The girls were very polite but the receptionist was a liar and a cheat. They cut off my insurance(simply because of an inquiry about adding another person), didnt notify me and continued taking money out of my account and refused to refund me. Worst brokers in eureka. I have heard other poor things about them since then from other people also. Do not go through them unless you have no other choice.

Due to Covid the office itself was closed but the phone service was outstanding. Very helpful, prompt, and courteous. Brandy made sure I had all information necessary and set me up quickly with auto insurance that covered all my needs.
