I have purchased TVs here in the past that were very solid for a fair price. Went in last week planning to buy a TV. There was a man in the office, ignored us for 20mins till we gave up and left. Good TVs and prices if you can get service. Smells strongly of cigarette smoke which isnt alluring

Owner is old school, former Hisense employee from long ago who really knows his stuff. Good place to buy a used TV too. Doesnt take credit cards but rates are half what you pay in Portland.

I was in the market for a decent sized TV but used and from someone honest. Craigslist and FB market place wasn’t turning up much until I stumbled across their post. I went in and found a 65 inch that looked great. After turning it on and inspecting it, I noticed a tiny line across the screen that no one would have noticed. Being the fickle shopper I am, I pointed it out. Tai immediately acknowledged it and promised to make the repair then and there. I got a call later that evening and came in next day to check it out. I came in knowing I definitely couldn’t fit it in my car and that I would have to pick it up later after I paid for it.Unflinchingly, Tai gave me his keys to his van and let me use it to drive the TV home!He also included a discount and warranty for the TV!I’m still so blown away by the honesty, trust and customer service Tai showed to me. Thank you again, Tai. I’ll be back!

I havent purchased anything from them but the store is cluttered. The person I talked with had no idea about TV or computer technology. They just knew how to repair mechanical issues. The prices for used tvs that they repaired was slightly more than new in store. They suggested 4 year old bottom line TVs telling me they were brand new and top of the line. I wouldnt suggest them for purchase. On the other hand they seemed to know about repairs.

This man has been my TV repair man for 20 years.Recently Ive had repeated trouble with the LG smart TV (LED Light strip which are poorly made). shop had floor filled w LG tvs in for repair.Because the light strip went out 13 months ago, and has happened again… Hes offered me deep discount on the repair, even though it was no fault of his own. English is his second language, so sometimes its a little challenging to understand him, but this guy not only is great at repairs… But he is an honest businessman.

Our old set died. I looked at Craigslist and other ads, found nothing I could have confidence in at a good price. Then I remembered City View took good care of me 10 years ago. Yes. A Vizio 32 at better price than the ads. When I got home, I realized that it didnt have a headphone jack, crucial for domestic harmony at night. Bring it back. Ill swap it, he said. And he did, with much effort, pulling sets off the rack and putting them back. And later, on the phone, helped me straighten out the hookup. Attention like this is a miracle today. Reliability and trust are alive here. Not from Craigslist sellers, not from big box store. This is as good as it gets for a low price buyer like me.

My Samsung stopped working and I didnt know whether the problem was with my power cord or my computer. A quick google search showed Cityview was the closet location. I took my laptop in along with a portion of my power cord. The gentleman plugged in my computer (after locating an adapter for my partial cord), saw the computer wasnt charging, and pronounced my mother board dead. Now, mind you, I paid nothing for this diagnosis, and he didnt offer to fix it because he said it would likely be cheaper to get a new laptop, but thankfully I decided to seek out a second opinion. Practically around the corner, at VOS, another gentleman plugged in my computer using his own power cord...low and behold...my laptop was alive. Turns out the problem was, in fact, my power cord. Rather than buying a whole new computer I bought a new cord for $45. The funny thing is...the guy who discovered the problem isnt even in tech support, he was simply helping out at his sisters store while she was out sick.

I took in my 55 inch vizio the back light went out and within hour or so he called to tell me the price... Im going back with my 65in RCA with back light out in it...

Terrible experience complete fraud would not trust again ...BEWARE
