastated so I made an appointment for treatment. Nick, the technician arrived and we discussed my concerns. He did an inspection and even though he had all opportunity to take our money and complete a service he had the integrity to tell me we definitely do not have a German cockroach problem at all and educated me on a couple of other creatures that look extremely similar but have distinctly different behaviors. This lead me to do my own research and education. I appreciate this so much and I will definitely recommend them to anyone at every opportunity!

Arrow was great during installation, but since has done absolutely nothing but charge me annually. Over the phone they assure me they have monitored all my sentricon posts, but I have several in my backyard (at a townhouse) that are 100% unaccessible without my allowing the technician through my house. Not once have they set an appointment to come check them, nor have they ever tried to reach me to access them--mind you, the back of the house is where I have had termites in the past. However, Arrow assures me they have been checked and my house is good. Im not sure how they know this without seeing anything in 3 years...for all they know the posts have degraded or molded and may be completely ineffective. Nonetheless, Im happy to have severed any ties with them at this point.
