Waited about 30 minutes to get an acrylic full set after being told I would only wait 5-10 minutes just to see another customer walk in & be assisted before me. I asked what was going on being that I had been waiting for so long & I was told that the nail tech did not know how to do acrylic nails so I had to wait until more employees arrived and that they were on their way & I had to wait another 5-10 minutes. Why couldn’t you have told me that before? And how do you work at a nail salon but don’t know how to do acrylic nails? I said I wish I would’ve been told this before having to wait all this time and the lady did not say anything so I got up and walked out. Took my business else where & so glad I did!

Had a horrible experience with face wax. Have wax strip burns and missing eyelashes. Yes missing top and bottom lashes. Never again.

There were only two workers and they got my family of 3 in and out super fast it was super affordable for mani-pedis for all of us and eye brows being done. I would recommend them to everyone.

Price was good $29 for a pedi withstone massage. Small location at one point after I was seated there were 8 with 2 technicians working on the same customer (they did have masks) in the place. I was a bit nervous. They were about to seat a lady next to me and just before I said something, they moved her and her friend together which made sense. They were offered beverages 🤷🏾‍♀️. Not sure Id come back, I just didnt see a lot of disinfecting as people came and went.

Been going here since I was a little girl maybe 16 years or more. Ive know Michelle for a very long time she always squeezes us in when we call last minute! She also the only lady I will let wax my eyebrows and trust me Ive tried others and even threading and nobody shapes them better than Michelle, my mother love going to Ana for her nails, she also never disappoints!! My mom nails are always so nice, and last usually over 3 weeks for dipped nails! These ladies are such hard devoted workers, I wouldnt want to spend my money elsewhere! Theyre super friendly, and very inviting!

This is by far the best nail salon I tried in Euless, TX. The staff is very friendly and did great job on my dipping nails. The Volcano Pedicure was recommended to me and that was the best pedicure Ive ever had. I will definitely come back here again.

$56 for long acrylic nails. The price says $23. And i know long nails cost more but that’s crazy. That’s with 20%off. And i was there for 2 1/2 hours.Now they overcharged My card

I have been going to this Salon since 2006, and I am apart of the family almost. Michelle the Salon owner and my Nail Queen has been my go to for years. She does an amazing job and wouldnt trade her for another. Unless she is closed and i need a nail fix. HA. The rest of the Staff is just as splendid to deal with. By Far the best nail salon in our neighborhood.Thank you Michelle and staff for being great. Oh and the pedicure services are to die for. Just come and see!!!ML

Long story to short...I came from Europe 15 years ago... no one nail salon would do as good as I used to have my nails done in Europe until I walked in to this nail shop... the services were just what I was looking for... Until today I am theirs customer ... Try them, you will be surprised haw good they are. Thank you Michael ,Anna and all of you who have done my nails at this place for all your time and hard work.

Such an amazing salon. Ive gone to a couple different salons within the past two years that Ive known about this salon, and I would always regret going to the other salons! They do the best pedicures, for sure the best Ive ever had. They do not sit there and make you feel like youre being talked about it another language, they have great customer service, great prices, and never fail to do an amazing job. Michelle and her staff are amazing and take such great care of their customers. I recommend them to everyone every chance I get. Best salon Ive been to in DFW!!!

The pedicure was good, but the rest of the experience was horrible. They have the policy where they do a pedicure and manicure at the same time, but they turn off the massage feature on the chair for it. The chairs are not comfortable enough for that to be ok. Then, if you get a young male nail tech, hell make you more uncomfortable by never speaking, making you move your hands with aggressive gestures, and doing a dip over your clothes with no towel. I was unable to enjoy any of my experience because of how the man did my hands, the woman doing my pedicure did a great job, but unfortunately I could not enjoy any of it. Then to top everything off he throws a towel into my hands and then gets flustered when I dont know what he wants me to do with it after washing my fingers. Dude how am I supposed to know you want me to dry my hands? When you just swatted at my hands to not do that? And then to make matters even worse, he didnt even clean up the skin around my nails. Will try and attach pictures.

Michelle and Ana are the best at this nail salon spot. Very professional and pleasant. Must come and visit. You will not regret it.

Literally called ahead to make sure they would be able to accommodate me in the time frame I needed, rushed over there to get my mani/pedi and they were helping someone else and said they could no longer do what I called ahead for. Worst.

The new owner sucks, and all of the good, and talented people left. Michelle amd Anna were great, but now theyre gone. All of the good reviews here about Michelle and Anna are outdated.

So I came here since it had great reviews and it was 6mins from my job. I wanted to get my dip nails redone. Now I had told the lady on the phone I had to leave by 2:45 to get back to work. She insured me it would take 1hr to complete. I got there 1hr and 20mins before I had to leave. Now the tech was nice and had got my nails shaped the way I want. But she got glitter in a few nails that weren’t supposed to have glitter and cut me on 2 fingers. As well as a rippled look from the polish on one nail. Than it wasn’t completed till 3pm. I had to be at work at 3. So I’m really mixed about my experience at this location.

Not really clean and the service is bad.. Im not going come here again!

I didnt have such a great experience as the other reviews suggested. I am new to town and looking for a new nail tech and after reading such nice reviews I decided to try this place out. I didnt like the vibe in this salon, the lady who did my pedicure was sick or something steadily coughing all over me(EW) and then she messed up my feet so another nail tech had to redo what she had already done. The nail tech who did my hands was awesome but I wont be back, the service was deplorable and then once I realized my feet were messed up the lady who did them had an attitude because I asked to be accommodated for her mistake. This was my first and last time going to that place.

Anna does a great job on my nails every time. They are affordable and never crowded. Love this place!!

Im new to the area, so ive been looking for a good nail salon to go to and i FOUND IT! The ladies in here are so sweet and patient. They fixed my horrible nails from when i went to G Nails, and made them look brand new. I will definitely be coming back here. My pedicure was amazing. I love that they dont rush and take there time. Worth every bit of my $72. Thanks!!

It was a very respectful place and also they informed me the form a place that I have been going to was at Walmart and they had gave me a nail fungus and they refused to put a nail on that particular two fingers that I had a fungus on and let me know that the let just let it grow out and then they will place the nail on there it was very informed and I greatly appreciate the the the notice of what they realized and not even get that nail field so I appreciate them very good comes up

I dont recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here the lady that waxed my eyebrows left them crooked and she burned me and it really hurts I really dont recommend getting your eyebrows waxed here.
