We came here for our passport services for my two children and Marcus helped us and he is the best customer service personnel I have ever seen and I am not even exaggerating. He was helping us and at the same time he was helping five other people. He was fast, smooth and professional. We were in and out in may be 10 min or so. USPS, if you are reading this, HE IS THE GEM!! DO NOT LET HIM LEAVE!!.

Customer Service is confusing and pretty rude. As a manager at a clothing shop, just worry about your next customer and take care of them first then move on. So much cross talking, customers were getting confused and we had to redo my packages. Bought an envelope for 49 cents but it was in the wrong place of course so I actually paid $1.79 for it. Then he said why dont you ship faster and itll only be $5 so I was like yeah perfect. He didnt say $5 a piece on top of the mispriced envelope...almost paid $12 for two little movies.

I came in with a box that was way too big for what I was shipping and Caroline Mitchell helped me reduce the shipping cost by $30. It took a LOT of problem solving but she was so patient with me and I appreciate it more than she knows. The people that were working were so sweet. 10/10 experience

Horrible tiny place! With tiny selection of shipping supplies. Bring your own packaging supplies if you are planning to ship from there. Chances are you’ll be in line with for the next 30-40 minutes too! Do not recommend this place.

This particular location is a joke. I have moved and had problems before doing everything online and there is always a reason the mail doesnt get delivered. My son moved out and got his own apartment and filled out the change of address for him ONLY but yet they stopped all the mail coming to my apartment and all I get from the postal worker was sorry and I dont know where your mail went but I will change the card and fix it.....pathetic!! We wonder why the post office has such poor service and its because they could care less about the service they offer and their responsibility to the public. I use FEDEX and the internet every chance I get to take care of shipping and paying my bills because you CON NOT depend on the US Postal Service...sad but true.

Great customer service! I went to have my passport application done for my family and it was very quick. The process is long in nature, but the Vietnamese lady helped us out and get it done quickly. The staffs are great too and very chill.I feel sorry for other reviews, for their poor experience. I understand that. However, I believe the rating doesnt accurately reflect the real service of this place. I experience overall were satisfied. 5 starts!

I just moved here from Lewisville and I noticed one thing: this post office frequently marks packages as delivered when they are not. I had this happen once back in Jan and item got delivered 2 weeks later. today I got notifications on my phone that 3 of my items have been delivered but there is nothing on my porch or mailbox. I don’t know if this location has understaffed couriers or what is going on.

First time dropping off a package here. Since I recently moved to a new job location in the area. I was a little skeptical because of the bad reviews, but thought to myself that it couldnt be that bad. So I dropped off a return package inside. Now its been 8 days, and it still shows as Label Created, not yet in system Thank goodness I was returning a shipment from a very excellent customer service company and a refund will be made. BUT BEWARE OF THIS POST OFFICE. Definitely something sketchy going on when packages keep getting lost here.

Tired of not getting things I’m waiting for in the mail. My package got to Euless and has my address in Euless with the correct zip and everything. And still it was sent to Southlake...... WHY 😑After reading all the reviews for this place I realized there have also been a few times where my sister ordered a package was never returned fully to the sender so they charged her for an item they never sent her back so maybe there is something fishy here. After asking post lady for the price of mail she said she would bring it but it was only one item in the bag and she ordered 3 and was told 3 were shipped... idk 😐 I’ve never disliked the mail service ANYWHERE

Im surprised by the overall rating for this location. I frequent this location for business or personal shipping with no problem. To be realistic, there are times when its busy, like most shipping locations. However, Ive never been in line for over 20 minutes. The staff is extra friendly and helpful.

The pick up career didn’t pick my parcels from the porch even though the flag in the mailbox was upright and I also put note every-time if I have a pick up. One of the career lady from the post office set up with 2 totes from usps to put the outgoing mails and she is so helpful. But nowadays it’s look like they don’t care as we are giving business to them. This is a second time they missed/ didn’t take parcels as most of my outgoing parcels are Priority mail.

This office is very good and inviting! Every worker there is always so happy! I get great customer service every time I go there! Even during rush hour they are working as quickly as possible to get everybody taken care of and still excellent customer service delivered at the same time! Only location I use even I’m in a another city! I drive across town to come to this location!

By far the worst post office i have ever dealt with. I never have any issues with my packages not being delivered. FEDEX- UPS - even AMAZON delivers everything correctly. However anytime a package is delivered by USPS my money is lost because according to them its been delivered and i never receive anything. Also when i go in to the post office for help they are rude and provide NO help at all.

Rudest employees I’ve ever encountered. Was the last in line and they let the person in front of me go and locked it on me. It was 5:20 so they weren’t even supposed to close for another 10 minutes and they still locked me out. And when I asked what time they closed they waved me off. Go somewhere else because these ladies are unprofessional and rude.

Staffs are helpful. Specially Mrs Carolyn. I sent a certified mail and it had to be delivered by April 7. I went in to check the status of my package since it showed in transit while I tracked on my phone. I told them all those and Miss Carolyn helped by actually calling the post office where it was supposed to be delivered. Great customer service.

Unsure if its incompetence or theft, but my package made it all the way from Greece to this Post Office. (Verified by their own tracking) I got no notice that my package had ever arrived and when I finally tracked it down to this office it was lost. They just told me to file a case online which got me nothing but an unsatisfying apology.

Ive never had an issue here. Once i was a bit rushed but regardless they handle business here. Very professional and well managed. And at the Don Dodson location also. They are both timely and efficient. (They dont have a bunch of items sitting around in the back. I have seen at many other post offices items all around the clerks. Piling up and out from the back with no one coming to retrieve them). So i like this location and Don Dodson as well.

Sometimes the line can have a bit of a wait, but thats not unusual from my experience in any post office. I have always been greeted by very friendly workers and always leave feeling as if my package is going to be taken care of properly. Now that, I can not say is true for some of the other post offices I have gone to! Overall, this is a nice post office and it serves its purpose :)

The current mail carrier delivery driver smashes mail into my mailbox even when its half full.Also, I live in an apartment and had a package coming and they were suppose to come to my door and have me sign for it and they never did. I was home all day too.I had to go get it at the post office because the driver was too lazy to do his/her job!Reagan at Bear Creek Apartments is where the package was suppose to b delivered. I have a certified letter to pick up that I have to sign for. I have made several attempts to get to PO before 5:30 each time they were already closed. Yesterday I arrived 5:31 and found the door was locked. I stood by the locked door looking at my phone when some postal employee opened the door and asked if I needed something I said pick up certified letter. The man smirked said we’ll you’ll have to come back tomorrow. I asked if Anyway to get the letter and explain have gotten there just after closing several times he just said try again! ... I ask why he opened the door and ask what I needed if he was going to just say he couldn’t help me... try again. He shut and lock the door and smiled. I didn’t understand why he did that?? Just a clown I guess. Just rude!!

Worst experience I have ever had at a post office. Had a package to pick up at this location because the sender did not put my apartment number. Regardless it should have been dropped off at the office. I could not get a hold of them to hold the package and called the automated line to have it held. When I went to the office 2 DAYS LATER, the clerk did not even ask my name or address before telling me there was no package. Though they asked previous customers these questions. I was told to write down my information and they will find it when they find it. This package is very important to me. Made a complaint against the store online. Will be visiting tomorrow and will not leave until they give me my package. Ofcourse I did not receive a call back, but I knew they wouldnt call.

Our whole neighborhood of 73 homes has been receiving each others mail for two years now. Im not referring to the occasional mistake. In fact, it used to be great! For our first 9 yrs, we got a misdirected mail maybe once a year or so.For the last two years, wrongly delivered mail happens at least once per month and as often as 2x per week.After numerous calls and complaints, any changes? None.We got a new postmaster 5 months ago. What improvement did we see? None.Making matters worse, our mailbox doors are intermittently not closed. This happens once a month. However, three times now over two yrs, 75% of the entire neighborhood mailbox doors were left open. I drove the 5 local streets counting.Its worse than that. They dont answer their phones. Ive called several times - and recently as 15 min ago. It rang 30 times and then a message comes on saying the subscriber must have their phone turned off or is out of the error, which is probably a function of my cell and not the post office phone system. Its 3pm. Of course theyre not answering the phone. They dont answer in the morning or afternoon.This facility is famous is famous, or I should say, infamous, for being poorly run. Great neighborhood with great neighbors! Really poor post office. Thank God were moving to alternative communications!

This USPS may be sued soon if after todays incident I continue to feel as sick as one of their employees caused me to feel a few hours ago.I have already mailed a letter to Management requesting:1) reassurance I will not be hurt by their hyper-aggressive Employee -- whom I do not know yet who caused a conflict and possibly retained my personal information from my USPS forms;2) measures to clarify this completely abnormal conflictIn short: today I addressed their passport office run by a female Employee whose attitude appeared unprofessional from moment 1: unwelcoming, unhelpful, short rude comments, incomplete advice.Next she chided me for not having filled the forms at home; but it turned out she did have the necessary forms at USPS too, so I wondered why her anger; I went aside to fill them in, all uncomfortable after this young lady’s aggressive attitude. When I returned to the cashier desk to give her the forms, there was another customer filling her forms at the cashier; I kindly asked the customer to make room so that I can proceed with the processing as I had been there before (there was no line); the customer kindly moved, no issues since she was having an entire form to fill in. Instead, the Employee glares at me and on the most hostile tone asks: “Did you just ask the customer to move aside?” I reply “Yes, I filled in my form, she is busy filling in hers, no need for me to wait, right?”; Employee: “Only I say what’s to do, I’m not assisting you anymore”. I reply politely that this is an administrative office and her duty was to complete my process. I’m a teacher, was in a hurry to get to a class to do my own job. I could not wait because Employee was moody about doing her own job....Next Employee insists she is not assisting me, I ask to speak with the manager, I’m starting to feel palpitations (I suffer from MVP, any strong emotion causes me chest pains). I tell her I don’t want to have a health issue talking to her, she replies loudly I would cause it to myself then….Assistant Supervisor finally arrives, I explain what has happened (by now I can feel my chest pounding, head ache, dizzy, etc); Employee tries to LIE that I interrupted while she was talking to another customer; I ask her not to lie, tell her I have a recorder with me to establish the truth.This out-of-this-world episode happened today at the Ector Dr.USPS; I declined leaving my documents there after a quick call to an attorney partner who advised I keep my info. Given the extraordinary hostility of this Employee, I suspect it was a matter of her chauvinistic prejudices at my European accent, combined with lack of proper training by USPS, and certainly her other private issues in her customer service job. At this point I fear further retaliation and aggravation in my life by this Employee whose full name I do not know, whom I had never seen before. It is an overwhelming incident, one cannot expect such problems when entering any public place. I will pursue exemplary clarification from USPS, and personal injury compensation if my health issue continues, I will request her full name so that if something ever happens to me she would be on a list of suspects with access to my personal data.

I need to receive mail. Sat on hold for 3 hours over 3 days before I reached someone at the 800 number. I was told to call the local 817 number. Ive tried about a dozen times and get a busy signal. Itd be nice if I could reach someone to get our mail.

Its pretty awful. As I write this, a package was supposed to be delivered last week. Over the past year I have had them lose 2 of my packages. Pretty much every package that took the USPS to get here. UPS and FedEx? No problem. USPS? Big problem. Tomorrow Im going to go up there and finally see whats happening with my stuff, but they havent left a slip for pickup or anything. Worst ever. I... I didnt think a USPS could be this terrible. I had never heard of it, but this one is. Its god awful.

Worst customer service ever. Made about 3 trips to the post office to have all my mail to be forward to my new address , first trip was back in June 14, 2019 the rep said it took about 2 weeks for my mail to be forward to my new address. Later showed up on the 11th of July since I have not received any mail what so ever. Again the rep said my new address was not in the system so I have to fill out ANOTHER forwarding form. Its been over a month that I have not received my mail. Most frustrated!

September the 7th around 2 p.m. I went to this office to submit an application for my passport the lady at the middle register was very helpful and kind to me. I had an incorrect photo that I have provided for my passport and she guided me to a local Walgreens and I was able to swap out pictures for an appropriate one then when I return to this post office the lady in the middle was able to assist me again right away as soon as they walked in through the door. This lady was so kind and very awesome I thought her name was on the receipts but all I see is clerk#4. Theres plenty of parking there was no wait time at this facility. Clerk number #4 was right on point. Absolutely this office and Clerk number #4 deserve 5 stars! I will gladly come back anytime.

I was there for passport application on Friday. There were lots of people and line was long. I spent approx 2 hours standing on line. At 3:00 pm they proudly said they were running out of time and they couldnt take more than 3 more applications. They announced they would open Saturday as well and suggested us to come on Saturday. I went Saturday again as per their oral notice. If I could provide a zero star rating I would. I was given my neighbors mail by mistake, along with none of my mail. This is an abnormal situation as there are 7 adults that use my address for their mail. In addition, I provide a service in which my customers mail me checks. I anticipate them almost daily. Concerned, I called the post office to find a resolution. All the employee (TONY) could provide me was: the mail carrier was already out and if they had mail they would give it to me.The next day I called to follow up (hoping to speak with someone else) and TONY again was the point of contact. This time he seemed frustrated. TONY would not provide me with any protocol to help resolve anything! He repeatedly, repeated what I was informing him, mocking the situation as if it would resolve itself and/or seemed to act as if he thought the situation was ridiculous.I asked for his name, he told me TONY, I asked for his last name or an employee number, he refused and responded by informing me he was hanging up. Then hung up.Instantly I called back, this time asking for his supervisor. TONY told me his name was Julian and works Monday.Thanks TONY. Thanks for providing a terrible service to a society in which cannot choose anything otherwise.

Whats the point of having a phone number if you never answer it?The only thing worse than this post office, is the fact that you are forced to use them if you live in the area.Ive had so many packages that werent delivered properly to the point when I order a package I first check with the company to see if it is delivered USPS. If it is, I dont buy the product or I pay extra to get UPS/Fed-Ex to deliver it.I have NEVER been able to speak to someone on the phone about issues Ive had... the phone just rings until a beeping disconnected sound occurs. So then I assumed physically driving to the post office would be better... NOPE. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and pretty much completely apathetic to any customer issues.I love where I live. But I hate this post office.These problems could be completely solved if a better/friendly/more efficient staff worked there.

Friendly, thorough, helpful, patient. Answered my questions without appearing annoyed or condescending, provided helpful information regarding insurance, kept line moving fast enough that I didnt feel like coming back another time. Close to home and always has parking spaces available. Criticism: Could use a better way to keep people in line. The island in the center of the room seems to be the culprit for any confusion about who is next and who is just looking for a form.

Its the USPS, its going to be a long wait. Walk in expecting that. What you SHOULDNT expect is an awful attitude, and the Euless folks all-together seem MUCH happier than the Colleyville USPS location. The fellow I worked with tried looking into my issue and even went in back to locate a specific type of packaging for me (which he found). I was shooed away in Colleyville. Great experience and as far as Government Entities, this specific location ranks highly.

Usually a long wait when you go inLowering my rating as I have a package that was part of one order that was split. The first part I received no issue. The second part of it tracking showed address undeliverable returning to sender, I went in to tracking again so I could try to contact someone and resolve. This time it was updated stating addressee moved no forwarding address. Trying to reach anyone to get help has been near impossible. I have lived at the same address for over a year and considering the first half of order made it to me with no issue I dont have a clue why the second one is having problems. I had this happen once before a couple years ago and at that time was able to track it down before it got sent back and basically amounted to a lazy carrier. I live in an apartment complex for which the office could have verified this not to mention I get my mail here and had mail delivered that day too. Reaching customer service has not proven effective as I cant get passed the phone prompts and due to my work schedule now cant simply run up to post office as I did before. Postage is paid to post office to deliver packages and to take the payment from people and then make no attempt to actually deliver a package and making up false reasons (ie addressee has moved no forwarding) is inexcusable. 2 sec to speak with Apt office or to even look up addressee (I get emails of the mail I receive each day) would have resolved the whole issue.

Completely lazy union thugs. Returned a package that weighed 66lbs because it was too heavy for her to deliver. I guess its okay if its not yours and you didnt pay over 100.00 to have it sent priority mail.Of course theres a phone number right on the label. You could have even called and asked me to come pick it up from the station.If you were in the private sector you would have been defunct long ago.Always the same people, never in a hurry. This has to be, without a doubt, the worst post office I have ever had the displeasure of using. I have had no less than 3 packages not get to me, even though on the Track & Confirm, it says they have been delivered. They also are less than helpful when you call and try to get any answers. I am not sure what is going on over there, but I would save yourself the hassle and pay the extra money to have any important packages delivered to you via UPS or FedEx.

Probably the worst post office I have ever dealt with. They refuse to answer their phones which means you have to go through the 800 number. They have a million excuses why they cant deliver or pick up packages.Update: A couple of days ago, a small package was supposedly delivered to my lockbox with a tracking number but there was no package. If I could give this post office no stars, I would.Update: Its been three years since I wrote this review and this is still the worst post office of my life. Got insurance on my package, just for them to break it and then deny my claim. Last time I ship with usps, ups shipped my equipment better and on time. Paid for expressed shipping to recieved my packed late ans damaged, plus insurance . Money down the drain, what a kick in the face. This is the worst place EVER!! i have never in my life been treated the way these people treat me.. ALLLLLL my packages arrive with UPS or FedEx but as soon as they have control of it it will get lost!! and when you call you get treated like your stupid and that you lost it! I have outbound mail visibly sticking out of my mailbox for two days now (Friday 9/1 and Saturday 9/2) . Because they didnt pick up my outbound mail makes me wonder if they are delivering my mail.Well it happened again! Two letters have sat in my mailbox for two days, Thursday 4/18/19 and Friday 4/19/19. Also at least once a month I get mail that is addressed to a different address or mail that someone has made a notation that my mail went to the wrong address. These postal workers lack attention to detail. The seem to fit the typical picture of a government employee who doesnt give a damn about service!

Came in before the 5:30 closing time and the inside door was locked. The lady inside said they had already closed while taking a sip of her drink. If this was a regular business that would be a no-no. Rung the bell for the fast service and she just yelled, we are closed. Are there any post offices where people actually care to do their job?

Horrible! I never have the same carrier for more than a week and my mail is almost always delivered after 7pm. I complain, they tell me theyre on it. They get a review by the PMG with someone tailing the carrier around making sure hes doing his job and of course they pass the review with flying colors since they put the ONE competent mail carrier onto my route for that day. Im tired of being used as training ground. Since I cant get the carriers to pick up my packages I take them over to the Hurst Post Office. They actually care about their customers!

This has to be the worst post office in America.... Just read the reviews. I cant tell you how many times they have failed my family. I ship and receive live aquatic plants and shrimp in the mail and these people at this particular post office have caused them to die and be stressed out repeatedly. I keep giving g them thr benefit of the doubt. Guess how that ends??? I log on the website in advance and request to have all live packages held at the post office. DONT EVER DO THAT AT THIS POST OFFICE EVER. The last 5 times they have screwed it up. Each time they tell us they dont have it and its already been delivered. 4 of the times it was on the wrong shelf as they call it. It caused us each time to have to go up there multiple times so they could figure things out. This last time they sent it out on the truck for delivery anyway and had no clue where it was and caused my wife to sit up there while they pulled their head out of their asses to figure out the mistake they made which the jackass person working there tried to blame it on us. I cant just have them delivered like a normal person because trhe mailman likes to bring all packages to our apartment office right at closing time so the packages are left overnight in our apartment offices. Its super convenient let me tell you. Each time weve went up to the post office there have been lines of people complaining about lost packages and horrible customer service. Which brings me to the next issue.... Customer service.... If it can even be called that. You would get more empathy and help talking to a wall. I hope this place gets sucked in to a wormhole and can plague another dimension. I hope management will read this so they can understand how bad they SUCK!!! Ive lived in many cities in Texas and this is the only Post Office and mailman have been this deplorable. I cant wait till USPS fades away and other mailing options become more reasonably priced and convenient to use. PLEASE GET NEW MANAGEMENT AND STAFF AT THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION. I hate being this critical of any people or establishment but it has come to this. Youd do better going to FedEx or delivering the package yourself. Youd probably have a better chance of a package making it where and when you want it to go by throwing it out your front door with your fingers crossed. Even then it would probably be faster and somehow offer better customer service..... STAY AWAY!!!

Literally the worst post office ever. Even the mail carrier admitted to it. They never answer the phone, they either don’t deliver the packages at all or bring them past 8:00 pm. They come up with bs excuses of why the package isn’t delivered when im on a first floor apartment. Can’t wait to move out of Apartment just so I don’t ever have to deal with this post office again. Even had to call customer service and file a complaint against them.

The physical post office never gave me a issue but the mail carriers seem to lack work ethic. They dont deliver packages to the door when the office is closed, and often wont pick up packages even when online requests are scheduled. Ive had packages showed delivered to me that never appeared. And packages picked up that never got scanned in and showed up five days later at ANOTHER post office just then leaving Texas. I miss our original carrier, who sadly Retired. Its gone downhill ever since.

The worst place to get a passport. The staff randomly decides when they want to make the cut off for passports. I arrived at 12:30, thankfully got my name on a list (that only had 10 people on it for the entire day) then was told to come back at 2 pm for processing. I didnt get my name called till 4 pm. The entire process once I got my name called took 10 MINUTES. they dont communicate, the guy is charge was named Julian and was a complete ass. He is supposedly the one who decides when they cut off and he also has zero customer service skills and communication skills. This post office stays pretty busy and literally they did 3 peoples passports in 2 hours. THREE! They never communicated once until I walked in there and had to make a scene to get someone to come out to talk to everyone. Very unprofessional and I wont be returning. For them being the only post office in DFW that is walk in for passports, they dont have any policies or procedures in place to help people. They literally just pick and choose when they want to cut off the passports for the day and dont communicate it at all. Super unprofessional, for something that is expensive. People didnt get to put their name on the list and they had been waiting hours and the staff never came out and communicated. Just pathetic.

Important documents were sent to me from Europe to my post office box. The letter was returned to sender with a stamp unknown addressee. I received letters from the same person before and the address was written correctly so someone screw up and send my letter back! Now I am trying to find out what happened to a package, the tracking says it arrived at the post office on March 17, 2014 but there is no package. They say they cant find it and are still looking for it. I wonder if it was also sent back just like my letter from Europe. What kind of dumb people work there? That surly needs to be reported to some higher office.

I had pretty much the same experience as others have. Tracking said the package was delivered, but I did not get it, and neither did the apartment office. Called the P.O. and got the busy signal, but kept trying. She would not look and said the mail carrier would have to call me back. So I went to the P.O., and I got the black woman that other people have written about here. When I told her what the problem was, she didnt say a word but acted like it was the biggest pain in the a--. I gave her my phone to show her the tracking number, and she made a big show of moving the screen around with her middle finger. Took her forever to go back there and look, but right before she came back I heard her coughing like crazy, probably all over my package. Hey, at least they didnt lose it. I would give zero stars if I could. It isnt just the clerks, but the mail carriers are awful too. My package went missing on Friday, then the very next day the carrier put one of my bills in the wrong box, and the person who got it just wedged it in the outside of the mail boxes. Its a miracle we get anything, and I will be filing a complaint. Theres a lot of talk about how the P.O. is going under, and I hope they do, because with the internet and other package carriers we really dont need them anymore. Were moving to a house soon, and it wont make the apartment dwellers feel any better, but the great thing about living in a house is that you dont have to pick stuff up at the P.O., which means less contact with postal employees.

Carrier claims my mailbox is blocked. Cant get anyone on the phone.He didnt give me my mail for 3 days.My car is parked under the tree where Ive parked for over 2 years, Its not blocking the mail box at all.He gets out of the vehicle each time to put a flyer on my car, but cant walk 15Feet to put my mail in the box. Im going to complain everyday until something is done. I wouldnt be upset if I was in the wrong.

Stop returning SOME of my mail with a sticker stating vacant. This has caused me hardship. it has caused me stress. I ended up having to have my mothers death certificate over nighted via fedex bc you guys sent it back as vacant twice. Now the insurance company is getting the same issue but I get some mail but not other mail. Honestly what the H*** are you doing?

Called in to ask if I able to pick up my package since there is no one at home to receive it. The lady put me on hold for more than 15 minutes....so if she cant help just simply tell me NO so I can a find other method. We had so many bad experienced at this location, it very unfortunate to live in the area with a worst USPS customer service!!But we dont have any other choice. Its not only me, if you see the reviews, out of 10, 8 has problems with the service and delivery issue at this location, period...and the Postmaster Mr Julian A Caldwell....he is one who thinks if you are given power then you can misuse the way he wants. Inside the boundaries. ...Everyone is unhappy with him. I wonder why does our Government does not do anythings for this kind of problem. ..Is it the Unions? ? They worries about. This is the second time, they have no information about my mail from USCIS, which I did not receive?, but when you track it online it shows it has been delivered....to the zip code, but nothing more else than that,...The address of delivery? I was waiting for a Mont Blonc pen to show up. I received a note saying they tried to deliver and to pick it up at the post office. I went there 3 different times and they could not find it and the post master said I just out of luck. They are all rude as hell..... and could care less that I am out $800.
