They WILL lie to you about what insurance they take until the day of your appointment then tell you theyre actually out of network and youre on the hook for their EXTREMELY overpriced service. For the prices you charge your office shouldnt look like you just moved in and raided the local dump for your furniture. BE MORE TRANSPARENT

The service here has been really good for my anxiety depression and PTSD. It seems as though no matter what I talk about (sports anxiety, job struggles, self image), Jam is able to help me figure out root causes and how to move forward. Im glad I decided to come here.

The staff members are always friendly. The Waiting area is comfortable and relaxing. Theres filtered water provided as well as a few other small items to enjoy while you wait. It is a bit of a challenge to find yet if you follow the G-map instructions and look at pictures of the location its alot easier. There are both med management options available for those who simply need medications filled and/or prescribed and also Counseling options. OHP is accepted along with most insurance providers. The wait list isnt extreme for an initial appointment which is Great. They offer several classes/solutions to a wide range of different topics regarding drug addiction, alcohol related items, whether addiction and/or DUII requirements or even gambling problems. Offices are located in a fair amount of widespread places as to make it easier on those attending classes. I certainly do recommend them for those in the market for services. I hope this review helps answer some questions that might pop up. If not, ask a question on this Google Maps page and I can research the answer best I can.

I rarely post reviews, I used to be a DBT client at this agency on and off for about for about 3 years,I would have to say this place has changed in the last year or so, with certain staff moving on to other endeavors or going into private practice (to make more money). Basically this this place has turned into a shot hole. I noticed it only specializes in mostly addiction, Alcoholism, gambling, groups and some other stuff, I noticed the therapist dont have any training in Eating Disorders. As for grievances with your therapist, you can only switch once, make sure you the right decision or go somewhere else for services.

My dbt ounselor was good but the dbt team as a whole are unqualified. One client threatened violence on another in a skills group and was able to keep coming back. I had an outburst during a vulnerable period without threatening violence on anyone and was told i had to take anger management before i could return. I just self harmed for the first time in over a year. The longest ive made it without cutting. Sadly, its the only dbt program in the county and theyre bastardizing it.
