H & H Transport says....Dispatch is non-existent after hours,they dont care if your pickup location or drop off location is a cow path, a farm, or in the middle of nowhere.... shipping and receiving locations are not researched.Office support is at best... non-existent for drivers and owner-operators,you are paid...... eventually.This operating authority should be audited,and their DOT, MC revoked.

Horrible company to work with. No update for shipment ETA, lost boxes and terrible customer service. AVOID WORKING WITH THIS COMPANY.

Absolutely the worst customer service I have ever had to deal with in my entire career. Kenny is the rudest, most unprofessional person in this industry. I will never recommend this trucking company to another customer.
