We had Mark and company install new sliding glass door and we were very pleased with the price and the professional quality product and installation

We had all of our windows and sliding door replaced. Mark & Company are fantastic! They were professional to deal with, had great prices, they back up their work, and they are incredibly friendly. We had one issue with a tear in a screen, and they replaced it promptly. Our sliding door needed pulled and re-installed and Dave and Kelly came out on the weekend and took care of the work themselves. Top notch company and fantastic people. Highly recommended!!!

They were replacing windows in the apartments above my workplace. They were so unprofessional. Dirty and dingy clothing, smoking right outside our front door, didnt block of the sidewalk so customers were forced to walk under their ladder. Also none of them wore masks(during the pandemic) or social distanced, so customers wanting to enter our building had to pass by the unmasked workers. I am letting my contractor friends know about their sub par professionalism. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

We were so pleased with the two young guys that came out to look at our extra big sliding glass door. They werent sure that the track could be repaired but using some ingenuity and creative thinking, they were able to fix it and it slides open and closed just like it did when we purchased it 20 some years ago and for a very reasonable price. We were thankful that we didnt need to purchase a new door. We would give SIX stars if we could because they came earlier than originally planned and they did call ahead. We were happy because we had family coming that afternoon and they were done and gone before our family arrived.

We absolutely love our windows! Everything was done quickly, and so well. Cant believe the quality of windows and installation we got at such a great cost! Everyone we dealt with from the office, to quoting to the installation was so helpful and professional!

On April 10, 2017, we had the privilege of having Mark and Companys installers, Matt and Eric, install a picture window in our living room. Because the old window had to be removed in pieces, the job took longer than anticipated. Matt and Eric expressed concern that we would feel inconvenienced, but we were simply glad to have such skilled and considerate workers on the job. We could not have asked for a better crew or a better installation. In fact, the sales people, office staff, and everyone else we worked with obviously enjoyed their jobs, had confidence in their products, and made every effort to return our calls promptly and to answer our questions fully.

They were prompt in coming over to measure and bid on replacing eight windows for us. They were pretty busy and it was several weeks before they could schedule the installation of the new windows. But they did the installation today and did a great job. Clean, neat, everything looks great.

I just wasted an hour of my time trying to get a window replacement estimate from this company. When I contacted them for an estimate I carefully explained that the job would involve cutting through concrete and brick. Today I drove to the jobsite and met Marc Cs estimator, who told me his company doesnt do work on brick or concrete. As I said, a waste of my time and the estimators time too. Strange way to do business.

Mark (the owner of the company) came quickly after my requesting a bid, and explained my options and costs clearly. The team that arrived was quick and efficient, and the work was done and the old windows and mess was cleaned up and removed at no additional charge. All 13 windows, for the whole house, were installed perfectly... The windows are of exceptional quality, and we have had no issues with leaks, or caulking. The prices were equal to or less than the discount outlets from which we also got bids.We understand why you have been in business in Eugene for so many years, and why you were recommended to us by friends. We have in turn recommended Mark & Co. to others, and have had much positive feedback.Thank You Mark ! ... and all you staff !!!

From Dave and Mark who came out and did the bid for the windows not once but twice was pleasant and straight forward. They not only did the bid fast but they also beat discount windows price for windows and install by far. Once the order was placed they said it was 6 weeks out before we could get an install however the time was less then that. The crew that came out was awesome and did an amazing job. Not many would do a great job and have the patience to allow a 8 year old to ask questions and help by handing tools. Awesome job guys couldnt of asked for a better experience.

Dean, ably assisted by Chris and Cliff, arrived exactly at the date and time the office advised they would be here. They quickly assessed the job and went to work with efficiency to remove and replace all my windows and doors without a break—in spite of the heavy downpours that happened during the day.I was impressed that they were prepared with every tool and material we had previously discussed and it was clear they were well experienced and qualified in their tasks. The finished project looks wonderful and very professional. They protected my furnishings and cleaned up well after.We are both former licensed general contractors who are no longer able to do the work we used to do. We know and appreciate good craftsmen and an honorable contractor follow through. So often the persons we hire to make repairs on our property are a sad disappointment. Our contract with Mark and Company was a pleasure and we recommend them highly for a job well done.

It took longer, a lot longer to get the windows isntalled then we were quoted. But the windows are very nice and the installers were very friendly and got all 14 windows replaced in one day. Id use them again.

We used them in the past and plan to use them again. We refer them at every opportunity. Great customer service and an all around good experience!

Once they received our slider, it was very fast install. However, they left a mess and a few pieces of their equipment that they never did retrieve. Not a huge deal in all there though. HOWEVER, once the rain started it quickly became evident the slider leaked. I had to call them nearly a dozen times before they even tried to come take a look at it again. The guy who came out to look basically told me doors do that, put another layer of caulk around the exterior (without removing the old), refused to do anything about the water damaged frame, and left. Weve still experienced leaks on occasion since depending on how the rain hits our house plus the trim is desperately warped and still shows the water marks despite many many coats of stain blocking heavy duty paint. I plan on at LEAST stripping the caulk and replacing it fully as it shouldve been done and fear what we may hear once we can afford to have somebody else come fix the crappy install job. Avoid. Avoid. Avoid. Bad install, awful customer service, just a bad experience thats going to cost us way more $$ down the line.

I would like to start this review off by saying both crews that came to my home to install our windows were very pleasant, respectful and professional.The reason for the poor review is due to their General Manager Dave. We started the process of replacing our windows in August. We were told our windows were scheduled to be in their warehouse by October 7 and should receive a call within the following week to have our windows installed. After October 14th and receiving no calls from Mark & Co, I started calling and leaving message after message after message with no return calls.Our windows were not installed until late November at which time we were supposed to receive 13 windows. We received 12 and 3 were not what we ordered. I called multipole times the day they were being installed and no one would answer the phone. It took me leaving work early and asking the crew to call David so I could speak to him and ask how this would be corrected. I asked that they please rush the order. Mind you, had David at Mark & Co completed his job by confirming the right windows were in when they arrived at their shop in October this would have been notice and could have been corrected prior to showing up on my door step with the wrong and shorted windows.It took another two months (January) before the three correct windows were install.Over this time I have called and left multipole message for David at Mark and Co to that asked that they call me and when I would be near my phone to speak with them and they either never call or call at the times I asked them not too.I finally had to drive to their shop and again, no one was there. I left a note with the remaining balance of the windows payment asking that David please call. To my surprise he did and we were able to talk.David is very rude and condescending to me. I asked that they please consider discounting our bill due to the errors their company made and the extra time I had to take away from work so they could correct their errors. David immediately shut me down stating that we signed a contract and that ‘SUB didn’t seem to have an issue paying them!’. The thing is, SUB isn’t the one paying them. I am the one paying them through SUB Loan program. They were only paid because I signed the paperwork to have them paid. SUB and First Tech only paid after all the windows were installed in January to boot.I asked to speak to David’s supervisor/boss and he responded ‘I am the boss, I’m the general manager!’. I then asked to speak to his boss and he laughed stating that would be the owner. At which time I asked to speak to Mark himself, and that it would be great if her could please ask Mark to call me.As of 1:40pm Thursday March 9th 2017, I am waiting for Mark of Mark & Co to make this right and call me. David is the face of your company, you all came highly recommended to me by many people in Lane County. Mark you need to know what David is putting your customers through. Your own staff on three occasions have mentioned his numerus errors and poor treatment of your cliental.
