I work for a property management firm that manages close to 100 apartments and around 30 businesses. We use him as our main locksmith and Ive never been disappointed with his availability, speed, and quality of work. It can be hard to find an honest locksmith in this area but Matt is.

I was extremely please with their service! Quick and easy!!!My only concern is that I was charged a $75 fee - that I was never made aware of beforehand.I got ONE lock changed with 5 KEY COPIES to go with - he said the lock change would be approximately $30/$35 and apprximately $2 for each key copy .......... my total was $110.00!!! Honestly, I felt horrible - like i couldnt do anything else but just pay him! Dont get me wrong, he was wonderful! Extremely professional and great conversation ... I just wish i would have been informed of the service fee beforehand as my budget for this was approximately $50.

I requested to get the locks to our new house re-keyed and at first the locks wouldnt work properly but I gave them a call and they were able to help us out the same day. Everything was done over and now we have a weight lifted off our shoulders knowing that we are able to go home everyday. Thanks again😁

Needed a key cut for my car but because of the design of the key nobody else could cut it despite me trying 4 different places. Took it to Matlocks and they had it cut in under 30 seconds. Employee was very nice as well. Would recommend to anyone.

Thank you for cutting my Key, it worked perfect!!! I broke my truck key when I shut the tailgate, and Matlocks rose to the occation and took the broken parts made me a new key that the first time. These are some GREAT people. I highly recommend them.

Had a great experience last time I was here. This time, not so great. edit: normally, I wouldnt respond to this. But it is so extremely distorted and false that Ill make an exception. If stating that I could get the same service elsewhere for 50% lower is belligerent and rude you shouldnt be working in retail. You might consider another line of work. I was never told to find anothet locksmith. But I did anyway.
