The place smells and very bad service

I just got ripped off by this shell station JUST NOW. went inside to pay with debit card. went to pump and it wouldnt pump gas. went back inside and was told to do my debit card again at the pump - that some cards werent working. asked if I would be charged twice and was told no. if I hadnt pumped any gas no transaction would happen. had to pump gas. I did not want to use my debit card at the pump (which is why I went inside the store to begin with) so since I had been assured that no transaction had occurred I drove away and got gas at another store. Just checked my bank and I was charged. Everything she said was bogus! DO NOT GET GAS AT THIS STATION. SHELL NEXT DOOR TO CVS IN EUSTIS ON SR 19. They will rip you off!

My boyfriend came into this location last night to get some air in his tire. I had given him a $5 dollar bill before he left to do so, since I didnt have any $1 bills. The Indian guy who Im assuming might be the manager, refused to give my boyfriend back his change after he asked for $1 in quarters. This man went back and forth with him, lying, saying that he was given a $1 and not a $5...as I stated, my boyfriend only had a $5 bill.... So, stealing from customers is allowed now? I cant believe this store is still in business, because I know that if this cashier was that comfortable doing this to him, he does it to others. STAY AWAY FROM THIS STORE! Absolutely ridiculous that people feel so comfortable stealing. We needed that $4 in change to use for gas which, by the way, we definitely wont be getting from Shell ever again.

Needed gas and drinks about 10am. Gas was at reasonable low price, inside was convienant with good selection of cold drinks. 4 stars instead of 5 because no availability to clean windshield buckets were empty and tool missing!

Great services. Gas prices sometime lower than other places. Earn cents off at winn-dixie and use fuel rewards card to get lower price per gallon. Use just the fuel rewards and get $.03 off per gallon. Rewards for forster 20 gallons only.
