We were really impressed with this store. We were in search of a piece of equipment for rent and after calling several places I decided to check in Eunice, La to see if there were any rental stores. I checked their website to see if they may have what we needed and they did in several different options.I made a quick phone call to ensure their online inventory and pricing was correct and it was. The friendly staff offered a reservation for what I needed and we went to pick it up. Their pricing is very reasonable, and their large variety and inventory is impressive.This company will definitely be the first place we check when we need rental equipment, large or small in the future.

Rented a skid steer from them for a week machines pedal would get stuck for the bucket up/down control when bringing it back to return on Friday told guy in back about it said probably just some dirt stuck somewhere didnt try to fix it just went save it got charged a whole extra 8 hours and only put 15 hours on machine in the whole week I had it rental department wasnt helpful and lady has bad attitude and didnt specify exact time or date to bring machine back so got charged extra save yourself the trouble and rent machines somewhere else!!

Got a replacement vehicle key, least expensive around town! Brad made sure it was up to his standards! I was very impressed!

Place is a JOKE, if you in a bind and need a rental, don’t ever Rent here! They refused to rent out a simple joint of pipe for a boring rental we ran short on to help get us out a bind. Talk about some greedy people trying to take advantage of someone when they down! No thank you, TAKE MY BUSINESS DEALING TO OGE’s IN LAFAYETTE

Called in to ensure they had a specific gas line for a boat. One with a blue bulb on it. They checked to ensure they had it. I asked them to please verify it was the specific one I needed (ie. with the blue bulb). They assured me that was the one. I drove over 30 minutes from Lafayette since I needed it today. Got there and it was the wrong one. It had a black bulb on it. The blue bulb is specifically made for ethanol fuel. The whole idea of calling to verify is to get someone to truly verify. I wont be back...

Im helping a friend plan her wedding and went in to Just Ask Rental for prices. Not only did the worker in rental print me an itemized quote for what I asked for, they also emailed me a second copy of the prices in case I misplaced my paper. Going the extra mile earned them a repeat customer.
