I came in for a pre employment drug screening at 4:30 p.m. and while the office is open until 5, drug screenings generally stop at 4. After explaining my situation, the staff went out of their way to get my screening done. The process was quick and easy, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.Edit: I was actually at the Wheeler Road location.

I was nervous about this place after reading the reviews, but my experience was positive. I was in and out in less than half an hour. It was clean. The waiting room looks recently updated, the back rooms look older but not bad. From what I could tell there were only two people working there and they both managed the front desk and the lab, so I can see how they could get behind really fast if a lot of people came in, but when I went around 10 in the morning it wasnt busy. When they drew blood it wasnt too bad; my veins are often hard to find and she got it the first time without any digging. I did get a bruise there, which isnt normal for me, but it wasnt painful.

Staff was very friendly. Technician drew my blood without hurting. I didn’t make an appt and was able to be seen within 45 minutes.

I was referred to LabCorp for blood work. I couldnt have been more disappointed with the employees professionisom. Turn your cell phone off, quit working on your finger nails ect.I witnessed several old and not well individuals need questions answered and they where treated very poorly.If managment want address this how could you trust your health to this company.

Walked in @ 9:40 am and left without getting blood drawn @ 10:10 am. Was next to check in with insurance info and they took an appointment ahead of me (who had walked in @ 9:55 am). Never again will I use LabCorp (either location). The phlebotomist was also the receptionist so I understand running slow. But when youre that short-handed and behind, you cant ignore people who have waited patiently.

The experience at the lab was Awesome, its the billing I have a problem with. They ask for your debit card to put down $35.00 but it wont come out if insurance covers it. I check my bank and this is weeks later, I have a $150.00 charge from LabCorp. You would think I would have gotten a heads up that I was going to be charged that amount before they took it upon themselves to take it from my account. Not Happy!!!

The only reason I gave it two was because the phlebotomist was friendly and was excellent at retrieving my samples. Otherwise, they would have gotten one star. They take appointments but you cant get them to answer their phone. They do take appointments first, understandable but are so understaffed they cannot handle the walk-ins in a timely manner. I have seen the phlebotomist have to wait on clients then change into gloves and take samples. If my insurance paid for another lab, Id go there instead.

Terrible place to go. One person does everything no matter how many people show up. How can that be sanitary , running desk and phones and then going to draw blood. Called labcorp and they didnt seen to care.

Poorly staffed, unorganized, and misuse of time by employees. The phlebotomists were waiting for people to check in with a room full of people. The check in process needs to be adjusted to make the patients accessible to the phlebotomists. I will never use Labcorp again!

I had two test that were sent to this clinic and both times they refer to my insurance with the wrong SSN. I called once and I made them fix it the first time, again, they did it wrong. The second test was 21 pregnancy test that I did the 21 of April, well I received the result today (17 of May), from my doctor when the day before I had the D&C. well in time then. So more than 4 long week to have a results. they are not professional at all. I received the bill for the test one week before and I didnt have the results yet!! .....and of course they address the wrong SSN. So now beside facing my lost I have to call this dumas....and tell them to correct it. Thank you great service!

Fast service in the office, poor service on doctors office receiving results. The telephone number listed on their website is out of service and no other contact number included.

Although the sign says they open at 7:30, I am here amongst a long line of people, at 7:45, wondering when the lab will open. Looks like I will be late for work and if it takes much longer, I wont have labs done either.
