Been going here for years now its clean and the people are nice and know what there doing

I go to master cuts every two weeks or once a month depending on my budget, the haircuts are 26 dollars and you can get a wash with the hair cut. Depending on what day you go, your wait aint to long I like to go during the week because I can get In faster, the weekends are pretty busy so your wait can take up to 30 minutes. I like my hair cuts and the ladies are nice and helpful.

Mastercuts is in the same area but renamed salon 2020 great place fast haircuts done right great prices I got a simple hair cut with layers the lady did my layers great I believe her name was sharon I love the way she cut my hair thank you salon 2020

Online says their open, go into the mall their closed. they never answer the phone. just looking to get my hair cut lol. guess not here

Learned today that Mastercuts is closed, apparently they all went bankrupt?! Major bummer! I always got a reasonable cut for a good price here. I ended up leaving the mall and found a great place and got my hair done anyway. Hope all the folks working there are able to find other jobs, some of them were really good.

Ive had my hair layered for years but since moving here from the bay area, Ive never had a haircut that I was happy with. I stopped in here to try one day and asked if anyone could do a layered cut. Ashley said she could so I decided to let her try. She did a great job and now I will only go to her. She does it quick, but most of all, she does it right. Shout out to Ashley, I just got it done yesterday.

Completely ignore my instructions. Messed up my boyfriends hair twice! Youre probably better off going to a place where they actually know what they are doing! Paid good money for a haircut left disappointed twice. My boyfriends is better off shaving his head off now.

Ive never got a actual hair cut but they were amazing mine and my husbands hair is amazing. And they were affordable. And fast i highly recommend them

I always had an OK experience from this place, but today was really bad, I got there they put my son on the list and told me that it was going to be at least 25 min so we waited no problem, after me another guy show up and in front of me asked the lady that he need it a hair cut with no appointment she said the same thing at least 25 minutes, he even made a joke about his hair or something, ok so after 40 min wait I thought it was my son’s turn but no instead she call the other guy the one that come after me so I said excuse me it’s my son turn, she’s like no he has an appointment, I was really and look at the guy and he’s like no but I been waiting 30 min and I said, I been here like 40 or more she insisted that he have an appointment, I don’t know if she was racist or she just decide to skip my son only because the guy was joking and been cool with her I don’t know it was really disappointed I just wanted to cut my sons hair.

Awesome place. The lady that cut my hair did a real good job and didnt rush through it.

Horrible experience trying to get my grandsons hair cut. The employees were super rude. My daughter has taken him there on several other occasions with good experiences but this mustve been the child haters group. NEVER GOING BACK!

I have been going here for 20 plus years and much appreciate the service.

I will NEVER go to Mastercuts again. I went in there with a specific cut in mind. I dont know what to call it, but I brought a video and the girl said I dodnt have time to watch a 5 minute video so you can it get cut like you want it and she cuts how she cuts. Walked out with my hair half done.

My hair wasnt cut to my liking the first time I came in and had it cut. Only took the hairdresser about 20 minutes and seemed as if she was doing it as quickly as possible. It was choppy, uneven and didnt have enough layers even though I said I want a LOT of layers, like an onion. They told me that if I need to come back to have anything fixed, theyll do it for free. I came back two days later and they told me if I wanted it to have any more layers added, Id be charged for another haircut. I didnt come here to get a bad haircut and rude service, I came here to have you do a decent job the first time.

This is the second time I went to Mastercuts. Both times I got exactly what I wanted. The store is clean, great stock of hair products and the staff is fyn and friendly. This last time I went in I had Melissa. She looked at all my pictures and asked lots of questions. I came out with a better style then I envisioned. I will drive the two hours to get this kind of service!

I highly recommend Maura! She really takes her time and does a fantastic job!

Melissa usually cuts my hair (Gal with the tattoos) and does an excellent job every time. I always feel sharp leaving here.

Person or stylist who cut my hair was friendly on 09-24-17, but had little experience and talent cutting hair. Despite explaining how my hair is normally cut multiple times, she couldnt seem to understand or comprehend a simple haircut for a guy. I know a level of inexperience is typical for these types of salons, but I could have done better if I did it myself while blindfolded using a butter knife sharpened on a concrete sidewalk. Sure, I would still be upset about a crappy cut, but I couldve used the $20.75 MasterCuts charged to get drunk and forget about it. I gave one stars because no blood was shed during my cut.Be forewarned and have no expectations. Im from out of town and on assignment in Eureaka for a few weeks, so Ill NEVER be back for another cut, and MasterCuts corporate office will hear of this.

Richard should not be wielding scissors. His handling of my hair was poor, he couldnt execute a very simple trim, seemed to generally struggle with my hair, and didnt blend it at all. Paid $25 and walked out. He didnt even hand me a mirror to look at my hair.

The haircut was great! However on weekends it is quite busy.

Made an appointment online couple of weeks ago, was told that the computer system was down and Id have to wait or reschedule. Rescheduled for today and there were only 2 stylists scheduled and 4 people in line....still had to wait. Frustrating.

Pathetic! They left the drying cloth tucked in my shirt and i was walking like that around the mall. Finally, the cashier at TJ Maxx appointed that i had this wierd cloth sticking out my shirt. How crazy is that?!
