Door was locked for virus safety with an open sign on the door. The woman yells through the glass door. I have to tell back through the locked door. She ends up slipping a note through the mail slot. I left at this point just shaking my head.

Great product at a great price, installed with attention to detail. Would highly recommend!

At $165/hour labor rate, they are too highly priced. I had a $500+ bill for a new phone cable to be put in the crawlspace of my small office bldg.
